I also dont understand why my results shows that im low in soddium and manganese but they dont gave me any supplements for that.
No te preocupes, eso es normal! Te lo regulan de manera indirecta. Es un juego de billar!
Your body does what it does on purpose, so it is not about giving what seems to be missing, it is about a domino effect or sending la bola de billar indirectly.

@Jaxx

I understand, but you guys are PSSD, I saw some posts on the PSSD forum that exactly this stuff works for PSSD. Someone was taking copper and electrolytes magnesium and salt. And it was working very well for PSSD.
But then I saw hairtests with 2 people with PSSD. and those hairtests were different. This is why I said to you , that taking all the same stuff is worthless. People cant take the same stuff,

You can pick and guess for your body chemistry for 10 years and spend gazillion dollars on worthless supplements and trials. this is why I rec people to get hairtests at first, so at least they know if they are fast or slow oxidizers. Like Tubzy was a fast oxidizer on ARL and he rec'ed people to follow what helped him and peopel with PSSD, I bet most are very slow oxidizers, and of course stuff that works for Scenes who is a fast oxidizer, ( that is why he did good on copper) is not going to applicable to people like you or barbar, who are extremely slow oxidizers, that is why those people do better on progesterones which retain potassium. but bettter on zinc manganese magnesium iron.

I took the hair test october 2016 before I crashed from ru58841 and u said I was a fast oxidizer... but since I crashed and feel quite different I'd imagine that this could have changed? also my diet is different and I was doing 'warrior diet'. which is like a lot of coffee with no food which might have forced fast oxidization too right?

Is there any specific KCl which is suitable. I know KCl is KCl... but some are food grade, and some aren't... or some are pharmaceutical grade. There's this with slow shipping form Iherb and also Amazon. I ordered it (it's on the other side of Canada, shipped there by mistake). I am waiting on my hairtest, but this should come in time, with the results if that company keeps their word.

https://www.amazon.ca/NOW-Potassium...1521942106&sr=8-1&keywords=potassium+chloride

If I was still a Science major, I could probably steal or get someone to steal this from the lab.

You can buy potassium chloride at the grocery store, but they do have fillers and anti-caking agents usually.

Windsor® Salt Free Salt Substitute - Windsor Salt

Ingredients: POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, CALCIUM SILICATE, MAGNESIUM CARBONATE, SUGAR, POTASSIUM IODIDE.

When I was searching for combination of salt and potassium. I found one product. No fillers on their web. So I bought 2 boxes. Then I looked on the box and there were 3 chemicals lol. One of them ferrocyanid. So I throw them to the trash..

@MNK99 @Yura why not eat potassium rich foods like celery, spinach, kale, zucchini, string beans, beet greens, swiss chard, parsley and add/drink HCL to/with these foods?

What about bananas? I usually had a half (that's almost no food at all though ) or a whole banana before lifting weights... I try and keep most carbs till after the workout, so as to shuttle it into LBM and not gain fat.

Eating meats/eggs with Tryptophan, Methoinine, Cystine make me feel very brain fogged right away...whereas Gelatin makes me feel great. Even with HCL..

Is this the same for others on the protocol?

Is taking someone here T4 meds like synthroid? I am on T4 10 years and I know that it does more harm than good to me. I can't test reverse T3 here, but I am sure that My liver is full of it and it is big burden on my body.. Today I should have appointment with my endo and I also should have blood work, but just for TSH which is useless. So fuck it. Fuck endo. I have meds for like two months. So I just reduced dose from 125mcg to 75mcg. I am not sure if I can stop completely. When I do that my TSH goes to 10+ and I feel really bad.. I would like to hear some experiencis from others with this..

How do you know that "your body is balanced"? Human body is so complex that you can't know if is your body balanced just from hair test, blood work or whatever. Yes you can feel good and healthy. That is the only way to know if you are balanced... This idea doing fast and it will make my balanced = healthy ..is very naive.. It can help one person and destroy another.. This will apply to any approach, diet etc.. Even on diet recommendations from Gbolduev for example..

I figured that as well at first, but I called up ARL yesterday to see if I could pay whatever difference to get the full write-up, and they said they already did the whole thing for my labs, recs and all, and to ask my practitioner. It wasn't until just now when double checking that I noticed pages torn out. We'll see where this goes...

Response from my practitioner:

"Dr. Wilson asks us to remove the practitioner pages, including the ones you are requesting. Let me see if I can locate yours, although I am not suppose to share them. I will see what I can do."

Is this bullshit? It sounds like she's saying Dr. Wilson asks his practitioners to take the ARL recommendations out of the booklet and replace them with their own? I feel like I'm getting such the runaround on this...

Wow so we want ARL recommendations and not Dr. Wilson's you are saying? I thought they were the same. I am under Dr. Wilson's recommendations when I begin in two weeks. I'm not going to get another hair test until July after my June fast.

They may be one in the same, but I'd really like to have the recommendation forms straight from the algorithm to be certain I'm not taking something that my practitioner feels is just generally good for ppl.
