@RebelWithACause what food sources are you eating. Do you eat everything like grains with gluten, legumes, dairy, nuts and seeds etc. without any digestive issues?
I don't eat legumes, nuts, etc. Mostly rice, meats, vegetables, sometimes bread and for a few months ate a lot of dairy. But all of this goes in cycles for me sometimes eat low fat then high fat not sure why. I just switch every few months and then hit some type of problem with every diet. I don't get digestive issues with any food though but when I eat "wrong stuff" I do notice I feel worse.@RebelWithACause what food sources are you eating. I don't have that problem what you describe with not feeling full after eating a low fat meal as long as it is enough calories. But I do remember when I was in a worse state I also had intense craving for higher caloric foods incl. fat. If I would be very hungry I would eat ground beef (full fat) with rice. But you might not be able to handle this fat. I could though back then and this would stop cravings.Hm and how much of that rice and meat and veggies you eat per day? I don't feel satisfied on just white rice with lean meat like chicken breast and veggies. You don't feel hungry or that is something missing? No supplements? What meat and what veggies are you eating mostly? I also have hard time pooping if I eat just meat and white rice and some veggies.. What about soluble fiber for detox not needed you think? Or this is your default diet and when you crave something you eat it? I have it that way somewhat. The problem is I crave something all the time, but my gut can't handle it like dairy, more fat, nuts, seeds, legumes. Simply mostly foods that you eat and you feel full satisfied. With lean meat, rice and veggie meal you eat it and it is like you didn't ate anything hehe..
These are foods I eat the most as a staple:I can handle ground beef 15% fat no problem. I just avoid red meat due to iron. But I don't feel that good after pumped out some blood and stopped eating red meats. It was probably bad idea anyways to lose blood while hypothyroid hehe.. I think I should stop all those legumes, buckwheat etc. high in copper and stuff. . I think that soluble fiber is actually problematic for people like me with low thyroid as well. Because that lowers bile even more.. I need to keep it clean like you. So how much and what meat are you eating daily also you eat all veggies even nightshades? Also stuff like onions, garlic etc.? No fruits at all and no added fats even tbsp of olive oil into a meal? Rice only white? I like parboiled brown rice, but it is high in arsenic and phytic acid. SO when you eat meat with it you block zinc absorption right..
@bruschi11 do you think whey protein and hydrolyzed collagen are good for amino acids? Whey is high in lysine and low in arginine. Collagen is low in lysine high in arginine. SO both together have like all amino acids basically..
Pretty much yea but mercury does the same. I saw bruschi's old tests I think he had high mercury already then. Mercury is maybe even crazier symptoms lol. What symptoms you have from "copper dumps"? In my experience high blood pressure, high heart rate, estrogenic symtpoms like water retention, crazy racing mind, fearful and basically all those dark and negative emotions, thoughts.. Now we know best thing to lower free copper is molybdenum and L histidine..
Sardines are nice I also eat them sometimes but on bread. I now eat 2 meals a day. I skip breakfast then eat at lunch and diner. Lunch depends. Sometimes bread with meat. Sometimes bodybuilder type meal rice, veggies, meat.@RebelWithACause I eat a lot of green beans and green peas because it's cheap. Was eating a lot of garlic last couple months as some kind of anti pathogen detox. Not sure if it was more beneficial or irritating to my gut.. So you don't eat huge variety of veggies. You don't get bored of them? hehe. Carrot I am not touching that's for sure. That is beta carotene bomb hehe..
Btw ground beef is superior to lean muscle meat like steaks for sure. You get more mix of muscle meat and collagen tissues so better amino acid profile + you it is easier to digest since like nobody is chewing enough.. I do frozen sardines like once a week. They are so much better than canned. You just cut out the organs and cook on a pan with little water couple of minutes. The only - is that you can't eat the bones. They are not soft like in canned sardines..
So how many times per day you eat and how big are those meals. Like how much meat and rice you eat daily.
last question no supplements?
@bruschi11 sorry it is your log. You can move this diet conversation into my log if you can..
Yea if you're hypothyroid then body stores it everywhere... same with other crap when you eat a lot of it. Except in this case it has a color. But yea I don't overdo the carrots lol. Just once in a while a cooked carrot with the vegetables. Point being is that if you are hypothyroid almost all foods are bad unless you know what nutrients you are lacking to raise your metabolism to also use up all the stored stuff in the body.@RebelWithACause interesting it seems that you eat so little. I would start to lose muscles that I have left on two meals like that and I would be walking zombie.. Maybe you are very little active? Like I don't work right now, but I still try to at least do some body weight exercises, stand more even home not just sit all the time and ride bike to the shop or outside of the city where I would walk. Simply always trying to keep the body somewhat functional. Once I stop moving and I am not hungry anymore and I would eat less like I would be fucked. Btw I can eat carrots no problem as well. but jsut the idea that I am poisoning myself with all that beta carotene.. You see those orange hands and faces of people if they eat a lot of carrots, mangos, pumpkin, sweet potatoes and stuff like that. It can't be healthy..
I know supplementing with estrogen is usually a bad idea but have you seen this? Markedly elevated levels of estrone sulfate after long-term oral, but not transdermal, administration of estradiol in postmenopausal women - PubMedNot with estrogen.

This trans-care doctor says he noticed the same thing in his own clinic (higher E1:E2 ratio on oral E2).
But ofc, it would suppress you so would have to add something androgenic to it...
