So, @HS , if I hear this right, ARL supps were slowing you from fast to slow, and H2 made you ultra slow, right? I was slow and on supplements to speed me up, and H2 sent me ultra fast. If that’s true, is H2 doing what we wanted it to, just much much faster than we had hoped when combined with the supplements? If that’s the case, and we could modulate it, isn’t that a good thing? Or am I mixing up my facts....

Yeah it was discussed that if you stay on H for long enough that it could balance you, but no one here has been it on long term except @Hydro but he didn't get a hair test (either prior or during) so we don't know how it changed him. Long term H water hair test before and after would truly show us what its doing @Helen

Drinkable sea water exist? Or just swimming in the ocean and H2?
Google "genesis sea minerals" - what i use for my electrolyte supplement

Kelp might also be a possible electrolyte supplement, though it had a lot of iodine as well.

Did any blood levels change as oppose to before you started ARL/TEI, @HS? Was hoping it would balance our hormones.

My calcium came way down while on Hydrogen water. However during this time I significantly reduced calcium intake as well

latest HT..this was on hydrogen water..you can see H can actually influence HT results

Pretty late to the party but were you on hydrogen from the hair test before this one till this one? And what were you eating during this time? Were you also taking the supps recommended by ARL during the time between the two hairtests? Im reading through your log now aswell so might find it out myself

Edit: found it lol. How long have you been on hydrogen water in total? Also what is/was your diet like?

Yeah, I ran out of ARL and did hydrogen water for about 2 weeks or so about in between hair tests. No, my hair tests were done while off the supplements for a few days, but I was on hydrogen. However I don't think it matters that much if you are off them for a few days since hair taking longer to grow compared to say instead measuring a blood test.

diet is egg, chicken, seafood, steak, broccoli, cabbage, peppers, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, white rice, butter, olive oil, lots of broths and soups too I make

Sounds like you are leading a pretty normal life and are nearly recovered?

Yes, doing pretty well however I only take one TEI dose before bed with meal otherwise I feel hella tired throughout the day if I take it with every meal. I am working to revise the electrolyte protocol as well perhaps in conjunction with TEI/ARL too on the wiki to perhaps speed things up. I am still a bit dehydrated and occasionally get POIS type symptoms after sex/ejac sometimes, but given my last blood test I posted it has got to be from high prolactin/estrogen.

Yeah looks like good news. Did you always have your estrogen up? Mines low. Low estrogen is the worst!

Hopefully things keep ticking over for you

OK so maybe my type of PFS is between Walker, HS, and Ihatefin's... similar to IHF but still different. I shall conduct my notes... Walker and IHF v low estrogen.
HS may have had v low before, no? @HS ---things r getting confusing.

Do you mean a combined electrolyte/TEI protocol? I think it'd be awesome to get a simplified guide combining the two. Each on their own do good things for me, but when I combine them I see better results than on either alone.
