    POTENTIAL explanation for PFS.

Thinking about how to increase UGT activity, particularly UGT2B15 and 2B17, as those metabolize androgens most heavily. UGT enzymes use UDP-glucuronic acid to attach it's glucuronic acid to another compound, like an androgen UDP-glucuronic acid is made by enzyme UDP-glucose 6-dehydrogenase...

    POTENTIAL explanation for PFS.

Good article on UDP-glucuronosyltransferase enzymes (UGT), with this diagram: There are many types of UGT enzymes. It looks like UGT2B17 is most important in 3a-diol-G production. Red wine and component flavonoids inhibit UGT2B17in vitro. In prostate cancer cells, bile acids and...

    Talkingant PSSD log

You’re right, i should have held out longer. But the insomnia was tough to deal with at the time. I used to be an insomniac so I dont fuck around when it comes to my sleep. I will probably retry TEI soon, and can hopefully deal with any sleep side effects better. With more people seeing success...

    Niles' PFS Log

Awesome @Niles. Would you be able to list your most severe PFS symptoms and how much they have improved since starting TEI?

    Vicecaz PAS log

Good update @vicecaz, glad to hear youre doing better. Some questions for you: Which R Andro are you using? What was length and dosage of first cycle? Did you get any negative side effects? How long was it between cycles?

    Talkingant PSSD log

Last few months I've been trying various things. Been busy with other shit so I havent kept track very well and just trying shit out to see if anything has an effect. A few days ago I noticed my erection quality was improved, from a baseline 3/10 to like 6/10. Today it feels back to baseline...

    Talkingant Tests (PSSD)

Got a stool test (GI MAP) done. Was curious about my situation, seeing that the gut has come up in a number of success stories. It did not find any pathogens, but it did find some good bacteria were low and bad bacteria high. So I will look into ways to improve that and see what I can experiment...

    $100K For Cure (srs LOL)

I have low cortisol on blood tests (PSSD). I took prednisone a few yrs ago and dont remember anything interesting about it. I also did an Anavar cycle recently and didnt see much effect. But I do think cortisol is likely dysregulated in PFS/PSSD/PAS. Question is, how do we permanently upregulate...

    TubZy Log (cured)

@Boris could you reiterate what veggies/fruits you are using, perhaps a list ordered by most to least used. Also do you prefer an actual juicer machine or just a blender? And how many cups of juice do you consume per day? Thanks

    Ihatefin log

What a fucking boss lol. Glad anavar stuck for you. Got some questions: What was your var dosage? What are your plans going forward? Are you considering another var cyce? Regarding vitamins, aminos, electrolytes/minerals, can you reiterate what combo works best for you? What was your diet...

    SpectraCell Micronutrient panel

I saw these guys mentioned in another comment somewhere. Looks like they offer a comprehensive micronutrient blood panel. Seems like it could help figure out what to focus on, for those of us considering the Electrolyte Protocol, TEI, etc. What do you guys think? Is this useful? SpectraCell...

Does Cialis help you guys to maintain an erection?

Check my tests thread, I got hairtests from multiple providers around the same time. Some agreements and disagreements.

    Talkingant PSSD log

Yes hunch havent gotten any further blood tests yet. In theory it could happen, especially with longer cycles or higher doses, necessitating a PCT.

    Talkingant PSSD log

So it's about 2 weeks post-anavar now. I'm essentially back to baseline. Seeing the difference on/off is interesting, as I can definitely say I had a higher libido while on it now, maybe 10-20% better. But the side effects (stress/low motivation, T suppression) mean its not a good long term...

    JustQuitDut's protocol

I was reading some old threads in the other PFS forums and went through user "JustQuitDut" posts. He experimented with T and other hormones, and claimed to have cured others with his protocol. However by "cured" he doesnt mean he could stop taking things, he has to always be on this protocol...

    Essential amino acid log

@Helen the problem with the Electrolytes Protocol, is it isn't specific enough. It seems everyone ends up with different supplements, amounts, etc, of things. We need to make a simple list of products, dietary guidelines, etc, so that even two idiots reading it will end up taking the same stuff...

    Essential amino acid log

Quite a few PFS/PSSD/PAS people have seen temporary benefits from supplementing freeform aminos. Also a guy is seeing long term benefits recently on PropeciaHelp: My regimen, and it's working I think freeform aminos could be another piece of the puzzle, along with electrolytes, minerals, and...

    Electrolyte/mineral powders

@m_arch I looked into Genesis Sea Minerals, but I cannot find what the ingredients are. And one dose appears to be 2 ml so I'm not sure you can fit enough electrolytes/minerals in that small a dose. I'm going to try the Dr Bergs one and see how that goes.
