I was reading start of this thread. I am asking something different. If I should keep eating fats even when it's clear that I have no bile. So I think that it makes things only worse. I have no problem with low fat diet rice, vegetables, some eggs, meat, fish.. But I am not sure if long term this is good approach for my liver and bile production and flow.. Ghee should be good for the liver and bile stimulation so I am asking..
Stay off fats at the moment! Go with what you are good at first.
Then you can try, as you are good with eggs, to home make a very light mayo with just adding a few drops of olive oil to a yolk. Then increase and test if you are fine. Fat does not need so much bile when already emulsified.
I eat yolk with any meat of fish that has fat as I know it helps.

"Also HCL does nothing for the protein digestion. It is just a first step of breaking down protein. You need catalitic triad to even make the enzymes to get amino acids.
This is why in zinc finger protocol there is wobenzym. And catalitic triad aminos.
this is why I am asking not to use tons of HCL. it is worthless and will lower your thyroid effect."

What? Can't disagree more.. Hydrochloric acid will stimulate pepsin production and also liver(gallbladder) and pancreas. If you have low stomach acid nothing will work. Most people take enzymes and not hydrocholric acid. That is useless. Hydrochloric acid with pepsin is what breaks down food to liquid form not enzymes.

Dude, you have got to stop pretending you know everything. It is so damn annoying. You are not always right. We have seriously been talking about this stuff for months and most of your points have already been covered and discussed at a deeper level. Show some humility, spend less time talking and more time reading.

Pepsin only breaks down bonds between aromatic hydrophobic proteins. Trypsin and Chemotrypsin are needed to breakdown all other protein bonds, and they actually operate better at neutral and alkaline pH (e.g. around pH 7-9) because they are pancreatic enzymes. The stomach acid and pepsin are just the first step in protein digestion. Yes, that part is important. But increasing HCl and pepsin won't help with the second stage of protein digestion that happens in the small intestine. You need a comprehensive approach, which is the use HCl/pepsin, the trypsins, and the amino acids used to form the catalytic triad in pepsin/chemotrypsin/trypsin so the person can actually make those enzymes themselves again in large enough quantities.

lol I didn't say that pancreatic enzymes work in low pH. I said that you need acidic stomach so the liver and pancreas will be stimulated. You need to add betaine hcl or hydrochloric acid in sufficient amount. Otherwise your pancreatic enzymes will do shit. If you have chunks of meat in small intestine. So what you talking about? If you eat eggs for example then you don't need much stomach acid. Just enough to stimulate other sections of digestion, but if you eat large steak you will need significantly more. In my case it is like 10 drops 3,5% hcl for eggs vs 30-40 drops for 200g beef steak. Then it doesn't sit in the stomach like a rock for hours.. But I agree that I need read more. There is a lot of good info.. :)

Yes, obviously HCL dosage is important, please reread the first post here it was discussed many times before. No one is saying HCL dosage can't vary so not sure who are you arguing with.

"1) HCL for the stomach ( you can go up to 10 capsules after protein food) but normally I would take 1-2"

"Things like lack of sugar or protein will require extra cortisol. This won't ever cause receptor downregulation. It is not chronic stress that causes high cortisol, it is sugar eating for a while, sitting on your ass and then stress, cortisol goes up so high in this case that your metabolism just crashes.
All this happened since your sat around, ate sugar and retained pufa , since you just ate sugar pufa was being retained and not burned. And then you get stressed out by something and your cortisol is insensitive , your adrenaline is insensitive and you all this retained pufa just pours out in the blood stream .
This is the mechanism how someone gets into " chronic sympathetic activation state"
Then your adrenals gland cant handle this after a while and you are done.
Now fasting will make you sensitive to cortisol, and all hormones, since the body during fasting depends on these hormones, and the body will be super sensitive to them since you dont have building materials for them during the fast.
Also body will burn most of your pufas for energy in 30-40 days of the fast. And then when you start eating again, make sure you dont sit around and eat sugars again. And only eat sugars when you need them. Otherwise your body will retain pufas again and the mechanism will restart
This is why if you don;t want to change your life style and sit around and eat sugars. Fasting is essential in supporting this kind of damaging lifestyle

What you mean by this if you don't believe in "adrenal fatigue" due to mineral/vitamin/amino acid deficiency or whatever ?

According to this, as long as you dont overeat calories (either carbs, protein or fat) you would be fine and your cortisol and adrenaline would be sensitive because you will be lacking calories thus your body needs these hormones? So, you could still eat whatever you want as long as you dont go over your calorie needs?

@gbolduev " Also your calcium metabolism is impaired, which effects the contractions of blood vessels. That is why you feel like blood does not go into your brain."
Can I have this even if I have high calcium in the blood? I have like under 500mg calcium a day.. I can't walk more like 30 minutes. I will get low blood flow tot he head and red legs full of blood. It looks like POTS, but my veins a weak, like they can't contract.. I can't work due to this for 4 years now..

Might be a silly question but how are we defining "Over masturbation" here? Once a day? Three times a day? Twice a week?

I ask because my erections and libido have returned recently and I don't know if I should follow the "use it or lose it" path or should masturbate sparingly whilst my body is trying to recover.

@Concerned

For me once a day is definitely too much, I try to keep it to twice a week

If you do, go by how you feel after and the following day. That is easy to gauge. During PFS, most people feel like crap after it, since the body can handle it (plus wasting even more zinc).

Guys any thought on vitamin C? Good/ bad in synthetic form? Is something like 100/200 mg a day from fruit vegetable enough even for sick people? I have low calcium intake in the diet and also vit C. So I am thinking about making some calcium ascorbate? I it interesting that there is no talk about vitamin C.. Which is rapidly depleted micronutrient during stress or illness. A lot of people swear on high doses of ascorbate. Other people like Morley Robbins says that it interfers with copper/ceruloplasmin so I don't know.. @gbolduev?

Everybody is talking about histamine and histidine etc.. But what about vit C..
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/7365537
"Analysis of 437 human blood samples has shown that when the plasma-reduced ascorbic acid level falls below 1 mg/100 ml, the whole blood histamine level increases exponentially as the ascorbic acid level decreases. When the ascorbic acid level falls below 0.7 mg/100 ml, there is a highly significant increase in the blood histamine level. Oral administration of ascorbic acid (1 g daily for 3 days) to 11 selected volunteers resulted in a reduction of the blood histamine level in every instance. Histamine is a compound that is released by cells in response to injury and in allergic and inflammatory reactions, causing contraction of smooth muscle and dilation of capillaries."

Also glucose competes with ascorbic acid for absorption. So high blood sugar can(or is) be a problem. Diabetes basically equals vitamin C deficiency/scurvy..

I have been taking 1000mg sodium ascorbate every day. My health has been progessing, so I don't think it has caused any negative affects on me.

1g is "low" dose and very safe.. It is enough to prevent some deficiency, but probably not enough if somebody has some serious oxidative damage.. I will try 5g 3x a day. With hydrogen water it will be powerful stuff.

Started hydrogen water today, and I have lots of sodium ascorbate on hand.

I asked before on another thread, but what is considered a high dose of vitamin C, some say taking it until diarrhea then backing down? I think I will try some bigger doses as well and see how I respond, there is a HTMA practitioner G. Smith and he recommends taking vit C and lots of it.

"some say taking it until diarrhea then backing down"
this makes no sense. Same with magnesium until diarrhea.. I would say that 10 and more grams a day is higher dose. But then again some people are taking 100-150g a day for 20 years heh. So it is hard to tell with vitC. But I would( I will) start 5 g 3 times a day for like a month and will see how you feel.. Btw drink it between meals so it doesn't interfere with other nutrients and their absorption..

I do have a question, as I start this protocol. This week I am starting the coffee enemas and the Malic acid in preparation for the Moritz liver flush. I’m doing research on the flush and it did bring up some interesting info. When you look at pictures of real gallstones, they look nothing like the green and yellow “gallstones” that are apparently expelled by the flush. Apparently the “stones” are actually congealed oil from the drink the night before. When heated, they turn back to oil. The body apparently struggles to process that much olive oil. What has been y’all’s experience with this, and is there any validity to it? It does seem a physical impossibility for the body to hold thousands of stones in an organ as small as the gallbladder. Thoughts?

Completed 5 flushes as of last weekend. Only gotten stones on flush 3 so far, so I don't think it congealed oil.

I also looking for FACTS and PROOF that this works. I know through Ultrasonic that i got a gallstone in my gallbladder. But i am pretty scared to do the moritz liver flush but also i dont what to get my gallbladder removed...

Isn t there anybody out there who did a ultrasonic before and after the liver flush? This is by far the easiest Proof that this thing works..
