There's a magnitude of things at play. Trauma people would say everything is unresolved trauma, religious people would say people are angry because they don't forgive and have a bad relationship with their parents (many people have no father at all nowadays or one who's a very bad role model), here at hackstasis the focus would be on mineral balance most likely and Ray Peat would say you're hypothyroid, i'm hypothyroid, EVERYONE is fucking hypothyroid. I'm not really sure what to believe in anymore or rather what's the most important aspect. They all influence one another obviously so it's hard to say what's the initial cause or what's the most effective way to treat it, but what is sure is that our current society and lifestyle is very weird in many regards, thus people are very unbalanced on average.
The best idea is to take a larger Gallop into the Realm of Clarity. To gain Control, is to gain Wisdom; because it is only through the Perspective of being in Control, that we can Address things appropriately, without having to WORRY to much about ORDER, change, or the overwhelming Panic of "too much at Once".

Tei works.
Renders me almost asthma -less and
I feel BPII was either a "catch all" or "we don't know what's wrong with this guy" kind of diagnosis. (lots of that was systemic, the city, and the school... just a tough situation not actual "disorder" nor "mental illness")In many ways.

But just to be sure, in the future I'll consult a trusted therapist before beginning any med. And most likely won't try anything. I mean PFS happened BC of vanity, which was damaged due to psyche meds... So yeah, best I take nothing. I might take some copper or tough it out till test two + round 2 Tei. It was going well tho. Happy as I was several years and many years ago. And fuelled by ambitions rather than "forcefully needing to do something".
-Probably premature, but I think a year or so on that, I can go without flovent and salbutamol - asthma. And safely (not just "fighting it"), disregard mood stabilizers.

Copper plays a role for sure.
I was recommended 3 and even 4 doses a day. I'll see how it's changed.

I think Vit e and Min Plex B helped or it was all in conjunction.
But insomnia was so much better on Tei. I shall continue shortly.
Euphoric and happy on day 1 (but that was after fasting a lot, and fasted training all year, 2 cycles of R-Andro + 4-Andro and PCT (Kingsblood and megadosed PCT herbs from TMO). Life feels less hectic often, during that cycle and I'm happy to be alive. Many times I was healthy but still feeling driven/ like a motor... and just restless all the time, and wanting results. Still I am like that, but I can calmly attack things, as in knowing it takes time. I will definitely recommend TEI to friends with anxiety and similar disorders.

This isn't wishful thinking nor hoping, it's more like... I can see it simplifies things. I'm not exactly sure how. I can figure out many elements but not why each thing works.
This must be the first time since childhood, no rescue inhalers in 2months+. I fought the urge before, but by week 3-4 I definitely woke up and went to bed breathing fine.

More importantly than asthma, I can definitely see this being used in professional school and career without fear of screwing things up (for need of needing something "stronger", i.e. drugs - meds). I'd rank it near as good as dexedrine, as good as choline (personally speaking). Probably better than Lithium Orotate (considering I haven't taken that more than 3x this cycle). I do think it's important to state: A LOT of chelation already occured, hence low toxicity on my hair tests (ARL 03.20.2018) ago, and TEI 9.10.2018). This could very well make me feel sick if not for fasting. And those that haven't benefited or feel not good, that can very well change. Also, Helen says the first test or 2 may be quite inaccurate. I kind of miss it already.

PFS was concern number one, but now just a couple vanity and also: 1-2 sexual things remain. And really, keeping up nofap (instead of screwing it up) will help sexual drive a lot, as it's high. Not just drive, but wanting to meet women. I do, and I have, but I also (tbh) relapsed a lot. So to end off POIS, and this and that, I gotta stick to that.

If overall health was like: 0-10% much of last year. And like 40-50 in March end, it's 90+ now. I think nofap, bathmate, etc could fix the rest of sexual issues. Or even electrolytes protocol. THe thing is though, long standing asthma and insomnia and mood symptoms can also be improved. Those are more a priority right now. I feel almost foolish saying so, but I think this can cure asthma and render me symptomless for bipolar II. I'll still be me, but be more effective. I think proclivity towards those things may not disappear, but if controlling them means, taking TEI or similar long term, then so be it.

A while back, before Fin, I didn't think there was anything that would do this. Let alone without SEVERE (basically unlivable) side effects. I'm "hypersensitive", sure, but balding in months and gaining 40-100lb, to "be calm" isn't gonna help me, it's clear. Obviously that's vanity related, so was protecting against it by avoiding such drugs, and or taking other shit drugs like finasteride.

I also didn't really think BPII/mood disorder was that bad... or needed to be treated, but countless destroyed relationships, lost opportunities, suicidality during PFS, and mania during Effexor days, tells a different story. So I'll stick to it. I'd recommend it on Crazy Boards and Bluelight too. CB would probably think I'm fucking crazy to do such a thing tho.

Not to sound too overly optimistic, I mean 8-10 yrs of mood symptoms and 20-24+ yrs of asthma symptoms, I don't expect to vanish in 7 weeks. I'm saying it will help long term. And hell, psyche meds, lasting 60 days is pretty hard for me (and a TON) of other people. Changing asthma meds ? One thing that works kind of vs another... This actually removed wheezing and I worked out or ran maybe 55+ of those 49 days. So pretty good. Docs would change my asthma meds and I would agree and never really found anything better.

Anyways, Tei can help a lot of diverse health issues I feel.
