literraly in every big chicken farm at least 90 % of male chickens are throwed to big grinder.
It's evolution too. But I also know women who are 40+ and they struggle. The world doesn't care so much about people they can't get anything from.

But of course for men we are very disposable. Even studies/research show there was like 1 man who impregnated 7 women. It is shown from DNA. So men die easily, women are protected as an asset.

I think this is why it's important to care about yourself as a man eventhough it might be a "feminine trait" as such or some would call it narcissistic. Because a lot of people believe self sacrifice is good and you need to be there for "the greater good". Well then you will probably die for some asshole who doesn't think that way especially in a huge system like we live in. Because the world doesn't care clearly.

So if you are sick man, be prepared to be treated like crap and left in the dirt unless you have some super stable family around you - which also happens. I saw guys with PFS they were fine never had huge issues with family or friends. But I also believe they were probably a bit healthier and still functional. They just felt like shit. Like that guy who setup a youtube channel in PFS. I wouldn't even have the energy back then to do that stuff.

I remember I was constantly disrespected a lot of people - which were mostly other men in real life they felt very comfortable overstepping boundaries. But I also noticed some people stayed very respectful and helpful. So it's not black & white. Some people just become monsters when they feel comfortable disrespecting you.

Anyways bottom line is a lot of people start to act wacky when you become "weakened"

It is funny how everyone wants different stuff. All I want is to be completely alone without any responsibility for other people. Like when I watch those videos on youtube like "living alone in Japan" or something like that I envy them so much lol. I just want to be anonymous to everyone around me. So I don't have to act. I don't get stressed that someone will abuse me emotionally that I have to be there for them, because they are my family, friends or whatever..
I think that if I am not living alone it would be because I would get some dog from a shelter. After all probably my best friend was a dog of my grandmother when I was 10-14 something like that. It is so true that dog is your best friend. They are so simple. No fucking drama, no bullshit. Just food, chill and having some simple fun like be happy that you walk outside. I am so done with people and their stuff.. You get fucked up face from accident or surgery or something and people will be gone. Dog will lick your disgusting fucked up face exactly the same as before.. You can't beat it.. I understand so well why so many people just have animals and don't give a shit about people anymore..
Life is too short to deal with bullshit all the time..

ado b12 is the key to using lithium. Very clear when lithium goes up it’s ado b12 def.

But in order to tolerate ado b12 which makes t4. We need methyl b12 which by raising methionine converts t4 to t3 .

Taking too much testosterone. I raised the dose 4mg killed my chromium. From 12 to 16mg.

I think it’s copper taking down IDE/ ERb. Insulin issues caused by the copper

It’s adeno b12 + biotin = gtp for bh4 next to estrogen. Specially estrone sulfate made for iron availability due to its chromium retention.

That allows methylation… heck vitamin D for phos for fad. To really work.

But have to keep eyes off the biotin part right now. It’s the adeno b12 that really dies and is scary.

Without adeno, lithium becomes toxic and unusable.

This is saying the center of everything really stands by succinate. In the krebs cycle. 6 o clock.

Some people can’t beat disease through glycolysis. Food essentially at 12pm in the Krebs. And you gotta go right to 6pm

And again this is why the egcg biotin protocol works. Egcg acts very similarly to adeno b12 and chromium. Raises nad and nadh really.

Adeno b12 uses lithium to raise nad. Adeno b12 uses iodine to raise fmn assuming iron is available and that’s the tricky part here

Again adenob12 uses all 3 of iodine lithium and biotin. Iodine and lithium come first but many are lithium toxic. You give biotin you retain lithium more is way I see it.

Adeno b12/ lithium = nad. Adeno b12 + biotin = coa. Coa + nad run pyruvate dehydrogenase for co2 .

Now what governs TPP. Other than b1. But what makes b1 work? Is it copper. Is it chromium ?

Literally going between feeling like I’m dying to showing best Oligoscans I’ve seen in a really long time and getting a lot of mental energy from protocol I’m following.

I think I need higher dose Meb12 and continue to focus on electrolytes ado b12 small doses of iodine and really track that dose . Same with ado . Really see if we wanna go higher there or not too.

I think coffee shortcuts tyrosine and cuts off co2. Or it just cuts off atp by wasting potassium.

Since I truly developed metabolic dysfunction in 2020. I have only. And I mean only. Healed without coffee.

My potassium and sodium are dead low.
I did raise testo twice now in the last few days. First 4mg went bad. Now 2mg and that is possibly part of what’s happening here. I’m in bad condition on Easter Sunday and my mom was freaking out about me going out to see the family and I really can’t do it.

I’m really really messed up. I might end up going like decapitated fucked up.

This is why I basically broke up with my ex gf 3 years ago. Like I just couldn’t be relied on to attend events etc. it’s so fucking annoying.

I need a day or two in bed.

I want to get back to work and I did for 3 days there but I wasn’t well doing it. I like the job and participating in life. More importantly getting income. But I’m fucked up.

The Oligoscans are impressive. With sulfur really really improving . It’s finally near normal after majority of last 18-20 months being low sulfur in Oligos. Phos coming up with it .

Iodine dying and have to have to have to attribute that to coffee. It just makes sense

I solved everything but family is being horrible like really really bad blaming me for being sick saying it’s all because I’m fat and lazy.

It’s basically all to do with fluoride in a low ph causes corrosion of chromium and cobalt. So estrogen receptor beta can’t work. Which is what we need to activate IDE insulin degrading enzyme. So we can degrade insulin.

With high insulin we waste potassium sugar and so much more.

It’s so wrong what happened to me. I didn’t think fasting was ever going to hurt me. But my last water fast just 9 days in dec 2021. Was horrrrrible. Sure it felt ok most of it but at the end I got sooo weak and afterwards I was not well at all. It was a setback.

But what was I doing during that fast. Bathing. Like a fucking idiot. In fluoride. God.

To me it seems fasting doesn't help much with PFS/CFS. For most people. Anyone who promotes fasting I never seen them improve their baseline much except some outliers and they seemed already healthier than I was at that stage. I think even Helen stepped away from it at the end on the forum a bit. It's helpful when you are healthy-ish already for sure. But I see some doctors they promote fasting and they have so low energy and are not healthy and they keep going back to it probably because they feel better while doing it (not digesting food, running on adrenaline, etc.) but then go back to food and sure enough they are still bad. Probably have already low glutathione.

But I think for people like Helen I do believe him that it works really well for him. I know one other YouTuber he also does decent on it and looks good and better from it. The rest not seen many people do well on fasting.
Some people also fast because they eat the wrong diet for their body and then when they fast of course this stops.

Probably worried about you bro. Same thing happened to me kind of. They were just worried and they will start saying bad stuff to you to try to get you to wake up so to speak.

I was certainly reborn after my first fast in a way. And my hair test was one of those “something crazy is happening” healing type htmas. I was dumping tons etc.

It was oct/nov 2017. That’s when I really recovered from cfs/ pfs to a good degree. When we met. A long long time ago.

I think it just is what it is and I may have solved the big piece why it’s horrid for many long term. Fluoride is a mineral. Cobalt and chromium are minerals.

Fasting retains fluoride essentially and destroys cobalt and chromium. Flat out.

Causing major iron and copper availability issues. Cuz flat out…. Cobalt is the key to vitamin A metabolism.

Cuz cobalt is the key to succinate where we generate gtp.

Succinate connects the electron transport chain to the Krebs cycle. Energy metabolism = oxygen metabolism when succinate leads the way.

Now that’s ado b12 for succinate. Methylb12 is converted to adob12 through atp. So there’s Gbold for you.

Need atp to make gtp. We all know that.

But need atp to get methyl—>adeno conversion too.

Need to look at

Ado b12= nadph

Meb12 = nadph oxidase

And honestly I think I just ran on adob12 those two years late 2022 till mid 2024 the two years I took lots of b12.

Need nadph oxidase to be in place before nadph. Selenium needs to be used by meb12.
