It makes me wonder a bit if theroad to a cure lies with these programs. Some people improve greatly on these hair test figures, but dont feel better libido wise at all.
Not saying this is all bs, but this is not designed for pfs/pssd, and it shows limited impact so-far.

How is this improved greatly? this is 4 lows))
Definition. A four lows pattern is present on a hair mineral test when the hair levels are the following:
1. Calcium less than 40 mg% or 400 ppm.
2. Magnesium less than 6 mg% or 60 ppm.
3. Sodium less than 25 mg% or 250 ppm.
4. Potassium less than 10 mg% or 100 ppm.
Rarely, the calcium, magnesium, sodium and/or potassium are right at the ideal levels.
Also here is the supplement and diet advice they gave me (in dutch, sorry about that):

Holy shit the supps are pricy btw lol
I thought ARL was more expensive
I could get ARL for about ~150 a month, this is 271,20 a month, or 224 if I buy 3 months in one go.
