if you are not making adrenaline and noradrenaline, then your Beta -2 receptors are not activated, this causes histamine release from the mast cells.

if you are not methylating you could be down on everything serotonin, dopamine , noradrenaline, adrenaline.

Right! this may very well be a Methylation issue. If I take a b complex, I might feel good for about a day then it goes down hill from there.
And that brings me back to the blocked detox pathways, I feel good at first but then my body gets poisoned by whatever I am taking because it can't detox.

I need to go read all your old stuff about liver and glutathione and also Dr. Chris Shade's material. He talks a lot about how NRF-2 Up-regulation is a big factor here.

I think I need to fix GI problems and then Liver problems, and THEN try to improve Methylation

Yup. These herx reactions are tough to deal with now and I’m still going through them. To a much lesser degree, but these last two months have been a lot of work and I feel like I’m only 30-40% there in terms of getting rid of the bad and clearing up these detox pathways.

For instance, probiotic enema last night made me herx a bit. But I could sleep, woke up in minor herx. A few weeks ago, I did one and I was up all night heavy herx. But last year when I got better I would do probiotic enemas at night and be perfectly fine barely even feel it.

It all depends on a collection of things as to why we herx. Nutritional balance of the body, toxic and pathogen load, liver/gut health and gut bacteria.

There are so many things at play. I just say let’s go at it all. Try to idealize the whole system.

Liver flushes are what I’m gonna be doing a lot of coming up. I really had a good one a couple weeks ago. Got hugeeee stones like 100. And then my stool turned much darker and has since. More regular, feel like I unclogged something.

I did a cool variation of the flush that was basically a mix of Hulda Clark and this cfs recovery dude Abdulrahman I’ve spoken of. He has you eat 3 apples an hour after the salts that night. Lol it’s a nice thing eating those apples after not eating since lunch.

Brushci, If I take Chanca Piedra my stools turns dark too but I still have all the symptoms of fat mal-absorption. its doing something but on its own it might not be enough for me. I just ordered a product called BitterX from Dr. Shade. I have high hopes for that one.

Keep up the good work guys, didn't mean to hijack this thread.

Loving the enthusiasm here. Hopefully we can pull through and have a few of us trying this out. I might be in after this TEI cycle. Sups seem attainable after all. We only need the dose/length and we're set.

Yes. I think no one knows the dosage. So just gotta try it out and log it. Both DHT/R-Andro and the a1a blocker seem fairly safe.

I think this could influence TEI though (anything can?) but let's say you want to quit TEI then you could try it of course. Otherwise I would not.

@Helen do you know much about the alpha 2 adrenoreceptor I know minoxidil is an agonist of this receptor

antagonists alfa 1 receptor, agonism of alfa 2 receptor=outcome will be raised prolactine, gh, low acth, insulin, cortisol, so very low libido and feeling seedation, better night erections and erections from touching and seeing-drugs which work on this is for example tizanidine, and maybe as D4n mention minoxidil

agonism alfa 1 receptor and antagonism alfa 2- have opposite way of work, they increase libido (yohimbine is alfa 2 antagonists), sweating, dilated pupils

cocaine, amphetamine are alfa 1 agonists

Here’s what we don’t know about TEI. In theory, it should cure most of all of this nightmare....... in theory. Didn’t t somebody say on here that someone actually got to balanced state (like no more rec supplements) and still had issues? All I’m saying I that we could get to the end of a two year road, and still be no better off. I’m all for taking the long way home, if it actually leads home. That’s why we don’t know. I think to @Boris point, at least if we can get back to. Pre Fin state, and then attack the TEI angle, if at the end of 2 years, it leads no where, at least we won’t be eunuchs anymore........ thoughts?

You need to be balanced for a long time for your body to be able to heal itself. TEI isn’t the cure. The theory here is that it allows your body to heal itself through being balanced metabolically. Like Helen said, two years.

I am a year into tei and I am a completely different person than I was a year ago. Tei is fixing more than just pfs 100%. I now have spurts of normal labido! My energy levels are the best I have had in my life, I don't feel like I could take a nap constantly. It's a long process but it works.

Can't wait to see see where I am at in another year.

That's great news man! Happy for you.
How long are your cycles? And do you take a break from TEI before you collect a sample? Or do you stay on them non stop?

I can’t wait to get to that point Man.

“I’m a completely different person than I was a year ago.”

It doesn’t make sense to so many in this community. We get messed up in snap of a finger really... then we basically feel like we’re stuck like that. Cuz it’s not easy- There isn’t a treatment out there for us.

Then you start moving forward a little, then a lot- and you realize sure you’re not a fixed person yet. But holy hell, I’m someone different than I thought I could ever be!

I think tei, ARL can be magnified a bunch. For instance, gbold has said he would like to see blood, urine aminos, minerals in people.

I’m going to be seeing doctor next week to try to get “Nutreval FMV” testing which my balancing nutritionist loves. She uses this and the hair test exclusively. It has organic acids in this Test so it’s a double whammy for me really as I love to see organic acids for several markers like Candida, sibo.

I’m hoping it could be a game changer this testing and a lot of guys could hop on. We will see.. should be interesting.

Yes for a lot of guys this would be best case scenario.

I feel much better since going on TEI and I have had days with good libido and no hairloss. Not a lot yet. But those days showed me it is possible to fix hairloss and PFS.

For some people it could be 1 year for others 2 years. This is what I think. Depending on how bad you are.

But we need a few guys doing this to see if TEI actually works. Can't say after two months or four months it does not work. We know this from the beginning.

Meanwhile other people try different protocols that could be faster for a PFS cure. That is why we need to try things out like high dose RU and the a1a blocker + DHT.

I think it is good to push for this more and have more people try different things with logs and testing the blood once in a while.

Everything is in my log in more detail but a cycle usually was 30 days on, 10 days off, 30 days on, retest and wait two weeks or more for results off supps. I would try to have the supps ready for when the results came in so I could start right away. My last cycle I experimented with 30 days on and 30 days off to see if I could get the same results in two months instead of three. Every cycle is different so it's hard to tell if it was any better.

My next cycle I might try 45 days on and retest and have two weeks off. I try to only get hair that started growing at least 30 days after supps. I usually get my hair cut at the barbershop 2 to 4 weeks before I plan to retest, so I can get accurate results.

Maybe the fix for PFS people is giving them a line of cocaine, a shot of tren-ace and dropping them in Las Vegas.

Is there anyone on the forum who wants to try this? It is interesting to say the least. Would be cool if we have two protocols tried out at a similar time (RU + this) so we can move forward with the potential protocols.

May be you should look into supporting your beta-2 adregenic system. Tons of people kill this system by coffee, stimulators, etc.

and upregulate their gaba, acetylcholine way too much. Chronic Caffeine Alters the Density of Adenosine, Adrenergic, Cholinergic, GABA, and Serotonin Receptors and Calcium Channels in Mouse Brain

I know we had people crash with POIS from using ventolin for 2 years which is an agonist of beta-2 receptor, and then stopping,

this downregulated their Cortisol receptor big time. And upregulated acetylcholine way too much.

Same happened with heavy smokers, who stopped. cigarettes upregulated acetylcholine receptors, so people sweat.

You also do bad on B1, which increases acetylcholine.

damn my mom and stepdad smoke inside the house 24/7 from when i was a baby till now. Could this have an effect on me aswell as im inhaling their smoke?

Any ways to help decrease acetylcholine? Hydrogen im pretty sure was mentioned somewhere on the forum to help downregulate acetylcholine

No matter what they do , it will take a long time to fix this. at least 6 months. it is not like they will be fixed in a day. it took walker years. to get fixed. by running close to what I outlined here, basically forcing androgens. like r andro.

And then he was still not fixed with all the issues, not even close.

Unless of course what I outlined in the OP works really fast, with DHT and a1a blocker at the same time.
Currently on anavar and picking up Prozosin tomorrow...will report back
