That should be ok, longer fasts need to be broken alot slower. You can search mattyb posts, he describes points to break fasts longer than 14 days.

Thanks!

So a little bit of rice in the soup immediately after the fast is ok?

I think gbolduev mentioned buckwheat too, but ya I would keep the rice/egg portion smaller in the recipe for a day or two, but coming off a 7 day fast should not be too hard.

Hi Orion, how are you doing? I have found only this log from you, even if this fast has ended....

Maybe you can go on with this log? or you want to do another one?
For now, I answer here...

I have noticed on my longer Breuss fast that my tinnitus has not changed, its not bad, but most annoying at bedtime, too many concerts and loud music when younger. High dose aspirin actually made it worse about 1yr ago.
I am studying cranio-sacral therapy, and the ear is in the temporal bone. Sounds affects also some muscles there. I don't know if one is also called "stirrup" in English as in other languages.... The good news is you can do something about it. This therapy can do something for tinnitus. I do not know in what cases this have to be repeated, or when you can get a definitive result.

What I can assure you is that the cranial bones still have joints, and that this all moves slightly even after the baby fontanels close. I have had the experience of feeling some changes there, and feel some extension between my ears, as the "cerebellum tent" is also attached inside the temporal bones. I have also seen a person's face change expression from disappearance of a dis-symmetry in the jaw. The jaw, thus the TMJ, is also attached to the temporal bones...

Doing well, breaking my 54 day Breuss fast this Saturday afternoon. I will be posting a new thread to log/report the re-feed and to track how many symptoms return and what sticks after completion.
