Still not recovering . But I’ve been keto for about 24 hours.

I don’t think I want to stick with keto. I’m undecided. I fasted for much of the 24 hours.

Very bad place with my family. They don’t realize just how sick I’ve gotten. Never mind how responsible they were for the terrorist attack I endured at the psyche ward in late 2023.

I am flat on my back right now. For over a day. With no real plan of getting out of this.

I’m on TRT. It clearly brings copper up. But my biggest problems seems to be cobalt and and chromium in Oligo. Not copper.

Which brings me back to possibility of stopping TRT.

Realistically I think in order to tolerate the chromium coming up (dumps iron), I really need zinc copper cobalt calcium mg. All for b6 activity as iron comes up uses manganese and pushes the sulfation pathway with histidine.

We need cysteine before histidine . So that’s why the methylation nutrients are so important.

Dhea and preg— 25mg of each. Were good.

Biotin 3mg- then got billion times stronger and put me into a horrid nitric oxide type crash.

I’m like not eating. 1 meal yesterday.

What’s good is my sugar is not dropping on my continuous glucose monitor. But it seems excess biotin kills inositol according to indigo machine.

With this happening. Even biotin really crushing cysteine. As bad as it all is….

I just wonder if keto and try to lose a bunch of weight is doable here.

VDR is key to acetyl coa and I think that’s where things kind of show that cr means everything.

But is it cr. Or is it cr/bh4. Cuz 1a hydroxylase is the second piece to VDR.

1a hydroxylase is basically bh4 driven it seems.

This makes sense . The two of these. Are integral in getting methylation working.

I’m 3-4 days into a fasting diet. But it’s not. It’s like a 19-20 hour of keto then eat carbs for 4 hour window. It feels right.

It’s cr= fat metabolism (downstream but end of day) = acetyl coa

Acetyl coa is powerhouse of the Krebs cycle fact

Cr (hormones, diet, insulin sensitivity) = hif1

Tyrosine iodine sugar (inositol) choline b5 etc= VHL

Need VHL to make ALa with E C coq10 to control hif1.

B12 seems to control both.

Would like to know what is your diet like? How is your digestion after meals that you are eating?

Diet fine. I ate a good balanced protein fat carb diet for last 3 years but I would sneak in chicken fingers quite a bit and ice cream/ pizza sometimes.

When I was functional I was screaming for protein and you can just see how bad my aminos were in 2021 when I was borderline falling apart.

Zero digestion issues. None.

Now I’m doing keto like 2-3 days a week cycling with carb days.

I think I’m done and dying. Too late just happened here. You can’t fuck up the ways as long a I did.

@bruschi11 Like and now you can't even walk. You are 24/7 in your room or how looks your routine now? I hope that in your last effort you say "fuck it I don't do this shit anymore" and just drop that oligoscan and all this intense thinking 24/7 and just focus on whatever you can do like relaxing with your dog, little walks around your house. Looking on trees how the wind is moving them and simply be present in the moment. I simply believe that once you let go the body will have finally after how many years some time to really relax..
Like I am in a same boat. I know that in this point no matter what I do it will not help me until I am in the place where my body thinks that everything is ok. No more worries, fear about anything. That is the only time when I know my body could start doing whatever needs to be done. People show this time and time again when they do all this insane shit and their tests like hair test never improved. But once they were in position where the body was finally left alone things started happen..
It is impressive how much knowledge you gained over the years, but I think you still don't understand that power of our mind and what it can do for the whole body on cellular level..
I would also ask how is your posture, breathing and things like this. If you sit with really bad posture in front of PC for example nothing can function properly in your body.
A lot of people worry about crazy micro details like you are doing here in your testing and miss the obvious factors that needs to be dialed in..

I think it's incredibly hard to fix yourself imo. Yes going from non-functional to functional is possible for most people which should be striving for. But to have perfect health it takes so much shit it's insane. It's almost unhuman to do it. Especially if you were really bad starting out. It's almost a joke of the universe once you realise how far you are from a healthy human being. You will realise how different people's lives are just because of their health and the way they were born (in most cases) - genetics - parents health, etc.

That being said I felt happier sometimes in my life when I was "sick". Ironically. So the idea that even being healthy will fix your life. I don't know. I have a friend who is a model and he has top tier genetics, very good health. No hairloss, well developed face, lean. No health issues. Easy life with everything. This guy tried to commit suicide a few years ago. Sometimes it's good to find a lifestyle and a diet and maybe some supplements that support that and go with that. And also have some sort of acceptance of the reality of things.

To me it looks like you go very hardcore on the health stuff and sometimes that shit can eat you up. I know it did for me when I did extreme stuff for a few years.

Of course I know you are in a very bad spot now bruschi so you probably need to do something. Long term I think this stuff is best to put on a lower level and like Yura says maybe change small thing in life. Most of the time it's just changing the way you perceive things. Not necessarily have to completely overhaul life. Just my 2c on the whole chasing health stuff. Not saying you should give up on it. Just change perception of how you deal with it and go at it.

@RebelWithACause nobody said being healthy will fix your life. In fact I said the exact opposite many times. When you get healthy instead of having one problem which is your health you will slowly create more and more other issues. At least that would be my case. My strategy is getting functional like you said and apply some serious self discipline to keep living simple, frugal, humble life and just enjoy that. Once you don't have any boundaries and you are average Joe. You wake up 10 years down the road and say to yourself wtf I am doing... IF you are even still capable of this self reflection at that point. Most people are not. They think they know why they are doing stuff, but in reality they don't. If they don't spend decent amount of time alone not influenced by anyone, thinking, reflecting..

I know but that's what I believed. When I had PFS I thought oh if I am healthy I do this that and the other. Then got back to normal and noticed nothing was different except yes I didn't feel like shit 24/7. Not sure why I believed this, maybe a coping mechanism. And I think a lot of people think like that. Maybe not you but I see a lot of it in health spheres.

@RebelWithACause like what for example you had ideas that you will do and now you are not doing? Like if you have ok job. YOu are happy where you live. I completely understand that you don't feel the need to change anything right now. But for me. I hate the place where I live and the fact that I can't keep decent full time job, because it takes a lot of physical and mental energy that I don't have day after day, month after month, year after year. So if I was able to be "functional" I would change my life a lot. Because I would move to different place. Ideally to different country.. That alone changes your life like a lot and I believe that changes your personality as well and maybe I would get even more social etc.. But all that takes good energy and I am in burnout according to hair test. So I am stuck. For now(hopefully) heh

A lot of people worry about crazy micro details like you are doing here in your testing and miss the obvious factors that needs to be dialed in..

The obvious factor that needs to be dialed in— body fat and insulin sensitivity. Hence why I have the most severe chromium deficiency in oligoscan.

I cured myself to a decent degree with chromium 5 years ago. This was after I put on 50 lbs. basically antibiotic damage causing k2 deficiency led to lack of estrone as it could not be converted from estradiol. Estrone sulfate retains chromium in body.

The little details matter. And I’ve done whatever I could to keep myself going the last 2 years but it was never nutrients that helped it was hormones . Hormoens keep chromium up but body fat and insulin sensitivity issues are a bigger reason why chromium drops.

Ultimately chromium raises fat metabolism and fmn can be made from sugar with it. Fmn is moved to fad with phos/mg.

Fad is what converts Succinate to fumarate (fat metabolism/carnitine.)

I am very angry about everything but the obvious factors. High insulin high body fat high cholesterol high triglycerides. These are what I’m working on .

Yes my issue was 2019 chasing health so hard. Antibiotic damage happens first when I treated Lyme. Then I fasted a ton that summer 25 days on water.

I didn’t realize the fast was bad. In a situation where….. I had to get to the bottom of why the antibiotic damage was so bad.

While 6.5 years later. I feel I did it. Figured out why the antibiotic damage was so bad about 4-5 months ago.

And I’m realizing. At this point there is no real fix for it. Keep k2 lifted. But keeping k2 lifted with low testo? Cuz k2 moves estrogen and we need that estrogen from test. So That’s murder. So I gotta be on TRT.

To help aid estrone sulfate. Dhea and preg low dose are going in. 12.5mg of each daily. I want to lower that dose and I’m hoping I will be capable as I make insulin more sensitive .

But the real approach for health. Body fat and insulin sensitivity. They have to be changed to ideal.

I’m gonna shoot for losing 60-70 lbs in this next year. Slowly and steadily.

Last week I did daily fasts till dinner then ate. Messed myself with coffee enema in midst of it. That was bad. Done with all caffeine.

But since those days. My new scale that scans the body for fat so tells you everything about yourself body fat% etc . It shows me improving since. Losing fat gaining muscle.

But I keep messing myself up with supps. Cuz now the supps are a lot stronger. Iodine made me go crazyyyyy the other day. And I made a whole mess fighting with my family texting my friends as I was going crazy.

I’m sick of it all. This isn’t me. But I know a girl who had bad ms couldnt walk. Everyone with ms has d receptor isssues it’s obvious.

She lost 100 lbs on carnivore now does cross fit.

I have 80 lbs to lose. Like I can lose a
80 lbs and be a healthy 165. I only get one life.

So I think I’m gonna attack that. Slowly but surely. Hope my brain is strong enough for a lot of keto over the next year.

Plan now is 72 hours of keto. Followed by 3 days of eating. Then 36 hours of keto followed by 2-3 days of eating. Followed by 120 hours of keto.

The 120 hours of keto . And I mean basically carnivore with electrolyte drinks. Will be 5 days. And I think if I can shift in and out of these low carb and normal carb states. With the help of Hormones supplementation. Maybe I can really get this weight off. Maybe I can get fat metaboslim working full time. Maybe the brain can be saved .

@bruschi11 carnivore is crazy hard on kidneys. Low carb is ruins your metabolism. Chronically elevated stress hormones. Low T4 to free T3 conversion etc..
By far the best diet to dro body fat is bodybuilding diet. Moderate protein, moderate carbs, lower fat.
You will drop weight on keto/carnivore. But your microbiome and metabolism will be in a gutter.
Basically what makes sense is to have protein for enzymes, systemic protein, tissue repair etc. Carbs for energy so like Gbolduev said you eat less when you are not moving and you eat more carbs when you are active and for fats. You want bare minimum so there is not any excess that could be stored in fat cells.
This diet in combination with 12-14 fast during the night to give the body rest from the food. That will over time burn body fat and not ruin your microbiome or metabolism over time like keto or carnivore will do.
You said " I would sneak in chicken fingers quite a bit and ice cream/ pizza sometimes."
That is your main culprit why you are gaining weight.. That must go. It is LOADED with fat.
I personally eat around 50g of fat per day of witch 90% is from olive oil the rest is from lean meat and grains..
I was always eating 4-6 meals a day. Always having visible abs sometimes even veins on the abs during summer.
Vise versa people around me don't eat whole day and they have big gut. It is because they have chronically elevated cortisol..

I agree with you to a degree.

My body fat isn’t cuz of diet though. My obesity is 100% due to what happened to me in 2019/2020.

It is a chromium problem as chromium moves sugar to fmn which activates b6 and also raises fad . Fad is the key to fat metabolism moving succinate to fumarate.

No I can’t lose weight with a normal protein carb diet. It’s impossible.

I was 170-180 lbs for the first 14 years of my adult life with pfs or not.

Then antibiotic damage hits for real at age 31-32 and I’m obese 18 months later. It all happened so quick.

It is a severe chromium imbalance.

And because I’m now on TRT. I have to give 4 andro to help raise chromium.

In summer just on 4 andro? My oats just shows completely dead copper. I think I need the testo for copper . Or testo with keto/ fasting. Or just keto/ fasting.

I did ok with 4 andro while fasting in summer . Not with 1 andro (more of a Testo precursor)..

So I’m saying. Yea I’m on TRT that’s not gonna change here. But in order to do keto with TRT. I need 4 andro.

This fuckign sucks I hate Hormoens but I’m clearly gonna die without them

@bruschi11 my chromium was also really low on hair test and I still didn't get fat even with my hypothyroidsm TSH over 10.
Why? Because I know every extra fat I eat ends up on my body. So my diet reflect that. Basically bodybuilding pre contest diet.
Cooking meat, draining all melted fat off etc.. If I was " sneak in chicken fingers quite a bit and ice cream/ pizza sometimes"
like you said I would be fat as well. It adds up over time even 500kcal excess from fat here and there and next thing you know you have belly over your jeans..

High fat intake is so bad for me personally. Not because of bile, but it slows down metabolism so hard. Keto is a death sentence for me basically.
But a lot of people I think feel comfortable with lower metabolism so they subconciously eat very high fat foods. I've done it for months sometimes as well and always feel better when I ditch it. Not even that long ago I did it.

Plus we are kind of hardwired to want calorie dense foods in case of survival needs.

One of my friends is fat but has good genetics. If you look at his diet he eats a ton of fat relatively speaking. But people who have decent health and eat a lot of fat will get fat and that's it - no real health issues except looking like a tubster. If I overdo the fat and slow metabolism I get hairloss depression, fatigue, etc. Probably heart issues long term, etc. Shit is lame!

@RebelWithACause it doesn't have to be some crazy high fat diet to slowly get fat. For average people they simply eat mixed diet. Like 40% carbs, 30-40% fat, 20-30% protein. So the body has hard time picking fuel source. If they are no active enough all their energy needs will be covered with carbs and what calories are left from fat will be simply stored in the body.. Keeping fat lower is hard mostly because fat = taste. Just compare grilled chicken breast vs grilled chicken leg with crispy skin and all that or egg whites with whole eggs or very lean or for example very lean chicken/turkey ham vs salami/sausage etc.. So unless you are someone who has self discipline and wants to be lean etc. Nobody eats lower fat diet.. Just some athletes, fitness people or some crazy vegans hehe..
Eating keto is easier than low fat because it kills your apetite, but for most people it is not sustainable and like I said it ruins the body long term..

Anyways this diet thing is another reason why I think nutritional balancing is so legit. I tried all diets and I always come back to lean protein+starch and veggies meals. Always.. Because that is exactly what is ideal for slow oxidizers.. When I did keto it was insane. I felt like my body can't process that fat and cholesterol at all. I had so thick blood that I would get purple legs from how the body was not able to pump that sludgy blood up towards heart.. That was the time I developed that atherosclerosis I believe. I was eating loads of cheese, eggs, butter, fatty meat...
Yeah we need fats. But you cover those fats with like 30-50g easily..

I think keto is good. But not keto due to eating 300g of fat a day, but keto due to not eating..
Also meal frequency. Some science guys will tell you that it doesn't matter in terms of metabolism etc. if you eat 1 or 6 meals a day as long as calories and macros are the same.
In my experience and from experience of basically all fitness people who have goal to speed up metabolism as much as possible there is huge difference..
I think I fucked my self up when I stopped eating every 3-4 hours and started eating only 3 times a day. Felt like I run on adrenaline and cortisol to keep blood sugar stable. Again not good for adrenals and metabolism. But this depends on what you do a lot. If you don't do anything 3 meals a day is probably ok. But if you are active have hard work or whatever you have to keep eating..
Most people don't eat breakfast just drink coffee smoke and eat at lunch something small and dinner. Majority of those people have "cortisol gut" so prediabetes etc...

I agree. Lean protein + carbs + veggies best diet for slow oxidizer to feel good and stable. I also did Dr. Wilson's diet which was very low in carbs long term causes issue. Unless you eat his blue corn chips and shit daily. Short term good to boost metabolism (but long term causes lower metabolism just like fasting). Lean protein + carbs + veggies never crashes me long term... always solid pretty much. But I think some people also have fat eating bacteria/fungus/whatever was found in balding men for example. Which makes you crave more fat than normal
