You cant claim this kind of thing using the time as a parameter. If theres something that is totally irrelevant on pssd is time. I was +10yrs on ssri and only now that shit happened to me, there are people who got pssd for 2/3 pills. There are people who recovered in 1/2 weeks, others in months, others in years... Time tells nothing!

The only one who can tell if expandable had or not pssd is himself, he knows the severity of his symptoms.

I got back my PFS just because using a prohormone for 5 days 1 year ago.

6 doses, 5mg each. I think im on day 6 now off the ella? Last dose was last thursday.

Ya know, I spent a long time thinking about this. The conclusion that I came to was that having severe sexual side effects 2~3 months after taking 25mg paxil over the course of two days is not normal, even if the symptoms seemed slightly different than the rest of the sufferers. The same stuff that helped them helped me, including the ella. Oh, I think I forgot to mention before that I only took that little paxil

Just wondering, how’s your body tone in the aftermath of Ella? Is their any indication your estrogen levels might be higher based on symptoms?

I really don't think so. I want to go in for a blood test at some point just to make sure, but I think overall I'm basically the same as I was before. Remember, this is PSSD, mechanism might be different for PFS sufferers.

Yeah I definitely had the anesthesia. Horrible. And the weak erections. Right now, my erections are 9/10! I only dock a point because it takes a little more effort than it used to, but I can get rock hard again. I definitely can have sex again like this. As for the libido, it's difficult to say... I never thought of myself as having a high libido even though I regularly masturbated 3, 4, 5, 6 times a day. In the end, I never really noticed a change in libido even with PSSD, just couldn't get hard like i wanted to. I would imagine, though, that the symptoms come and go together.

Maybe a 3. I think the licorice root might have sliiiiightly helped but it was definitely mainly the ella...

So today's update... slowly getting better. I'm definitely not 100% there yet. The one big thing is dick sensitivity, which is a lot better now (I already talked about it in several posts) but not 100% back to normal. The other thing is semen quality. I'm not sure if this stuff will clear up over time or what. Trondanac still mentions that he's 95% back to normal, not 100%. Is 2 runs of ella something that's possible?

Where can I go to do a hair/urine/blood analysis so I know where I stand? Perhaps the ella changed something else up body chemistry-wise? Just throwing ideas out :lol: But really, I feel great. If I have to stay at this level the rest of my life, it's a massive step up from before!

Some people that recovered from PSSD reported that it took them some time to reach 100%, just worth considering.
Taking any supplements at the moment? (like vitamins). Not saying you should, just wondering.

Yeah it was fine beforehand. "Normal." Now it's like this. It's almost like, and I'm theorizing here, but it's almost like my (previously) deregulated prog receptors got upregulated a decent amount but not all the way back to normal.

Boners 3/10 -> 9/10
Orgasm 8/10 -> 9/10
Morning wood 0/10 -> 9/10
Libido Good/10 -> Good/10
Morning fatigue Bad/10 -> Not tired/10

But

Semen quality 5/10 -> 5/10

And finally

Dick sensitivity 4/10 -> 7/10

I think I'm case two, since ella helped so much right away (lowered already high prog and upregulated receptors) and licorice root did as well. Maybe most pssd sufferers are. So maybe the key is more ella, or perhaps estradiol or some kind of estrogen together with it (I read that adding estrogen upregulates and so does removing prog). But obviously I'm going to wait a while and see what happens first, like I mentioned.

Fair enough. I can imagine it would take a while longer. For the time being I feel like the best course of action for me is like, a classic pfs-style super duper healthy excercise blah blah lifestyle, sleep well, the works. Not taking any supplements at all for the clean run, but I'm more than willing to take multivit and fish oil at least, and I have zinc, copper, various other stuff lying around, but I'm waiting for some direction from gbold or something here... don't wanna jump the gun!

Just curious because finasteride causes watery semen even from the first dose and can persist for a while once quitting it.
