Nice, my TEI hairtest results are in. Looks like my sky high calcium came down nicely, as well as zinc which was a little high although that was probably because of my shampoo. Mg and Na which were already low went even lower while K did not change.

I don't feel that different compared to when I took my last test, although that was some time ago and it's hard to remember precisely how you feel day by day. Fatigue improved a bit (probably because the B vits I'm taking right now), but still zero libido and still emotionally numb most of the time. Maybe a little less emotionally numb, but still only like 20-25% of what it was before PSSD, and that is on a good day.

Between this and my last test I did a month on ARL supps, I wonder if that is what brought my calcium down.

It makes me wonder a bit if theroad to a cure lies with these programs. Some people improve greatly on these hair test figures, but dont feel better libido wise at all.
Not saying this is all bs, but this is not designed for pfs/pssd, and it shows limited impact so-far.

To be fair I only did a month of ARL and it definitely did do something. I felt pretty good for a few days during the first week. Then symptoms got massively worse near the end of that month (full blown derealization/depersonalization returned etc.) and took a while to return to baseline again, but that is to be expected.

Is it 4 lows? Calcium is right in the middle of the reference range.

Definition. A four lows pattern is present on a hair mineral test when the hair levels are the following:

1. Calcium less than 40 mg% or 400 ppm.

2. Magnesium less than 6 mg% or 60 ppm.

3. Sodium less than 25 mg% or 250 ppm.

4. Potassium less than 10 mg% or 100 ppm.

Rarely, the calcium, magnesium, sodium and/or potassium are right at the ideal levels.

Or does the last line of the definition above apply to my calcium?

Including a hairtest, my supps for two months are 600 bucks as well.

Hence I am starting to look elsewhere. These programs haven’t cured anyone yet and any progress people do make is slow and very timid. Will try to finish a full year, though.

@barbaar this is insanity WTF

this is also in euros. this is 400 dollars a month. they are ripping you off.

Adrenal complex is 29 dollars, in your program it is 70.

this is criminal.

practitioners cant raise prices on supplements. that is simply insane.

what do they charge you for the hairtest ?
