The body chemistry I’m putting myself in with crazy fat oxidation. Is making the neuro disease worse. I get that. I can’t let it ruin me. I can’t believe it’s true.
Carnitine yesterday wasn’t easy I felt it turn things on and I just feel the fat conversion to sugar sweet scent in my sweat. It’s potent and obvious. Has been happening often . It started in May at times when I started tirzepetide. But now I’m jus making it happen with metabolism plan + Elora/SLU.
I basically lost 12 lbs quick in August. September a disaster month. October there are good signs on the Hume scale that things are pointing in right direction body comp wise.
I’m same weight as Sept 1 but reality is I’m still progressing in dropping BF% and body fat.
I’m not going on anymore “reta cycles” where getting on and off the peptide fast as possible and losing weight fast as possible was the approach essentially. Elora isn’t a propellant. It doesn’t speed up oxidation like Reta . I don’t want to stay on it long. 2-3 months is plan I’m 3 weeks in. But it’s not like I’m gonna need to stop it like I did with Reta.
So I’m hoping if I get on track here with metabolism I can lose weight consistently. There isn’t gonna be any real cycling here. I’m on Elora these 3 months let’s say then i plan on a 1 month break. I would like to get 8 lbs off a month. I think it’s realitistic.
