I feel it. Hif1 and VHL working together. This is how you treat fluoride and cadmium simultaneously. And I think just the fact I’ve completely stopped all smoke intake for a few weeks now. Along with the crazy amounts of saunas I’m doing along with my nutrient plan. The system is just turning on.

I have to watch carb intake with this approach. It’s clear there’s a lot of potassium wasting.

It’s basically hif1 needs ALA to function appropriately or hif1 is harmful. So that’s why 4 andro was just so bad over summer killing my htma zinc.

And as hif1 functions correctly, VHL does the job of downregulating it.

Lithium was insane yesterday . Barely noticed it during day but woke up this morning in crazy detox with more libido.

I scanned and A dropped a ton (good thing), D went from horrid to perfect overnight.

I’m literally shocked.

But folate dropped bad and so did b6.

lith was huge part to healing for me in 2020 with only about 5mg weekly…..

Last year I over did it. I need the stuffs on egcg based plan. But not too much .

We can’t kill fumarate. Cuz fumarate is the key to acetyl coa and aspartate. Aspartate proceeds beta alanine. Acetyl coa proceeds cps1 with glutamate.

All eyes on cps1 for carbamoyl phosphate. As that’s the key to orotate for beta alanine

fumarate at its core is the key to both sugar and fat metabolism but we need potassium for this to be about sugar metaboslim. Simple as that. Potassium comes up with chloride in the cell which needs glycine but realistically it needs nmda which needs beta alanine (driven by fumarate) and taurine (iron metabolism and nadph).

We push nadph too hard we kill beta alanine with taurine.

That’s why this stuff is so intricate.

It’s basically co2 is the key to electrolyte retention cuz co2—> carbamoyl phosphate= beta alanine= nmda receptor. Problem is lithium robbing orotate in the midst of that.

I feel this is relevant but I’m really really fuckin messed up smh

It’s basically the pyruvate im making with ALA and ip6 and carbs is leaking into methylglyoxal pools and pressuring the fuck out of nad and lithium b12

CPS1 kills hif1a and vice versa.

This is why a Vit E or ALA must go with a chromium (egcg/ 4 andro) based plan.

This is why I got so bad over summer.

I think it’s all cps1 here. It’s the bridge between VHL and hif1a.

While both VHL and hif1a pressure cps1.

This is tough.

Bile production in the liver seems like it might be really big for cps1.

Tyrosine sulfur key to bile. Bile big for cps1

It’s sirt5 activates cps1.

Sirt5 is reliant on thymus which testo hurts. Lot to learn.

Inositol nad+ tyrosine all pro sirt1. But inositol huge.

Which is why b1—> inositol in glycolysis is so big. B1 is known as Parkinson’s cure for a reason.

Well taking ALa this last week shut down b1 and I couldn’t get to inositol. No inositol no sirt5 no carbamoyl phosphate as cps1 goes down.

I took thymus and inositol tonight. I feel it working sirt5 co2 etc. my head is like 100 x smaller than the last time I felt decency…. From inositol in may 2014.

I’m scared I’m too late. But I have to realize I may not be. I may be just getting started )))))

Yes my system is really turned on just from inositol and thymus glandular yesterday both pro sirt5. And my balls got inflated with semen. Just felt my balls growing libido etc .

This all agrees with may 2024. My chloride dropped in bloods. My t3 went up. My boron dropped in oligoscan. My cobalt went way up in oligoscan.

This is electrolytes protocol but it’s really the nmda protocol and that’s what it always should’ve been

Reality is… in may 2024 I just used inositol. Imbalancing the rest of my system. I was really lost. I don’t have a full plan now. But it has to run through sirt5.

Libido and testicular growth are always good signs for me.

it’s basically sirt5—>cps1—>carbamoyl phosphate—-> orotate—-> uridine—-> beta alanine.

^^^^ when lithium drops in Oligoscans it means I’m getting to orotate. That happened last night and a few days ago. This has not been happening for a long freaking time .

I was taking a lot of lithium for awhile freaking killing orotate and thus beta alanine smh

Drinking a. Lot of water and I never do. I’m thirsty. Maybe because the cells are retaining electrolytes ?

Potassium went up today.

Potassium went back down and I lost my mind yesterday. I took 300mcg of lithium. I’m starting to think lithium is like iodine in a way. But lithium the anti sirt5. Anti beta alanine.
