@bruschi11 Just got to get back on the horse one step at a time. I do notice with myself if I do the right things life becomes easier. I will feel bad mentally maybe but life becomes easier. If you go the opposite way life becomes harder and worse. Also I think it's important to listen to feedback from parents and friends. They often see stuff you don't see and more objectively. Doesn't mean you should throw everything out or listen 100% to their advice. But they are like feedback mechanisms you can use to steer yourself in the right way. When I do well and make improvements I also notice my parents and friends are more receptive and they say they think I am doing well and stuff. I used to be very stubborn and not listen to anything and it can be helpful but it always caused mistakes in the things I did and then I would rationalise it. The ego is powerful often tries to protect us but can also cloud judgement because of it.
Guys, what do you mean when you say “Ego”?
Because this concept is so broad that it means something different depending on the religion or ideology.
Similarly, because of these differences, the “death of the ego” can be interpreted in two ways: as a state of freedom and liberation from conditioning—including trauma—and seeing everything as a new, unfamiliar image (you can guess what causes this) or the loss of one’s own individual identity in favor of oneness with everything and death starvation, since this state necessitates a pranic diet so as not to harm other living beings—plants and animals, serial killers who are just like us (human’s greatest fear; we’re not really afraid of death, but of this—that’s how it is in PSSD).
These two states are essentially opposites: the first is liberation, and the second is the loss of free will and independence, along with a powerful fear that, due to its intensity, we cease to feel—this is schizophrenia. It is known which receptor systems trigger the first and second states, and they are opposites.

That biotin coffee thing led to one of the worst days of my life today.

I just can’t take it anymore. Days like this can’t happen.

I think the fat oxidation ultimately ends up burning both atp and co2.

I haven’t left bed all day besides to go to CVS for Epsom salts as I did a mag bath that just made things worse. Sea water was best thing today just standing in it up to my knees.

Got yogurt down this morning but nothing since besides a glass of milk and orange juice.

Just shaking in a bed all day with a couple naps in midst of it. I hope I can pass out tonight and get back on track tomorrow.

This is the 3rd time this has happened in last 2 months. First cagrilintide, then tirzepetide, now this. Actually 4th. Cyproheptadine did something similar as well.

I think my mistake today was injecting carnitine with breakfast. I was due for injection. But gotta realize high dose biotin pushed that pathway hard yesterday . I was in a bad bad state this morning but thought I was gonna go out and work later. Instead I just so much worse as day went.

I was losing weight before this. Had entered the 220s . Losing more now smh wasn’t looking for it but whatever.

I have SLU-PP-332 coming mail tomorrow. I was really excited to start it but realize I’m gonna have to get back to a baseline before doing so.

yea it was a copper dump without iron from the coffee/ biotin .

Which happens from coffee enemas. And excess biotin. So I combined a big coffee with biotin and hello craziness.

I think it’s the potassium depletion that causes this. ATP dies. Meb12–> adob12 shuts down. Gtp dies. So vitamin A metabolism shuts down without adob12.

Never mind biotin using up ado as well.

I didn’t even use oligoscan to see what happened in the crash. I saw the good from biotin. But this crash, I’m waiting to recover a bit before I can scan again.probably tomorrow.

I can’t sleep again second night in a row . But I did get some naps in today.

Maybe subjective but to me ego is like you think you know best to the point of stubborness eventhough all signs of reality around you point the opposite way. I know many people like this they have their head stuck up their ass because they are too scared to lose control, some sort of control which doesn't exist. It's an instinct to protect itself from outside things.

This is why I also use other people's reaction to me as a way to gauge if what I am doing is correct. It's not like I look for confirmation it's more I use them as a mirror to see what way to go.

I don't like spirituality so I'm not the guy to talk about the meaning of ego... Ego is probably not even a real thing. I just use it to describe the thing that a lot of people have where they ignore all signs of reality to the point of obliviousness and thinking they are correct in doing so. Eventhough you can use reflections from reality to carve your own path and see what needs to be done.

Other people but also reality, your own body reaction (physically) etc. they all come in contact with reality. Your brain can skew a lot of things in reality because it's heavily filtered.
