Kuklinski writes that many of his patients constantly lose electrolytes when they have ATP deficiency. (mainly due from PDH impairment)

A ton of ATP is used just to keep up the electrolyte gradient in and outside the cell.

„In neurons, the Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase can consume up to 50–70% of the cell’s total ATP. In other cell types (e.g. kidney, muscle), it may account for 20–30% of ATP usage. In resting cells on average, about 20–40% of total ATP is used to maintain ion gradients, primarily via the Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase.“

That‘s why ATP deficiency is associated with intracellular Mg/K deficiency and intracellular calcium overload and electrolyte wasting. Normal people just retain electrolytes from a normal diet.
Do these intracellular pumps work only on minerals or also on vitamins?

It’s a lot different from the PFS/ cfs you and most understand here.

Neurodegenerative disease is so much different. I cant help what happened. I got the worst case scenario thing happening to me with getting bmaa in body 5 years ago. I then soaked in fluoride laden water for years.

There is a too late in this stuff and I don’t see how I’m not too late.

I didn’t panic and start using androgens all the time until after the psyche ward in late 2023. But once that happened and I was completely incapable of reversing things with nutrients, it became a task that was impossible.

It is over for me. I have to accept that and find a way to die. It is the only saving grace.

This life isn’t worth living by stopping the progression of the disease. That’s the only thing I see possible at this point.

There is a brain barrier. Mine gone destroyed. It was fixable but it is no longer.

I had like 30% eye vision - now 90%+ plus no ability to think, severe depression, no energy, etc. Wouldn't be surprised if I had brain degeneration. Definitely had eye degeneration within a few years. You might have something else but a lot of metabolic dysfunction which causes these things. If your body can't restore tissues how it restores your brain? And other stuff.

I believe even alzheimers/parkinsons can be cured but if you are bad that means you got to overhaul your life and diet, supps, etc. completely and do it for years. If you are 75 it's going to be hard of course because your natural metabolism is already slow. So then it might be a lost cause. But even then you can improve

Biggest change in oligoscan I’ve had in awhile. I think I know what’s going on. Think I’m simultaneously dumping coppper cobalt and iron. The cobalt is upregulating nadph too hard killing active b6 fad folate and coenzyme A/bh4.

It’s like the high b12 is overwhelming all of methylation. It has to be used up

But the symptoms got so bad I lost my mind over night.

I think it starts with Dhea, ALA, decaf coffee enemas / liver health to raise NAD for me which is step 1 and that gets both A and b12 being used. But the high b12 usage is raising nadph like a mother fucker.

God help me.

The “estrone sulfate retains chromium in the body” might be my biggest finding for men neurological disease . Seeing what I’m seeing in all these oligoscans with low chromium. Men’s specifically.

could it be that finasteride too takes down estrone sulfate? Leading to the chromium imbalance in PfS theory Gbold had?

I think it might be…

Accutane this could happen too…

This is literally about vitamin D. Chromium is d receptor. Estrone sulfate retains chromium in body.

We need nadp before nadph.

H in nadph= b12

p in nadp (and nadph) = vitamin D

Chromium vanadium are vitamin D receptor

Nadp is the key to fad cuzzzzz

Nad= Fadh recycling to fad in pyruvate dehydrogenase.

Phosphorus (P in nadp) = fmn to fad conversion cofactor. The only other major confactor as far as I know it here is magnesium.

Where mg and and P convert FmN to fad.

Remember. Nadp = AKG from glutamate. While nadph makes glutamate from AKG.

Body wants to run on nadp.

AKG is key to western methylation I see it. Bh4 .

For record I liver flushed last night first time in 4 months I think it’s been. It has to happen. Weekly. It just feels right .

When vitamin D works, what happens? Selenium is used. And that’s the biggest finding I have had with oligoscan. Selenium utilization is basically why I got into oligoscan cuz that just made sense to me. When I improved selenium would drop. T3. GST. Sooooo much to selenium utilization.

Now what are next steps. I have to figure something out. My system is on but it’s very uncomfortable. Is a juice fast worth it? I’m starting to really think so .

So when I turn my system on there isn’t as much fat turning nadph on . I have all that fuckin b12 in me. Well fat goes right with b12 in turning nadph on.

My friend, you need to take a break, and I don't think anyone here can help you with your reasoning...even though I appreciate the effort...good luck ❤️

I agree it’s dangerous to not think carefully about things in life but overthinking is dangerous too. All these pathways this and that. You need to simply for some time. Do the juice fast and cd nuts protocol for a while just to give yourself a rest from all the constant thinking about how exactly to fix yourself. Just rest from that for a few weeks at least man. All the pathways will still be here

I know it’s hard when you feel bad though but try to get distracted from pfs by life again. You can do things even when you are in pfs. Hope I’m not too much of a hypocrite because I know it was is bad in the full crash times

I woke up with strongest erection in months today . I’m getting liver working.

I made really bad mistake starting April 1st by leading with 11 keto dht/ iodin.. When I have to lead through dhea /ALA . Need to run Krebs cycle through AKG is my big finding and that needs nadp.

Basically my findings are vitamin D for phosphorus (nadp) comes before b12 (nadph). But vitamin D is based on d receptor. And b12 is based on fad/ nad.

I’m not asking for help. I’m writing. It sucks as I’m the only person I know who actually studies the Krebs cycle, glycolysis , methylation , electron transport chain.

My problem is I hired people around 2019/2020 who drove me right into Parkinson’s. Dana Summers was sooooo bad. Greg Russell Jones’ ideas and never mind I got bmaa toxicity.

Gbold was right that if you do things wrong in this world things can get way worse . And now I’ve been in the fight for my life for 5 years because of it.

There’s a good chance the damage is done and I’m neurologically disabled for life because of what happened 5 years ago. And really the time that passed.

But I did have recoveries and I solved them with my writing above. I actually do know exactly what I’m talking about now. And it sucks people can’t read or understand basic biochemistry like what I wrote above.

And because I’m so sick… people are just like “shut up.”

No I’m a dying man that could possibly save his life with the accurate things I write above as to how energy metabolism should be treated

It’s not PFS what I have at this point. You had PFS. Lots of guys have PFS. And it’s easy to say from outside looking in.

I ended up with a severe neurodegenerative disease. Parkinson’s/ dementia in my mid 30s because I got the wrong people. involved for help 5 years ago and got bmaa toxicity,

I know what healing is like and I’ve done it like 5 freaking times. I was ready to kill myself in early 2024 after my parents had me in psyche ward which led to extreme brain damage (shown on MRIs ) by electric convulsive therapy at the psyche ward.

After this, I got oligoscan involved and started learning all the biochemistry behind energy metabolism. It has kept me alive as I now actually have an understanding of all this stuff. From very very deep perspective.

I had really bad things happen to me. I wasn’t lucky like you. You were very lucky and should be grateful. Not to say you didn’t try hard. But in my take, if you actually didn’t learn the biochemistry and got better…. You got lucky.

Like me in 2020. I threw chromium in the body cuz gbold told me to and I got better . I got lucky.

It’s really annoying when people try to talk down to me who are healthy and have zero understanding of my horrible situation that occurred. I got screwed no other way to put it.

Have spent the last 3 years in bed fighting for life with the worst neurological symptoms imaginable.

It’s just not that simple for some people. Some people need to actually understand their actual problems and fix them from the direct spots in energy metabolism. These people don’t get lucky. It takes education and hard work and persistence.

I wish I had the education now before I was developing the neurodegenerative disease. If PFS is autism…. That’s basically what I had through 2021 or so. Then things became neurodegenerative by late 2022 and have been in constant fight for my life ever since.

There’s a big difference between PFS (autism ) and neurodegenerative disease. I got very unlucky and developed the latter.

I basically can’t have a social life. I can’t have sex. I can’t really sit up at a table without showing extreme discomfort to people. So it’s embarrassing.

I do driving job and talk to people all day as I’m doing that. It keeps me busy and chasing $$ which is good. And I have my dog.

But my illness is far from sleep issues, anxiety, depression normal pfs stuff. We show extreme shrinking of two major areas of my brain as I got severely ill in MRIs. But we also show them growing back on two occasions which gives me promise and hope I can do it again.

The last time my brain grew back was mid 2023 the thalamus grew back a lot . I had a bad month that October. One day my parents threw me in psyche ward where they did electric convulsive therapy. I felt my brain shrink again horribly from the ECT.

Been in constant fight for life ever since. The next two brain MRIs in 2024 and 2025 showed major brain shrinkage again. 2025 really bad the thalamus completely shrunken.

The situation became so extreme. Very few can really comprehend what happened to me. I do have a PFS recovery friend who developed early Parkinson’s like me in his mid to late 30s. He eventually fully recovered. But it was a very ugly time for him the way I had it. He and I talk a lot and he really has kind of directed my recent line of treatment. And the biochem I talk about agrees with his line of thinking .

So I’m optimistic I can do that.

And for the record, if you woke up in my body this morning you’d be soooo freaked out lol. But it was my most promising morning in months.. on a day where I worked 10 hours yesterday and was up till 230am doing so.

So I’m getting more optimistic I’m working on the exact things I need to.

Ok so it really seems like a step by step push the Krebs from AKG approach .

Where the first step after dhea/ ALA / minerals is b2. B2 literally fills both succinyl CoA and succinate assuming thyroid ok. So I think some iodine and ocean water (chloride) will be needed here too in time. Magnesium.

And then we move to fumarate which needs carnitine. Taking carnitine felt right today.

After carnitine is Malate. Which is malic acid. So we are feeding Malate with carnitine b2 thyroid AKG in reverse order. But malic acid will start going in daily too. With some creatine which I do think supports AKG.

So Malic enzyme actually feeds pyruvate. And pyruvate uses boron. It’s the boron that really really I know needs to drop in order to raise my shbg which should retain my testosterone

My system feels really really strong. It’s just the nadph upregulation that’s tough on me and carnitine adds to that by fueling fat metabolism.

I really do think it’s possibly a long long juice fast could be amazing for me. Or it could not be doable. Or awful. Who knows.

I think we have to look at the Krebs cycle to see this is how we raise iron and copper. We start energy up. ATP and co2 are produced and H. But my b12 excess and excess fat on body is just raising H too hard hurting P hurting co2.

How to mitigate H while still turning system on. Fat loss and using up the high b12 are the first things on my mind for that right now. Liver health too.

Sorry to trigger you bro. I definitely don’t want to be getting into the game of which persons symptoms are worse; you are right I'm not in your body and you weren’t in mine during mine crash so pointless to argue who was / is more f’ed up.

I’m impressed that you have gotten such knowledge of the biochemistry and I hope you solve it and can teach us all how to fix the biochemical glitch or block at the root of it all.

I just hope you feel better soon whether it’s through figuring out the biochemistry or all the other stuff people have succeeded with (cd nuts, TEI, etc). Either way don’t give up and you can’t ever lose, by definition

I was extremely ill and can relate but not completely. ev1 is different. can relate to the social life stuff.. esp back then.
i mean asd/adhd u tend to polarize ppl a lot anyways. and im really busy. just need a few good frds and a gf/fiance.

as for not standing up /sitting up, def can relate w/ hEDS/HSD. which is why PSSD and PFS were so bad for me (tho at early and end of 20s).

It is horrible what happened to you bro, @bruschi11. However, don't think of brain shrinkage as some fatal curse.
I mean I am sure AAP's, SSRI's, whatever, even bad food shrinks some ppl's brains. It is mostly reversible.

But you need serious help. Or a good prgm to follow up on. I know you know a lot about this.
Simplifying your approach may be best. I'll read up more on this.

What do you have in mind for liver health? Like some b vitamins, tudca, milk thistle cycling perhaps?
Liver flushes?

carnitine dhea Ala keys to A metabolism as it’s finally working and Carnitine is big piece for that. Then b2 really needs to go in. Started 1-dhea today. Aka 1-andro. Far more tolerable than 4 andro as it has less access to dht .

Situation psycho bad as when metabolism turns on I just produce too much hydrogen shrining the brain. Is that from too much body fat, or too much b12 in body? I think combo of both.

Really want to juice fast. But I really think I need supps to help connect body to brain specifically some form of dhea carnitine ALa and I honestly think these would be fine on a fast but they pressure b2 Zinc chromium calcium lithium iodine b5 beta alanine

Ok I know for sure when oligoscan shows aluminum elevated, we are developing fadh2 issues. That is happening. That needs nad.

So Carnitine raises nadh. Need to move nadh to nad . Which is reliant on b2 lithium thyroid b12. We know I have tons of b12 in system. Thyroid reliant on b5 chromium (estrone sulfate retains it). Chromium is d receptor. D allows selenium utilization. is really how I see it.

Chromium dropped again today. Is dhea not enough to get to estrone and retain chromium? Selenium utilization is getting worse. I got the 1 andro in mail today. I took it and it was tough on me but I had been taking a lot of dhea .

Tonight very bad. Nothing like a week ago bad. But bad nonetheless.

I think chromium has to start elevating for me to have any chance. Where— chromium —> d receptor—-> selenium utilization is the key to this . That is where we make ALA.

I was saying we need to give ALA and that’s for sure for CoA we need cysteine recycling, we can give some but we really wanna make it and I’m fully certain that starts with D receptor —> selenium utilization = E to CoQ10 to ALA.

The question is… chromium went up last week. Chromium went up at times when starting carnitine for sure. Why is it now dropping?

Is it cuz I stopped 4 andro last week? Where 4 andro was getting me to estrone? This is what I’m thinking. And dhea itself is not doing that.

The hope is 1 andro can do that.

But again… body fat. I’m literally seeing fat in diet lowers chromium in body. I should juice fast for weeks if not months….

Doing like $1200 worth of testing today and tomorrow smh. And I might just be doing iit before a long juice fast that could change everything. But I’m gonna do the tests. Damnit
