I guess that’s the one thing I got going for myself since winter. Chromium became my focus then. My two htmas since then have showed radical mercury dropping. Like mercury went high in hair spring 2023 when I started going downhill bad. It’s been high since.
Now two htmas in a row we show mercury dropping a lot. Also fall 2020 when I recovered mercury dropped a lot. Spring 2022 when I recovered, mercury dropped a lot. 2020 was chromium approach. 2022 wasn’t. 2022 was some sort of luck between fixing b2 deficiency, zinc /calcium, pc IVs, electric convulsive therapy, ozone.
It’s very clear chromium is my key to both fmn/ fad. My hope is as magnesium drops, I can balance fmn/ fad and that’s what I think I truly need to get b6 active long term. Currently with high mag, fad is outweighing fmn.
