I see I see. Yeah I have heard about it in carnivore world and I will check out that link.
Didn't seem like we were talking about the same thing. I know AGES exist but as far as it causing issues, it can be related to your other likely pathogen issues.
Even so, I see raising metabolism and body's defense mechanisms (from E-protocol, or TEI in your case, or water fasting (not for ev1 but I mean come on most don't try, that is hard)), should get rid of them.
I would imagine gluten, bread, etc keeps them fed. Yeast, microbes. Maybe eating exactly ish what TEI tells you to can help faster.
I'm lucky in that I didn't learn too much about pathogens till after mine were practically gone, from long term water fasting. BUT I don't think they were a non issue, when right before I tried juice feasting and Breuss fasting protocol (liking this one better than the Swole Source Juice Feasting. I was too brain damaged and needed my parent's help with making it and buying breuess back then).
Major digestion finally after juice feasting but all black and more material. Water fasting, and then breaking with some homemade veggie broth was better. And gains stayed and it seemed like 1 milion x more useful to me.
Oh ok ok, yeah they are different haha aged meat versus AGES, I was saying I thought I heard that older meat might have AGES. Basically on a Shawn Baker episode.
It is from cooking I see. I heard about both and confused them perhaps. I misremembered/combined them. I see this AGES is problematic for poor eliminators.
Remove those cooking methods + troublesome foods for you man. Take the good info we can, combine with what we know works for us, and leave the rest.
Wilson has some good info but he went insane. He could be spot on here though. Just keep pushing. Refine your approach, drop the problematic parts.
