I've wondering recently about vitamin C as a metal chelator. Especially since I've found out that I have zero vitamin c on my OAT.
You see this screenshot from a video I saw talks about vitamin c ability to take metals out in this order, and copper is one of them.

activated charcoal will only help in acute poisoning. And maybe help limit some uptake if taken daily.
Penicillamin is a bit strong if you are not sure if its actually copper.

Penicillamin will be hard getting my hands onto, but I'll have to try stuff if my hair test still reads me as a fast one.

It looks like a lot more people that firstly thought as slow might end as real fast oxidizers.

Fast oxidisers come say yes.

I don't think so.

it is just some people keep confusing other people what NB program is , since they don't understand how it works

Vitamin C is low on all organic acids testing and even Great Plains acknowledges this per @Slayo .

Don't want to over-do it with oxalate issue. I'm focusing on candida/fungus right now to address my Oxalate issue.

I think fast oxidation and especially 4 lows one, could be from too much of adrenaline or aldosterone. which then causes higher progesterone levels. to retain potassium

:) I was waiting for another reminder that some people dont understand certain things, but its hard to know something that has no papers on how its supposed to work, esp. if you "dont dream" about it very often due to poor dream recall (pyroluria)

Truth is the test never lies, if it say you are fast you are fast at that particular time frame.

If reasons for this would be the already mentioned by you like half working either fat or sugar metabolism, increasing adrenaline, cortisol, then few hacks and steady mixed macro diet should allow people to get out of disbalance in general.

I’m a fast with sky high potassium. Doesn’t that point to high cortisol low Aldo? True fast oxidation?

Sounds like me, also it is so confusing because I have almost all the symptoms of both fast and slow oxidation. I have no clue which case I am because all the 4 macro minerals are so close to each other.

It's funny people believe this BS that the sun causes skin cancer. Yes maybe if you cook your outside like a lobster every year. But otherwise it will make you better IMO. Unless maybe you are an extreme slow oxidizer and you are already unhealthy or sick. Otherwise I think the sun can only do you good. Just like the sea. The forest.

Check this out:

The physiological effects of Shinrin-yoku (taking in the forest atmosphere or forest bathing): evidence from field experiments in 24 forests across Japan

You see what positive effect nature has on a human.

They call this stuff "nature therapy". Selling something that is free and abundant under "nature therapy". Haha. This is the world upside down. People need help finding what is healthy. Everybody knows this on the inside.

A lot of people around me look like ghosts and they are scared of some sun. Put a lot of sunscreen on their face. WTF? Sunscreen contains many chemicals which are very bad for you.

Like you say @Ingeno a lot of people work in offices. I just take breaks every 2 hours for 10 minutes. I don't care what my boss says to me. I want to go outside and catch some sun and fresh air. Smokers are allowed to go outside all the time to poison themselves with cigarette smoke. I want some fresh air.
Supposedly being in the sun uses up b vitamins like crazy, especially b3. Maybe it causes cancer because our diets lack b vits?

Sun raises calcium levels, and then progesterone goes up to retain potassium, to make progesterone you use NAD

cancer is lack of potassium, in many cases thus Gerson therapy

That might dont apply to the guys that sit at PC in office with chickens on their head all day.

Away from the sun is better, less radiation the better.
