I like the horse chestnut extract (escine) and the calendula oil in it, but how the hell can you use a DMSO product that is packaged in plastic? The pump is plastic as well and I doubt that can be internally coated with something protective...
Ingredients: DMSO (25% by volume; derived from plant pulp), triple UV treated deionized water, methylsulfonylmethane (12% OptiMSM - sulfur), organic calendula flower extract, organic horse chestnut extract, vegetable glycerin (derived from coconut), organic aloe vera extract 200:1, organic usnea, grapefruit seed extract, organic apricot kernel oil, organic arnica oil, 100% pure essential oil of melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree), organic sweet almond oil, vitamins A, D3, & E oils, fatty acid esters derived from coconut pulp used as an emulsifier, organic peppermint oil.
Yea, I totally agree, I was concerned about it not being glass too.. but when all the others were swearing by it I said fuckitt..
As I was using it, I noticed the dmso wasn't really prevelent like when it's straight.. as I mentioned earlier, u don't get that garlic taste.. my guess is all the fats and creams emulsify it and it changes its composition somewhat and doesn't leech the plastic..
That's also why I mentioned adding an extra drop of straight dmso (hopefully from a glass bottle) for an extra kick.. but it's probably not necessay, it's been the best ointment I've every used in its own right.. 10x better than arnica. Or other creams and oils.. Yea I love horse chestnut too
