I am hearing from every side that if you take zinc you should take copper with it even if you are trying to lower copper.. I just took one 2mg copper pill to balance 20mg zinc that I had before dinner and put it into my mouth. Didn't liked the taste and spited it out lol.

I am really lost guys.. Tomorrow hopefully I will do the retinol serum test. If it's low I am going to the shop buying beef liver and will start eating like 10-20g a day and will keep taking chromium, zinc, molybdenum.. I never took liver in this manner just for RDA of vit A and copper with the other stuff. When I did liver I did it in excess without zinc, molybdenum etc.. stupid Morley Robbins root cause protocol.. Maybe if I take everything it will get me balanced.. Because I can do this shit anymore with low sodium, estradiol.. Everything points to just low copper.

Robert Selig who is crazy heavy on zinc told me that I should do zinc, but with copper if my sodium/potassium ratio is low.. When I took 5 months ago 20-30mg of zinc daily and 400mcg of molybdenum every other day I was daying. I probably crashed my ceruloplasmin to zero.. Now on a last test my copper is still the lowest it ever was.. I think that this balance of zinc and copper is more fluid that I was thinking. I have for he last 7 years this mindest I am copper toxic, but maybe I take zinc for 2 weeks and I start to get copper deficient. Increase foods in copper. Stop zinc for some reason and start to get copper toxic and that was probably going on for years now.. Maybe I should just keep zinc 20-30mg a day and take 2mg of copper with it or eat 10-20g of beef liver.. Because I am not sure that I can even absorb enough of copper from plant foods like buckwheat.. In Croatia I had like 600g of potatoes daily and in every meal almost mix of meat and sea food like octopus, calamary so probably good balance of zinc and copper and iron as well so my bile was on line. I come back home and start o eat stupid stuff like oats with whey protein or rice with white meat. THere is hardly any good absorbable copper..
Really don't know what is going on, but I have to change something because I really can't function again.. Hair look like shit. leg veins burning from weak collagen. Drky skin looking like shit.
It will comes down to the blood test of vit A. If it will be close to deficient I am eating liver 100%. At least I will see what it will do to me after so many years to have animal vit A.. Maybe I should't avoid it for so long. First 2 years were benefitial 100%, but 7 years os probably overkill omg...
