Took .25mg of tirz instead of Reta yesterday . I felt the GLP1/ GIP it pushes far beyond Reta. And then I died overnight into this morning . And couldn’t breathe smh couldn’t eat . Just a bad bad morning.
I took .25mg of Reta to match it. It’s helping.
You can’t have glp1- gip without glucagon agonism. Not me. No way.
