Just had 2mg of copper glycine. To see how it feels in comparison with food that has copper.. If I don't notice any negative I will keep taking that 2mg pill a day like 1 or two weeks without any zinc and at that point I will do new blood test.. If my ceruloplasmin jumps with copper I would be pissed on myself like crazy that I should do that 8 years ago LOL. I mean I was never taking copper from supplements. For sure not last 10 years. It was nothing but copper antagonists. I had bottle of copper pills, but I was so scared to take it. I tried maybe 1 pill and I threw it in the trash. Now when I was ordering new supps I was like hm that copper is cheap so I ordered one gain hahaha. I mean What can I lose at this point.. Maybe it will really help LOL. Maybe Beef liver was bad idea not because of copper, but because all the excess of vit A and maybe I can't absorb much copper from foods like buckwheat and maybe that's why when I started eating bioavailable copper from sea food that ihas no excess of retinol my bile flow worked great..
