Hi everyone, i read all the conversation.
My hair loss is very little and is not mpb but fphl. i'm one of those guys who have a fphl.
Since i started my diet to get rid of pfs, my hair are better too. I eat a 70% raw fodd/paleo diet.
My hair thin where there's inflammation. If only i could figure out what causes this inflammation... So i suppose i need an anti-inflammatory/anti-fibrotic natural, safe agent.

Any idea?

The best anti inflammatory "agent" is eliminating anything inflammatory in your diet and lifestyle . It depends on each individual but the most common food people are reporting inflammation from are dairy products, gluten, sugar/carbs, sometimes eggs/Nighshades but it's more rare. A lot of PFS/PAS reports inflammatory response from these foods they didn't have before taking the drug so they should lessen over time during your recovery journey since they could be a downstream effect of the condition.
Sweating, good sleep habits, hydration and avoiding stress is paramount too. Exercising will drop your blood sugar and make your cells more responsive to insulin so if you usually react badly to sugar, you should tolerate sugar better eating right after sports
If you still look for supplement, I like cinnamon and ginger
Helen mentioned Cysteine and Histidine having anti inflammatory action

Despite your current elimination diet you still suffer from inflammation? You should be able to tell if they're problematic, by feelings only
Sugar is terrible for me, eggs and nightshades are fine . Eat 2/3 eggs and see how you react, then you'll know.
Do you exercise ?
Forgot to mention cold shower and sauna too

Try adding some carbs in like rice, oatmeal, potatoes, sprouted grains like buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth. See how body does on them.

Anyone who suffers from mpb should really try loading up on sodium.
Im not doing any scalp exercises, but still my scalp has gotten really loose, will probably add salt scrubs later on to see how it feels.

to be fair, with this diet inflammation lessened enormously, but is still present sometimes.
uh, listen this: i noticed that my scalp gets very itchy, like 1000% more than normal, in front of monitors: smartphones, laptops, desktops...

Shortly the immune system can over-reacts to proteins found in eggs, triggering inflammation
I do really fine with eggs, having them almost everyday. I just know some have issues with it, especially those with an auto immune condition

done months ago, my body doesn't tolerate grains or heavy starches.
We're in a similar position. What a shame as I love and crave salted sweet potatoes, Buckwheat... The best compromise I found for now is Keto style diet with carb loading every 4/5 days after sports . It's a metabolic issue, TEI should be able to resolve it, hopefully .
Still, there's a loot you can eat . Got to be creative;
Currently making a broth with salmon, celery, carrots, mushrooms, onion, garlic, poached eggs, and some Japanese cabbage + Himalayan Pink Salt
When it comes to seed and nuts, Pumpkin seed is the one I got zero bad reaction from ( one of the only seed/nuts that doesn't contain copper as well ), it's delicious. Regarding dairy you could try kefir. I don't tolerate dairy except Kefir once in a while

So if i understand this correctly, for mpb one needs to make sure to make NO and not superoxide right?
So for this one would need to have BH4 and to keep recycling it.

Would beets be a good way to get NO throught its pathway as it shouldnt generate superoxide and still you get NO for hair?

Sorry if im writing nonsense, im trying to understand this all.

Loading up on sodium has slowed down my shedding a lot at first, but it seems to be coming back. I wonder if I should try something to help retain sodium

Not sure if you're mineral balancing but if you're not this supplement works really well. Used it off and on for years, along with friends and family. all report fast , thicker growth.. also I believe @Trump_1776 is doing injections in the scalp.. dermaheal. Looks good

Im doing mineral balancing through tei and I'm still having shedding and dandruff a lot... This calcitriol could help me? Or better not to use it while on mineral balancing?

Yeah OK. Its because this dandruff and itchy is so annoying... Thought this was some topical use or something. Thanks

You could try an apple cider vinegar rinse for dandruff. That really helped me when I stopped using anti dandruff shampoo and my scalp started acting up.

To be clear, thats pouring some diluted apple cider vinegar on your head, you're not drinking it.

Hey @Boris since your a diffuse thinner have you noticed improvements using a lot of conditioner? It seems putting fats topically on the scalp helps diffuse thinning. There are some decent organic conditioners which seem to have a lot of healthy fats with not many nasties. It's super helped my dandruff (I also have some thinning)
