Great idea. Im new here and it's a huge chore trying to figure out which are working.

Yeah there is going to be lots of cleaning up and making things more organized as a lot of the stuff is scattered and there many repeated things

I'm a accutane sufferer who is dealing with a slew of problems.

have CFS, chemical sensitivities, depression, anxiety, low libido, ect. I'm even dealing with something called electrical sensitivity which is an absolute mystery (and a pain in the fcking a**)

All of this started after accutane.

Anyways, I'll be looking forward to trying some of these solutions

It is not an absolute mystery, and it will touch more and more people. Some have gotten out of it already.
There is a scale of intensity.
Some have only a hate of perfumes like me, some have the electric or not... A neighbour has ALL and she has it STRONG.

Yeah the chemical sensitivities are down to zinc, copper, B6 issues since they are not working properly

I have also copied, so that this particular topic of MCS multi chemical sensitivity stays all there!

Licorice root seems to randomly give me a shooting pain in my prostate. Any idea why?

I never go out of the fast on greens alone. one time I did that I put myself into crazy alkalosis. Green juices, greens are alkaline. And put you into alkalosis, same as drinking organic acids, like malic acid, citric, succinic. HCL, hydroniums are different it is a strong acid and instead of rising bicarbonate it will kill it.

What is the mechanism by which malic acid causes alkalosis? Is it by affecting potassium? I am using malic acid in the form of magensium malate. Am a slow oxidizer trying to get out of alkalosis and I do not want to be making it worse.

Unfortunitely he is no longer here to clarify however I am sure he is right about the effect. These days I kind of like the alkalizing effect of organic acids and fruits/vegetables
