Great, yes did it stick?I started sweating after trying RU for 3 days. It was the 1st time in 8 years when I bought a deodorant.
When I'm a little more balanced will try RU. ella didn't help at all

Cold as fk there so def notice coldness and sweating?
I'm sweating like a whore in church again.
Have you tried TUDCA? I haven't tried ella, but I also don't sweat at all, but if i take TUDCA then i start sweating again. Not sure exactly what's going on here, but no other supplements have this effect.
@HS are you still on ARL TEI, what are your thoughts on the Journey? You were one of the originals to do it I think
still on TEI, have been for a few weeks now since the H water, I went on TEI because hydrogen water screwed me up after my second ARL cycle so since TEI puts much less emphasis on detoxing compared to ARL I decided to do it for a few weeks to reverse what H water did (Helen said he never saw hair test like that meaning H water threw me out of balance) then I will proceed with ARL again which is where I felt the best, in the end I could have not taken anything since hydrogen water and let myself balance out then go back on ARL again but that will take too long so I hopped on TEI lol
@HS Your first 2 hair tests showed move from fast oxidation toward slow oxidation, with the add of H2 water and the slowing suppl regimen the slowing rate was even more pronounced. Now you are fasten yourself again. Maybe you have experience how a sea/ocean water affects your oxidation rate ? I know it increases the metabolism quiet noticeably making all your hair grow at faster rate. If sea water is fastening the metabolism how is it supposed to help the fast oxidizers ? @Helen Maybe only short term in a way of making nutrients move at higher rate so to get out the body of a stuck state or some.
sea water has all minerals in it. It slows down the fast oxidizer and speeds up the slow
It would be very good to be truth. I dont have tests before and after, but would be the thing if such a trial is done. All i know is it takes even a half day to see a trimmed body hair to start growing like its on 'steroids' when often sea water exposure and while it shows increased activity at metabolism point, am wondering how already fast metabolism will get slowed down if sodium is pushed a lot through the body. Sea water is supposed to be huge % loaded with sodium. Increased hairs growth obviously could be read as increased metabolism, then is it lack of hunger a sign of slowing down metabolism or it is just the opposite: increased adrenaline and cortisol.
increased hairgrowth - faster metabolism? where do you get this. take thyroid and see how your hair will thin out. You can lose hair from slow or fast metabolism
to retain minerals body used 450 P systems. all of those sytems work on iron and cysteine - iron sulfur cluster. when you feed most minerals like in sea water, those 450 P systems get relief. and iron and cysteine get spared.
All aldo systems, cortisol systems , are all 450 enzymes. all run on iron sulfur cluster.
same as all calcium retention enzymes, like vitamin D retention enzymes, are all 450 enzymes
This is why sea water can balance a person, since it will give the person the minerals the person needs. some will need sodium, some sulfur, some boron, some iron, some copper. etc
Yeah quiet noticeable body hair growth`i linked it myself to increased metabolism. It could be some else idk, but its definitely increased reactions in the body whatever they are.
The minerals retention system explanation getting relieved from feeding all needed elements and starting work better: (slow to fast) (fast to slow) sounds good. Basically what you say about sea water is the same what happened to Tubzy third hair test when added H2 water affected it: all those p450, along with calcium and vit D (sea water + sun) made his body retaining those elements a lot, thus expanding their levels that much in his most recent hair test.
The only element that wasnt mentioned from the main 4 is magnesium, maybe its the same for magnesium as well, even though its increase in his hair test was way lower than calcium.
Its just some strange to thing about increased hairs growth as side effect w/o accompanying increase in metabolism. What makes those hair grows then if the metabolism is actually slowing down for ex (in my case).
you get more cysteine spaired you grow more hair.
