Anybody got vids or pics of people who have been on NB for a long time?

I found a youtube channel called Deep Healing Space and one of the guys who I guess is a practitioner isnt looking very healthy at all to me, infact he looked more healthy from his older vidoes.

Like in this vid

He's looking really puffy, losing his hairline ect.. I believe they are following ARL though, not TEI. He's been on the program for many years now :/ Do you know any others who have been on the program who is looking healthier and where you can see someones progress?

I personally think judging health by appearance is a tough thing to do. Obviously, there's exceptions to that - and more obvious cases, but I believe that genetics and other things still play a large factor in how one's outward appearance will look, regardless of mineral balancing.

I know you did - but lets not forget, this isn't a total fix for the aging process. I'm much healthier and live a much healthier life than I did 5 years ago, and I still look more youthful/vital five years ago than I do now. Again, not saying there's no room for discussion here, I've just noticed that it's harder to judge based on appearance. I work with a gentleman that looked healthy as can be, felt great - was diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer on a routine checkup that led to a colonoscopy and died four months after that.

I agree both do not look healthy from that channel. Same for Dr. Wilson - looks like dogshit.

They all seem to get a bit soft looking and chubby from what I see. Or very pasty/anemic looking. They look weak after a while on the program. Lacking some healthy muscle mass.

I think Dr. Wilson does not recommend enough protein. He is all about the pan full of vegetables, this and that. I don't agree with that. I don't think vegetables like brocolli are that great especially if they are your main source of food. Dr. Wilson is also against fruits, most carbs, etc.

I also agree they looked better a few years ago.

I think NB is for short term to fix big imbalances and then live healthy. Helen also said this before.

These guys are on this type of program for years. So they might feel good on the supplements but because of this they lack the bulk of food they would normally eat. Normally you would get the vitamins and supplements from the food. But also get the protein, fats, etc. from this.

Exactly, the queston is when are you done? :p when you're out of four lows? lol... or when symptoms have subsided I guess..

Yes this is the tough question. I would be done if my biggest side effects are gone. A healthy libido, healthy energy, healthy mood. That is it. Hair would be cool but I am not obsessed with it.

I want to try some fasting routines in the future as well. See how long I can last as a fast oxidizer. In the summer I am going to swim in the sea a lot.

I have a plan. I am not going to stay on this program forever. I know this is temporary to get the big imbalances fixed.

I don't think the guy in the video you posted looks too bad though. But they are all soft and chubby.

Guy had that hairline since the beginning from what I could tell.

I think this is more reason for their lifestyle. If this guy would lift or swim a lot he would look better and healthier.

These programs are not magic lol. They just fix the big imbalances. The rest is your job.

You see another:

This guy does not look healthy either. This guy is fat.

I don't know what they are doing at Dr.Wilson. But all the guys who are on it for long do not look good. They all get fat and soft.
Yeah, its sad to see that they cant see it for them selfs. I guess they are in denial. Dr wilson doesnt promote alot of working out and lifting weights either...saying it will slow down healing.

I think they don't care about it. Dr. Wilson has become their religion.

I do think you need to be smart about training and not overdo it. Especially when you are weak. But this guy is on the program for 8-9 years and he clearly never uses his muscle.

Working out is mandatory. In the modern world you don't use your body lol. You have to do it artificially with lifting weights or swimming, or whatever or you will waste away.

No human in the past was sedentary that is just bullshit. But you have to support the body with nutrients and sleep.

I don't think the guys from Deep Healing Space look old or anything. They look bright through their eyes and seem to be thinking clearly. But they are a bit brainwashed by the Dr. Wilson stuff. If you are sedentary all the time you will look like you are sedentary all the time. That is just the truth.

I think the conclusion we can give is NB is for fixing big imbalances for example if you fucked yourself over with a drug.

Yupp, and once the IMBALANCE is "fixed" start living your life, workout, sleep, eat real food, meditate anything to keep stress low, no supplements needed.
maybe you can look at it like a reboot, but if you keep doing the program its like rebooting all of the time wich isnt good either. I dunno

Yes Helen also said this some time ago.

I do think ARL and TEI can fix a lot though. I have noticed some emotions and issues from the past coming up and it gets really intense for a while and then that emotional problem is gone. You feel cleaner - less emotional baggage.

I don't think it is that easy to fix these problems without ARL/TEI. So I am thankful there is programs like this. Not trying to shit on Deep Healing Space or other guys who do the program. But I think criticism is healthy. And I think these guys could use some more movement in their life. Esp. the guys who are overweight.

For me TEI has definitely pulled me out of a hole.

I think the ultimate goal is to fix the hair loss, that is the reason after all why we all came together on these forums, almost everyone used FIN, DUTA, whatever, to fix our hair loss. Perhaps its wishful thinking, but in a completely balanced oxidation, the hair follicles won't be damaged anymore. I think however that fixing hair loss is probably the last one in the chain of things to occur, and I'm not sure anyone of us will reach that. Even for ARL/TEI I think it is almost impossible to bring someone into balanced oxidation, so many variables, different environments, fucked up food industry, sea is getting destroyed and the list goes on. The goal is to get close as possible and accept it. Won't be easy, as most of us keep thriving for fixing all our issues. I'm trying not to get too obsessed, but sometimes I can't help myself, we all want the best for ourselves in the end.

And also look to the future. How long we should run a program like this. IMO until we get fixed obviously!
How long have you been on TEI? how many cycles?

Its Ironic because I had a perfect hairline, VERY thick hair, infact I hated that it was so thick I always told my barber to make it thinner, and when I found this website and started following the protocols from here I started losing my hair lol.

I would agree, I would never want to stay on the program indefinitely. Once it fixes (hopefully) what I’m looking for it to fix (PTSD), I’m dropping it and going back to just healthy living.

I don't think it is that hard but it is also about lifestyle for a lot of guys I think. What I mean is you need to live a good lifestyle for a slow oxidizer or a fast oxidizer. Plus support the lifestyle with the diet.

I notice a lot of hairloss guys that I know IRL have absolute shit lifestyles or habits (a lot of sex, weed, alcohol, junkfoods). There is no denying. We got guys here masturbating 3 times a day and you are wondering why you are losing hair. Or watching excessive porn. Eating the wrong type of food. A lot of them have OCD type of addictions. Like sex. They have to have sex and talk about it all the time. While my friends with hair they seem more balanced in it.

I don't believe it is 100% genetics anymore.

After the first TEI cycle I had libido + hair (no shedding). Since starting TEI I have had some sheds but no MPB and periods of libido. So this shows me you can have libido without losing your hair. Before that I only had libido if I would have insane shedding lol. After second cycle I just had hair but no libido again. This was after a lot of zinc + manganese + C. But I have been living like a SAINT in these past months. No masturbation, no sex, nothing. Pure focus on recovery.

Now I am not out of PFS so maybe I will get hit hard once I am fully out of it. But I had libido periods with no hair shedding. That tells me it is possible.

I hope TEI will fix it for us. Would be cool.

Have you seen any regrowth? I've seen tons of guys on nofap forums saying they are growing their hairline BACK..lost it years ago and the hairs are filling back in...
