It’s obvious I need to back off the ALA a bit. But it’s step 1 it has to happen. I did 3 full days of it high dose I didn’t do every 8 hours though.

It seems far more of a supplement than a chelator. And I’ve chelated with its help before.

I need it for methylation to work. That is a fact.

The body’s energy production system begins and ends with CoA. There is just nothing else that can take its place.

It’s all Enzymes and hormones. Mineral utilization. Krebs electron transport chain glycolysis.

It just is what it is. It lets us use sugar make co2 make NO make thyroid work.

This is all true. Maybe I really gotta take beta alanine now and that could be my big issue with bmaa toxicity.

Can you please (if you have time/energy) explain which Kathleen's ideas you are referring to?

A few of her points—

“Everything runs through pyruvate dehydrogenase . Where glycolysis meets Krebs.

Eat more not less. Eat carbs don’t go low carb.

Coa comes first.

NAD= fadh to fad which so the real way to fad—- recycling it

And now I can say that about cysteine too. ALA = cysteine recycling it so we really wanna focus on that. Cysteine is step 1 to CoA.

That all said….

I’m dropping my fluoride the most I’ve ever seen it by far. It dropped from 27% (normally between 26 to 35 % ) to 19% from one ALA cycle . Boron went from 50 to 44%.

Cadmium high, mercury high tho, sodium low. Got some legit issues. Copper zinc calcium iodine lithium selenium all dropping as metabolism turns on.

I think getting to CoA is getting methylation going and shits happening but it’s tough on the brain.

Testing the next two days with bunch to stuff to send in. Thursday I will either fast on juices for a day or do a liver flush/

It really doesn’t matter. Cool I produce co2 I get things working. The damage already happened.

I got bmaa toxicity 5 years ago and lost control 2.5 years ago for good. My life is over. There is no end to this.

Even if I do a good job of getting bh4 cycle working it doesn’t matter at all there’s too much oxidative stress and brain shrinking

The antibiotic damage did this. It led to Cyanobacteria and bmaa toxicity.

I just wish I can die a peaceful death and it’s all I want. I don’t think there’s anything I can do to get better. It’s just gonna be about keeping myself alive from here on out and I’m not interested in that type of a life .

Even worse this morning. The Epiandro use has to be calmed down.

Dht raises glutamate. I think if I’m trying to keep hormones in a decent place the best on paper seems to be 4 andro / dhea. If sulfation is working and it is, dhea makes more sense than a dht as glutamate is the enemy.

I am stopping all hormones for next couple of days as I do testing.

I’m so sick of dying.

Oligoscan shows complete opposite of what happened on ALA (good things like A E iodine selenium usage) .

I think the B vitamin without ALA is turning on pyruvate dehydrogenase… without ALA.

Without ALA, b5 can’t work and b5 is both NMda receptor (beta alanine) and tyrosine (iodine utilization).

Glutamate dehydrogenase needs nadp so phosphurus. On ALA approach, phosphurus goes up. So on this approach with nadp working we are capable of converting our glutamate to AKG so the the Krebs cycle can really work. So nitric oxide can really work.

This all comes back to 2020. 2 things happened. Bmaa toxicity killing b5/ beta alanine. And I had a pathetic nutritionist just feeding me b2 b1 like crazy and turning on pyruvate dehydrogenase like crazy depleting ALA.

Hence why I needed chromium so bad afterward as chromium raises ALA.

Going to start with:

Pantothenic acid
Beta alanine
ALA cycles (and only use B complex during the cycle)
Coq10/pqq
Zinc/ calcium/ cr/V / Li / i
Vit E
Decaf coffee enemas (with a microdose of caffeinated in them)
Phos choline
IP6/ chiro not myo inositol
Thymus glandular
Maybe a little 4 andro/ epi andro
Liver herbs
Carb first diet no meat
Potassium/ creatine/ protein powder
Considering a little methylfolate
And again just the b complex on ALA days

I’m in so much agony. System is starting to turn on again. But what happened here the last 5 years leading to this point is sooooo NOT OK

I’d bet heavily that PDH goes down in PFS.

PFS kills progesterone pathways. Progesterone needs CoA to convert preg to prog is how I see it.

So if CoA is truly step one to PDH. Yes we need nadph to convert cholesterol to preg. But as long as zinc/ CoA is there we are gonna get to prog .

Have to realize CoA is the key to thyroid and fmn. As coa raising tyrosine and beta alanine is absolutely needed for thyroid and NMda receptor which is needed for potsssium in the cel.

CoA raises nadph, while ALA takes nadph and moves it back to nadp. Nadp takes glutamate and moves it to AKG fueling the Krebs cycle from a really nice spot.

I think as this happens we really gotta focus on pyruvate production for the other great spot to fuel it. Malic acid could be good. Carnitine

Waking up this morning after working 10 hours yesterday (not straight but still) feeling like shit of course , brain warped.

I’m just feeling more confident in what I’m trying to do. Run things through ALA b5/beta alanine/ choline minerals flat out. Take ALA twice a day 150mg everyday and I’ll take some breaks. Support ALA with coq10/ pqq vit E.

My body is loving fruit and veggies and fish. A little nut butters are fine. Protein shakes .

Doing microdose caffeinated coffee enemas. With 90% decaf coffee. 10% caffeinated.

I had a severe crash from b2 standalone the other day. It was not good. Seems b2 without other B vitamins is recipe for disaster.

Gonna wait a few days to put another b vitamin in

I agree ALA seems to support detox and do minor detox. For me at least. I took like 500-1g of ALA and eventually didn't notice any good or bad effects.

Focus needs to be nadp. B2 and b12 raise nadph and kill me. It’s nadp that moves glutamate to fuel Krebs from AKG.

We know ALA is big one there.

But in past when I take ALA or ALA precursors, I end up needing dhea.

Well dhea moves nadph to Nadp as well.

I’m sure ALA ends up lowering dhea.

No more caffeine in coffee enemas. Caffeine mitigates both nadph and nadp. I think the nadph mitigation is kind of why I like caffeine. But GST being raised by decaf coffee enemas can contain nadph while having no effect on nadp is how im seeing it.

Worst night of my life. Like so fucking bad. Sooooo bad.

It’s glutamate. I gotta stay away from dht precursors. It’s sooo bad.

It shows in oligoscans when boron fluoride elevate it’s just glutamate taking down cysteine. And it’s all I’ve done for freakin 18 months.

I do think I’ve needed hormonal support. Dhea does fineee for that and always has.

But with dhea has always needed ALA a cysteine recycler.

Maybe I’ve needed b vitamins maybe I’ve needed iodine choline.

Definitely need zinc calcium lithium chromium
.
I can’t believe it may be ending this way. Or already ended two years ago. It was feeling like it was over back then. It feels like it’s just over and I’m a neurodegenerative disease case where guy just has to fight for his life every day and keep himself going.

Things have been that bad for over 18 months now. Have not recovered from electric convulsive therapy in late 2023. Have got much sicker since

Keep ya head up bro.

You probably are toxic in metals and other crap but if you want to feel better sometimes slowing down can help. I've learned that when I push myself too hard my life gets really unenjoyable and can't live properly. Sometimes you have to be happy with what you got now. But maybe you are too bad for that still to do that.

I can only speak from my case and I can sometimes over do it and then life can become absolutely miserable. Most of the problems I have are mental (from toxic metals probably) - e.g. low confidence and depression but when I slow down the pressure on the metals and other problems is less and life becomes doable again and I can even feel very good.

That's why I do it in cycles and not go balls to the walls everyday of the year.

It’s a lot different from the PFS/ cfs you and most understand here.

Neurodegenerative disease is so much different. I cant help what happened. I got the worst case scenario thing happening to me with getting bmaa in body 5 years ago. I then soaked in fluoride laden water for years.

There is a too late in this stuff and I don’t see how I’m not too late.

I didn’t panic and start using androgens all the time until after the psyche ward in late 2023. But once that happened and I was completely incapable of reversing things with nutrients, it became a task that was impossible.

It is over for me. I have to accept that and find a way to die. It is the only saving grace.

This life isn’t worth living by stopping the progression of the disease. That’s the only thing I see possible at this point.

There is a brain barrier. Mine gone destroyed. It was fixable but it is no longer.

I ordered 1-andro as it stays away from both dht and estrone. While Epiandro (realizing this is the r andro all sorts of PFS guys like) and 4-andro both are pro dht and estrone.

Estrone needs sulfur or it’s harmful is how I’ve seen it . Dht is pro glutamate which is killing me my glutamate through roof in the the aminos when I really started dying 2 months ago.

So if we can just aid testo with a precursor. Which 1 andro is. Maybe we can keep tyrosine up for iodine utilization. And keep bh4 system raised.

I can only find it in pill form and very worried about that with my liver enzymes.

I think I’m done. I didn’t get it. I couldn’t look at the Krebs cycle with glutamate in mind . I couldn’t do it. It took me forever to just see the Krebs the way it needs to be seen.

I’m way too sick. This fucking sucks it just think it’s fucking over

Strongly considering the long juice fast again.
More on that soon.
