Orotate one of the strongest things I’ve ever taken.

It’s a lot.

Orotate = lithium utilization = selenium utilization and nadph oxidase.

Everything is co2 and atp.

Selenium utilization the key to co2 (activates both b6 and ALA system) . Electrolyte retention the key to atp. Needs chloride in the cell. So nad and beta alanine pathway working.

It’s lithium cobalt imbalance. But really nadh/nad issues I can’t build up enough nadh to make nad. Carnitine is needed with b12 Ala iodine. Zinc.

Bad couple of days. Lithium keeps increasing. I guess I’m dumping it. Cobalt raising which is good. Might need more b6. 4 andro has to go in sometimes and might really push it 3 days on starting today after just taking once every 3rd day.

Too late happened and there’s nothing I can do . It’s straight dementia if the brain some sort of b12 deficiency / oxygen toxicity.

I would bet the body just dumps lithium to deal with oxygen.

It’s just time for me to die .

@bruschi11 we are tested that's for sure. We will make it or die trying, but we can't just give up. Not now...

Not now is fine. But I can’t keep doing this indefinitely. It’s such a mess.

My sodium keeps going up in Oligos and this is what happened in 2023 and 2024 when I dumped lithium in hair. Lithium and sodium go up together.

Thing is vitamin A metabolism is by far the best I’ve ever seen it. It’s dropping rapidly.

I don’t know if carbon monoxide leak in my car is causing massive issues or not. I’m getting it fixed. I’m in that car hours at a time when I work.

Carbs have not been an issue for a couple weeks. Yesterday they were horrible and I felt poisoned for 12 hours post carbs and still feel them.

That’s the signal to start my intermittent fasting/ keto again.

I’m saying I really need nadh….. well now that I’m moving Vit A well. Maybe it’s freakin time to take the stuff.

I healed while taking Vit A in 2020.

We will see here. I’m bad. I don’t want to take TRT again. Maybe Vit A will help for nadh as it should help there if it’s moved right.

And it’s being move right according to Oligo’s…

Vit A changed exactly what I was trying to change using lithium cadmium and fluoride.

Big step here. But there are negatives. Chromium dropped. Phos and d bad. Mercury went up a little. Cobalt dropped.

Butttt. Sulfur went up. And if we can increase sulfur whileeee dumping copper. I mean isn’t that what we want most? Andddd potassium went up. Mag went up.

I think I really gotta chase now doing was I was doing prior. B12 carnitine iodine b5 choline based approach.

Struggles since . Boron rising from A. Iodine raising too (poor usage). Craving sugar last couple days, not milk anymore. I think I craved milk for the A.

Nadh which I’ve been working on shuts down inositol im seeing. Inositol lowers boron for me … and A.

So right now….

Carnitine, 4 andro(cycles) , A, inositol. On top of the orotate and nutrients plan I was on is something I’m looking at

Again sirt5 gets us to cps1. For carbamoyl phosphate . To make beta alanine.

Inositol very pro sirt5.

Too much inositol is like taking too much b1 crazy hypokalemia. Just not ok.

But I do think it really is in that must take supps group. And higher dose may be needed. I took 12g today. After being told about study where they give 18g to post ssri people.

I don’t think there’s anything worse than severe hypokalemia and I put myself into it this weekend and today.

It just doesn’t end. Gbold said you can die from hypokalemia from too much b1 and it’s exactly what inositol does. It is soooooo bad.

It’s crazy though. I highly doubt I can get out of this and I’m about 2-3 years too late.

But 2021 when I was ok. Golfing biking working . Living with my ex gf and expecting a future . Expecting me to get well one day. I was at say 60% health.

I had a thought that b2 + vitamin A was the way.

Well here we are nearly half a decade later and I’m saying actually inositol + chromium which both basically make b2. Plus vitamin A. Is likely the way. Electrolytes too obviously.

I just don’t know how that chromium in my oligoscan gets fixed. Thing is it was silly low in 2023 my first scan. And only a year prior in 2022, chromium went up in hair when I was in a decent period.

Was chromium in 2022 in decent times extremely low in Oligo? I just don’t know.

I do think something happened in 2019/2020 with Dana summers that sent the chromium issues off. And this is where my illness really began next to the bmaa toxicity.

It’s basically copper controlling lithium allows orotate to rise and orotate raises beta alanine to rise which is step 1 to nmda function (electrolyte retention, relaxation…. Everything.)

I just wish oligoscan was around years ago.

I’m in agony. Something bad is happening we’ll see more in scan tomorrow. I think it’s iodine/ thyroid/ superoxide just killing copper. And the fumarate in carnitine fumarate does the same thing even more.

I feel like I’m dying but know I’m not. And tomorrrow will be better but I gotta get in control of this illness asap.
