Yeeee bro!!
Each cycle was 3 months. I retested and took recommended supps after each cycle. A 3 month cycle usually consisted of 2 months actually on supps and one month off.How long were your TEI cycles? Did you get your hair retested after each one and readjust supplements/diet?
Thanks tony. You will be right behind me. You will be cured before you know it.Yeeee bro!!
Thanks Saw, can't wait for you to jump on tei. How are you feeling post testosterone? Anxiety still bad?Goose
I have read your log more than anyones! Truly inspirational, your journey to recovery gives me much hope!!
Quick update: 20 days into my 3rd round of tei. This cycle is different than the others. I am actually having big improvements on cycle instead of snapback.
All sexual sides have improved on this cycle. I don't want to jinx myself but I am actually pretty close to being cured. Feeling really good all the way around.
Anyone who has doubts in tei need to stick it out.
I wouldn't worry about the eye drops. Never heard of anyone getting ED from pink eye medicine lol. Tei will fix you if it does. It's nearly or above 40 days cycle one TEI... going smooth, don't want to mess it up with drugs/ but eyes matter a lot man!
Thanks Helen for all your support. I don't think I would be this far in my recovery if it wasnt for you, @Boris , and everyone on this forum.I am so happy for you bro. Good attitude = good results. Enjoy your life

I am glad you are on track to tei. Ask Catherine but you should probably wean your self of magnesium, potassium, and niacin also. Replace them with high quality juices.3 weeks since my last testosterone. Anxiety hits midday for no reason. Taking Magnesium, Potassium and Niacin. I think it helps a bit. Just waiting it out till I can have my hair test done. Got in touch with Catherine.
Pretty damn good. I mean eye issue -- not cuz of TEI. Took the drops helping, will run 7d max. Feels better.
Yes, so pretty good, calm... I will say relapsing nf makes me agitated. AND I am in an agitating situation (or 3-4). But* bad mood is there just 10-20mins or a few mins. But I have a very bad temper a bit, it's because of things that happened and arguments, but I cool off, go outside, walk it off. Easier to change moods. Sometimes, if I know something pretty annoying will happen, or something the day before got to me, I take a bit extra copper... 3 instead of 2. Catherine said that's fine, or was like a month ago, I may reconfirm. Does help mood and sleep significantly. When I can't fall asleep, may as well take my morning dose, so I am not trying to spend a few hours getting to sleep, but usually pretty good, just need to be consistent on sleep/wake times and dosage times. The rest I have to ride it out. Took the eye drops/ maybe was tripping out a bit, but I've taken polysporin, protopic sometimes in recent years (probably many years for polysporin), literally no damage. Making sure! Thanks.
Updating log soon but trying to keep it 74-90days, forcing myself to finish one cycle and not over analyze anything/ save time... be concise etc.
Feel 8.5/10... when very lean like better, nofap and lean, and planning my move, and gone 9/10... that and sleep same time.... probably better... BUT it's fricken hard.
APPLYING some schools, need a friend's help, some trade stuff/ asian time.... and doing it all hidden from family/ so as to not argue/ get mad...
-just get work done better on my own... but this is a car city... walking ankle express and uber.... sometimes train, but it's annoying. --also kind of ambivalent don't want to go where likely will go, but life will be better there.... and tho I don't love everyone there, did meet people... trying to get a good friend to move back too... lots of random things.
-should have job, school appn done, but it will be finalized post moving, cannot do everything in "the right order".
Are you improving on TEI?
Leave him alone
@Goose12 Great progress! What's your diet like alongside doing TEI? Are you eating fairly normally, or doing paleo or anything? Any alcohol? Gluten?
