I said it 100 times in this log already. It is complicated. But the last straw were stupid poorly designed steroid cycles.. I never took fin, but I took all kinds of stuff from accutane, saw palmetto to steroids even trenbolon for example.. I also was eating shit loads of vit A in all forms. SO I wonder how much that calcium shell was from vit A as well. Will find out next hair test since I am on low vit A diet for 7 years now..
If you've stuck with low vit A that long you must have a reson I guess? Has it improved symtoms or whats the reason? I've done low vit for about 2 months but have not noticed much.

I was in four lows for years until i did high dose Choline. Then i became slow ox with calcium shell.

If you go on low vit A diet and you don't notice anything you didn't have excess. Same goes for oxalates for example. If you are loaded with oxalates and you stop from high to none you will have really fun times.. When I went on low vit A diet it was like I am on high dose accutane. For like 6 months. Very intense. After that like another 6 months of periods of one week crazy detox one week nothing and with time there was less and less periods with detox. Why I keep eating low vit A? Because the only vit A foods I would like to have are whole eggs and watermelon. But with my already high cholesterol I don't want to eat high cholesterol foods and watermelon is high in FODMAP and gives me crazy gas and bloating. So I naturally eat low vit A diet. My only sources are from green beans, green peas.. I don't eat anything red, orange.. Maybe sometimes citrus fruits but that's it.. I really don't crave carrots or liver lol. I would like to eat dairy, but the only dairy I can tolerate is whey low in vit A... I had crazy high vit A intake from all high vit A foods of stuff + supplements, cod liver oils, liver pills, accutane etc..(trying to rise ceruloplasmin with the liver right...)+ if you are hypothyroid like I am and you have no bile flow you accumulate so much vit A over a decade it is crazy.. Like I said next week I will do my first blood test for serum retinol. Can't wait to see that number heh.. I don't think vit A is a problem for me anymore. Now I actually really don't know what my vit A status is.. Maybe I am already deficient and maybe due to my low bile flow I am still toxic after all those years lol and maybe I feel bad on zinc, because zinc increases retinol binding protein.. Yeah overeating vit A is great to make yourself low in zinc.. Even as a kid we would eat liver all the time. Here in Czech Republic we eat it with pastry a lot.. So I had good intake of vit A, but no cofactors like zinc, B vits, K2, vit E etc. to balance it..

@ruprmurdoch what brand of T4 are you taking or found the best? I wonder if I should keet taking that syntroxin or switch to Letrox or Euthyrox. That syntroxin I am taking doesn't have lactose but has titanium dioxide lol.. Euthyrox has mannitol instead of lactose which is maybe even worse.. I think I will switch to Letrox it has just some lactose..

I take lecithin. For choline but mainly because as emulsifier. I mix tsp of sunflower lecithin with olive oil that I put on my food and so I can digest that fat even without bile flow..

I usually slept fine, but since last year I sleep 6/7 hours. I ejaculate fairly often, usually multiple times every weekend. I dont think I had calcium shell, wasnt sky high, just higher than the rest after following their fast oxidizer diet/supplements.

Probably gonna retest this year after few more trials.
I remember you and me had similar hairtest, we were both four lows. I did tei for one cycle and got benefits but stopped cause hair loss got out of line. You had Temple loss too i remember? Did it stop eventually? I did another hair test last year after no hairtest for 6 years. This time i had high calcium (calcium shell) just like you seem to have on one test.

If you stayed on the program for 1.5 years without improvement there must be som stressor thats causing you not to improve? Is your life stressful? Do you stay up late? Do you ejaculate frequently? These two things will stop healing like nothing else, and I love to stay up late in the mornings and used to have a porn addiction. Im abstaining now and going to bed somewhat early and going to start TEI and see what happens. Im not gonna care about the hairloss this time. If I go bald so be

I think ejaculate should only really healthy person or if you want kids. Otherwise it is really bad idea if you are trying to fix some health issues. It is priority number one from evolutionary perspective to make semen fluids. So the body has no problem to slow down detox, balancing just so it has bullets ready..

I have an active dating life so not ejaculating is not an option. Also it is a way to bond and connect whith people, which helps me take my mind off pfs, not always, but makes me feel like a normal human being at least.
I think ejaculate should only really healthy person or if you want kids. Otherwise it is really bad idea if you are trying to fix some health issues. It is priority number one from evolutionary perspective to make semen fluids. So the body has no problem to slow down detox, balancing just so it has bullets ready..

i take ,,euthyrox'' but for me there is no difference. earlier i was taking ,,eltroxin". fuck those hormones and those fu*ed crooked do*tors. my problem began just after surgery. i found studies that thyroid resection beacuse of so called cancer is bullshit and stupid. now chinese public studies that around 50% males after thyroid resection have ED. this one big legal scheme to earn money and make people permanently buying their stuff.

i have partialy empty sella, so half my pituiatry is squashed. it was made probably beacuse of surgery (beacuse before surgery I had no issues). So on the same dosage of hormone my TSH can be 7, and can be 0,5
Even minerals and vitamins can decrease or increase tsh by modulating t3 quantity in body. like b2 selenium and maybe cysteine decrease tsh beacuse they increase t3. the same with antibiotic metronidazole it decrease my tsh. things like vitamin k2 mk7 in lately increase my tsh. i think that alkalizing things have tendency for elevating tsh by decreasing t3. but i may be wrong

He was in four lows some years ago atleast. So his health is probably not great
I think I went into 4 lows because of stimulants and amphetamine usage, these burn through your macro minerals like crazy.

I have a livable life but still struggling with depression/brain fog, some anxiety and libido/erection issues. These 2 are the main symptoms I struggle with. So far from perfect, but people on the outside would probably judge me as having a good life.

Temples are slowly receding and lately it is getting a bit more noticeable. On top its thinning diffusing somewhat, probably not noticeable for most people. Currently 34 years old. Trying to do some massage lately and some natural topicals like some oils and Zix solution, but nothing works as good as fin did. During fin my hair became extremely thick like my teens/early twenties.
How is your hairloss going?

I am hearing from every side that if you take zinc you should take copper with it even if you are trying to lower copper.. I just took one 2mg copper pill to balance 20mg zinc that I had before dinner and put it into my mouth. Didn't liked the taste and spited it out lol. :D I am really lost guys.. Tomorrow hopefully I will do the retinol serum test. If it's low I am going to the shop buying beef liver and will start eating like 10-20g a day and will keep taking chromium, zinc, molybdenum.. I never took liver in this manner just for RDA of vit A and copper with the other stuff. When I did liver I did it in excess without zinc, molybdenum etc.. stupid Morley Robbins root cause protocol.. Maybe if I take everything it will get me balanced.. Because I can do this shit anymore with low sodium, estradiol.. Everything points to just low copper.
Even this guy Robert Selig who is crazy heavy on zinc told me that I should do zinc, but with copper if my sodium/potassium ratio is low.. When I took 5 months ago 20-30mg of zinc daily and 400mcg of molybdenum every other day I was daying. I probably crashed my ceruloplasmin to zero.. Now on a last test my copper is still the lowest it ever was.. I think that this balance of zinc and copper is more fluid that I was thinking. I have for he last 7 years this mindest I am copper toxic, but maybe I take zinc for 2 weeks and I start to get copper deficient. Increase foods in copper. Stop zinc for some reason and start to get copper toxic and that was probably going on for years now.. Maybe I should just keep zinc 20-30mg a day and take 2mg of copper with it or eat 10-20g of beef liver.. Because I am not sure that I can even absorb enough of copper from plant foods like buckwheat.. In Croatia I had like 600g of potatoes daily and in every meal almost mix of meat and sea food like octopus, calamary so probably good balance of zinc and copper and iron as well so my bile was on line. I come back home and start o eat stupid stuff like oats with whey protein or rice with white meat. THere is hardly any good absorbable copper..
Really don't know what is going on, but I have to change something because I really can't function again.. Hair look like shit. leg veins burning from weak collagen. Drky skin looking like shit.
It will comes down to the blood test of vit A. If it will be close to deficient I am eating liver 100%. At least I will see what it will do to me after so many years to have animal vit A.. Maybe I should't avoid it for so long. First 2 years were benefitial 100%, but 7 years os probably overkill omg...

I read your old approach where you take zinc/molybdenum/etc. when you get high free copper I think that's a good approach. I also did that. If I consistently take supps without taking into account how I feel I don't even get improvements I just feel like crap for no reason.

I don't feel bad from vitamin A when it's part of food like dairy (for me). I also tried taking it alone/isolated and felt like shit felt way different. Not sure why so I never fucked with any vitamin A supps but also didn't avoid the foods. I don't get any problems from it. Maybe when I was really sick I did though but I still ate beta carotene foods but no preformed vitamin A when I ate a slow oxidizer diet
