Fighting….

The body chemistry I’m putting myself in with crazy fat oxidation. Is making the neuro disease worse. I get that. I can’t let it ruin me. I can’t believe it’s true.

Carnitine yesterday wasn’t easy I felt it turn things on and I just feel the fat conversion to sugar sweet scent in my sweat. It’s potent and obvious. Has been happening often . It started in May at times when I started tirzepetide. But now I’m jus making it happen with metabolism plan + Elora/SLU.

I basically lost 12 lbs quick in August. September a disaster month. October there are good signs on the Hume scale that things are pointing in right direction body comp wise.

I’m same weight as Sept 1 but reality is I’m still progressing in dropping BF% and body fat.

I’m not going on anymore “reta cycles” where getting on and off the peptide fast as possible and losing weight fast as possible was the approach essentially. Elora isn’t a propellant. It doesn’t speed up oxidation like Reta . I don’t want to stay on it long. 2-3 months is plan I’m 3 weeks in. But it’s not like I’m gonna need to stop it like I did with Reta.

So I’m hoping if I get on track here with metabolism I can lose weight consistently. There isn’t gonna be any real cycling here. I’m on Elora these 3 months let’s say then i plan on a 1 month break. I would like to get 8 lbs off a month. I think it’s realitistic.

Iodine
Biotin
Lithium
B6
Now b5 as pantothenic is gonna start going in
Zinc

Peptides:

iodine really fucked me up today. I know it was the iodine. Cramping up low potassium state. I worked like crazy. Lithium going in seems to be depleting potassium more tonight. Sucks. Don’t have oligoscan with me to check things out but gasping for air and honestly it was 125mcg a good dose that needs working up to normally.

I will wait 2-3 days then start with 25mcg .

Been saying to myself the importance of phos.

Nadp=glutamate to akg so Krebs can run. Akg fuels succinate for gtp for bh4/ thyroid. Which + fad fuels fat metabolism (fumarate).

Fumarate needs h20 for malic. Malic= liver and chelation. So Malic really does need thyroid and sod. Oxygen. To. Water.

Feel like I need to take copper. I guess there’s a reason some say you need copper for your liver. Copper= h20 in many ways so malic (liver) can happen.

Crazy l carnitine injection maybe biotin. A little help from adob12. But it was the carnitine that definitely started my system up today .

Am I just activating ERb hard with needs Carnitine for glucagon reception?

The thing was, chromium (and cobalt) did drop in this last Oligo

I think I might be underestimating the strength of 5amino 1mq. It did go in as body chemistry started changing for better in early July I believe I started it .

Carnitine definitely started turning things on tonight. Hard. Then the 5amino went in and a power walked a mile without issue.

This alll does point towards that chromium retainment dumps I iron thing. Estrone sulfate (nad for e2 to estrone ) via 5amino (retains nad). And then carnitine for glucagon agonism retains chromium.

So you get the iron dumped as that’s what chromium allows to happen . Copper too.

The SLU today seemed to have minimal affect.

But these are all ERb things. Chromium retainers. 5 amino, SLU, carnitine.

In 2024 when I got on carnitine my chromium jumped in Oligo. Glucagon agonism. The first days I used 5 amino in July I saw chromium jump.

We love ERa and what lithium vanadium bring here. But I’m betting my original real problem is ERb as that’s what pfs is. And when I did heal on chromium it was chromium first heavily and minor amounts of vanadium lithium.

I will say…. Lithium vanaidum and fixing ERa is probably the long term cure to fixing ERb/ chromium/ cobalt. But until I’m lean. That’s not possible. It’s gonna be a long time till I’m lean . And I gotta keep ERb working through bandage type approaches im doing now.

When you look at cysteine metabolism you see basically isoleucine valine come post threonine. Nadph (threonine) basically pressure iso/val which are byproducts of pyruvate and biotin carnitine.

I think this is why you gotta have carnitine biotin iodine b5 in place to handle the activation of b6 pressuring those main 3 amino acids needed for cysteines movement.

A lot of what I’m saying is agreeing with hg7 right now.

I guess between b12 and really the SLU I get CPT1 that carnitine enzyme working which uses up l carn to activate glucagon receptors.

So that’s why the SLU was so ineffective today. Ive been using it and the carnitine was needed now they it’s been going in with CPT1 going.

When cpt1 gets carnitine going you get glucagon reception.

So ERb—-> activated cpt1>> using l carn activating glucagon raptors .

This is the core of freddd… b12 carnitine. Erb.

Fredd talked about his carnitine detoxes and I guess that’s what happened here. Writing a million words I am.

This was carnitine + 5amino today . Ado and meb12 certainly contributed.

5amino acts like egcg in that hg7 protocol. They both block that enzyme that moves SaM and NAD . So they retain Sam and NAd .

Yea the next morning after that crazy carnitine 5amino (I think) detox , my body comp improved incredibly and my fluoride dropped in Oligo.

I really think the glucagon fat metabolism angle is taking down fluoride .

I’ll take 5 amino 1 mq every morning and night now. It went good this morning.

Then I put in Elora a couple hours later. 30 mins ago. Man I feel like sod and iron are just dying. I think cortisol is dying. Aldosterone using up cort I guess.

Ok maybe this is what happened in Spring 2025 as I died. We saw vanadium elevate in hair. Chromium iron etc died in bad way zinc too. I gotta look at that htma.

I honestly felt there was no need for Elora this morning. Apppetite was in control. Great stuff with body comp happening. I was just on schedule to take it. No other reason other than the schedule thing.

And here I am now feeling crazy anemic a half hour later.

I had theorized that Elora/ cagri would be best in long spread out doses early on due to how hard cagri hit me and how decently I responded to it as the days passed without it in July. I just did one injection to test it. Was dead in bed for a full day puking all day. I knew its potency. The following days I showed chromium spikes real ish.

my scheduled date for injection of Elora was yesterday. I skipped it. And honestly think I’m gonna stop it. But I’ll give it a couple days.

A girl I scanned with oligoscan lost contact with her. She improved her vanaidum on one scan to the next with lithium. A lot changed. And she started getting her period for first time in 3 years after starting the lithium

I think it’s more than lith that does it retaining V. I also think carnitine plays a role in retaining V looking at htmas/ oligoscans historically .

I’m gonna get back to 3x daily scheduled meb12 shots. Along with at least 2x ipa/cjc shots. Next the 5amino 1mq 1-2x daily. Will continue with the SLU e3d or so.

I’m at a sure crossroads where I gotta make changes . September was really bad. October wasn’t much better. My Oura ring shows heart just bad. It was improving but the last 6 weeks worsening. Morning erections worsening. Body comp on hume scale is improving recently but barely. Nothing great. Not losing weight. Need to eat with the severity of hole im in right now.

My vanadium clearly went up in Oligos on inositol in 2024. Boron dropped a lot. It was a big “whoa something happening in oligoscan period” only 4-5 months after started doing them monthly in 2024. I had no idea how to read them back then. But inositol and b5 started changing shit until I was severely anemic and really needed test that summer. I used like a short acting test suspension 2-3x a week. Until it started messing me up that fall.

Lithium uses inositol. Gh peptides raise it.

Yea the SLU for ERb came thru for me big time today. After thinking insulin ran high from the coffee enema the other day. It def did. And I needed to get in control of insulin and ERb does that.

I was basically dying this morning. Got my system going from a few things including SLU.

And tonight I smell fat Metabolsim happening. Sweet smelling sweat.

The coffee enema copper dump added muscle but the insulin increase was deathly to me . It was that bad how I was neurologically and still recovering from it.

I have to realize coppper neeeds to come up through nad atp co2. ERb and ERa influence these potently. Specifically b12 (ERb) lithium (era) .

But peptides can work for to aid these estrogen receptors. SLU big for ERb. 5amino prob both. Elora ERa by retaining vanadium.

The coffee enema pushed ERa far beyond my capacity to handle it. The copper dump just got it going raising insulin like crazy and I lost my damn mind for a couple days there.

Basically we want ERb to raise copper. Cuz ERb lowers insulin. Copper raises insulin.

So in order to raise insulin. We want to start that up with the enzymes that lower insulin so once insulin jumps it can come back down quickly.

I think a lot of women have overactive ERb. Autistic too. ERb gets way too in control. And kills ERa / lithium essentially. This leads to low insulin that just can’t be raised.

I know lithium, SLU/b12s, Carnitine are basically keeping my system turned on. It’s really b12s but the SLU helps shortcut ERb for sure when needed. I’m definitely seeing some of the best folate and b6 lately in scans .

That said. I’m about a week post last elora dose. It’s out of me in 3 days. So I wanted to see how I’d react this morning.

I gave it and after a half hour it was fine no real response or issue. Then I just thought. Dude you lost 12 lbs in August with elora and reta. And I know I’m trying to keep glucagon receptor agonism high right now.

But the weights gotta come off. I decided to give one more try with Reta here. Used a low dose.

It’s been about 45 mins since I gave it. We will see how this goes. I honestly think I really need carnitine with it and Elora. And that’s why it failed so bad.

We will see . Again it’s really only 3-4 days these peptides last. I think it’s worth the risk if I can get on a groove and lose 10-15 lbs in the next 4-6 weeks.

I might start breathing oxygen.

I wanna get cu2 to cu1 .

I honestly don’t think I’m oxygen toxic anymore and can actually use more superoxide. We will see.

Man it’s one of my lowest nights physically ever. Reta tough. I had to eat tons today. It just put me in crazy refeeding syndrome. Pizza for a late lunch. Cookies with milk. It was all so good. Haven’t craved food like this lately which is good.

I think the Reta depleting progesterone making it so I can’t make cortisol drives the appetite. It really is cortisol production I believe that keeps appetite down. Hence b6 having a big role in keeping hunger down.

@balance seeker I have to agree unfortunately. It's nuts.. :-/

I’m not talking to that guy. My digestion is robust. And has been for a long time. I don’t think I should be taking reta but I did and it causes all sorts of glucose wasting low co2.

People who have been deep in this type of illness long term get it. Sometimes you need to load carbs sugar to help get brain back on track. High glutamate, copper dumps. These things happen when you’re trying.

I worked a lot, caused a crash with Reta. Did what I had to do.

I wake up this morning and use hume health scale. And what does it show? Improved % bf. Fat loss. Muscle gained. Improved body cell #s improved body water % numbers.

It is what it is. Sometimes you can turn a crash into a beneficiary if you put the right foods in to soothe it. The high carb day soothed a crash and my body comp actually benefitted from it. Now it’s about getting brain back on track with b12s it seems.

@bruschi11 eating some junk food is one thing. but taking all those exotic meds and stuff. I mean how can you possibly know in what direction you are pushing your chemistry. It can do one thing short term and do the exact opposite long term etc.. What Gbolduev said at one point makes a lot of sense to me. That you can't take any meds, hormones and stuff if you expect from your body to get balanced and you don't want to just mask/manage symptoms.. Having said that once you are I don't know 50-60 and your body was not able to balance itself even if you do everything right from evolutionary standpoint for years or decades. It probably makes sense to just start doing things that make you feel good short term. In the moment and don't give a shit what will happen down the road, because that road is short anyway.. It is basically Ray Peat approach. Eating and taking what feels good in the moment. Where you no longer do basically anything that is not so nice in the moment, but it is investment to the future like eating boring healthy diet, exercise etc.. Maybe we are at that stage already and we should tak whatever hormones and stuff feel good, smoke some joint, eat some junk, play video games and be somewhat good in the moment heh.. Basically cope maxing to think about our reality least as possible., What I was doing for a long time already. Thinking about it I did probably better, because I had less emotional stress LOL... Now I live in reality slapping me to face 24/7 and it is hard to handle..
