I'm not really sure, looser stools and slight pain in lower gut while taking all the supplements, but that may not be die off symptoms
If you're feeling rough while on an herbal anti-parasite regimen I would guess it's either because of die-off or collateral damage to good bacteria. If you do want to go to the antibiotic route, I would make sure to take probiotics for a month or so after the herbal regimen to try to build good bacteria back up as much as possible.

Finished my treatment and off all supplements now. Sad to say that it hasn't done anything of benefit. My brain fog and emotional blunting is bad, my dick feels like a piece of rubber, and I have anorgasmia, shrinkage and zero libido.

The good news is that I have a plan which I'm positive about. Two weeks of nothing just to build up some gut bacteria after an aggressive protocol. Then some antibiotics to kill off any parasites that linger in my system. Then on to a 3 week water fast and TEI. I might sneak in a choline trial somewhere in there too.

I've got an allotment that I go to a couple times a week to do some gardening, really peaceful hobby that gets me out of my head a few hours a week. I realised whilst tugging some tough roots out of the soil that my core strength is appalling. I lift weights and have decent upper body strength, but my core and legs are poor. I think occasional costochondritis I have plus pelvic floor issues could potentially be related to that so I'm going to work on it hard.

I do a lot of it each day but the herb cycle didn't work out
What about the prohormones? How did it not work out?

@raven have you thought about cycling dopamine agonists like pramipexole for example?

I’m currently awaiting my latest TEI results, then I plan to follow this, but depending on the outcome of that after some months, I may try cycling prami. I’ve already got some ready, but want to keep the tei cycke clean

What were the prohormones? I wasn't feeling any difference on the herbs, I stuck with it for 6 weeks, but beyond the usual boost exercise gives me it wasn't doing anything.

@tanedout
If after I've given TEI a go I still don't feel significantly better it's certainly something I'd consider, right now though I feel like my gut still isn't 100%, as long as I still can work on that I'm going to stay away from dopamine agonists.

Good man. I also had pelvic floor issues they are gone now. I think PFS and PSSD is very similar so if I got rid of it so can you. I could not workout heavy legs or deadlift without feeling tight pelvic floor issues. Don't have that anymore.

Anyways, try out TEI man. Worth a shot IMO. Maybe try to get stomach better first because the supplements can be a bit hard on the stomach.

To be fair no one seem to feel improvements after 6 weeks on Cd's protocol. For some it wasn't before the 6/9+months mark

I guess it's always something I could start up again, but it's a bit of a money black hole with all those herbs and there are a lot of other promising protocols. Think all the non supplement parts of the protocol are great though and I try to keep up with the exercising, breathing etc.

I like cdnuts protocol but it is by far one of the most expensive protocols. I spent at least 3 grand on supps in 4 months of doing it. Its easy to do if buy all of the herbs through lost empire, and buy all of the vitamins. Besides cycling the herbs i was taking shilagit, royal jelly, pine pollen, goji berries, green superfood, iodine, vitamins, and 3 different organ supps everyday. I was to full to eat breakfast every morning lol.

Cdnuts protocol works through a shotgun effect but tei works specifically for your case. Making it more efficient and faster.

No TEI for 4 months is probably around $500. 4 months of cdnuts was 3000$ as you can read.
Respectfully ask you what the hell you're talking about. It is nowhere close to $3000...

Edit: Saw the post you were referring to

3 grand? False. I'm concerned about your choices!

In the beginning to buy all of the herbs and supps through the recommended sources it's $1000. Since you cycle most of them they last a long time, but there are herbs and supps you are allowed to take every day. Shilagit, pine pollen, royal jelly, iodine, chorella, spurlina, goji berries, multi vitamin, protien, and brain/sleep supps. They average $40 each. Each month after the initial purchase cost $400, times 3 was another $1200. Then you have $150 in r andro. Then you have other recommendations like water filters, penis pump, sleep supps, and brain supps. I also added extra things like adrenal supps, other test boosting herbs, and probiotics.

You get to 3 grand pretty easy in 4 months. Here is the herbs that you start with and you go from there.

@Trump_1776 hahah, Goose does not fuck around ))
Depends on what you mean. I cycle 5/6 herbs I bought on bulk supplements. $100 on amazon.
R andro is bought off ebay. $35.
I have not touched $300 in total yet and I've been recovering since february. And I feel great.

Edit: Not to mention the free samples I get from Bulk supplements
