Just received my fourth hair analysis. I am still a slow 1. Iron has come down a lot, which is good.

The plan right now is to order the supplements and start the program in a week or two. I plan on running this cycle for 3 or 4 months straight with no breaks and then get a blood test again to see what's changed.

some lead is coming out.

Makes sense sexuality is your last thing coming back. Copper, zinc both on low end with Iron high. To me, it means you're really filling up that cortisol production pathway giving you lot of energy and stress tolerance, but little of that Preg/prog is flowing towards towards the sex hormones w/ low copper, zinc - Estrogen, Dhea, testo.

What do you think about that assessment @Helen ?

I wish I had a hair test from when I was in the PFS state. I'd be curious to see if I had high iron to match you as well. Mine is in the middle range now. @Goose12

Of course I'm starting to doubt how accurate the armpit hair I used was, lol...

I'm not sure most PFS hair test differ much from healthy people. I rarely see something we have in common when in comes to hair tests.

Nice broski. Did they give you other supplements or is it the same?
First cycle was para pack, adrenal, vit. E, and manganese plus.
Second cycle was para pack, adrenal, vit. E, HCL, and min Plex B
Third cycle was para pack, adrenal, vit. E, HCL, copper, and manganese plus.

Me and @Olski69 have high iron in hair but sawsides had normal iron. It would be nice to have more saw guys with hair test.

Do you plan on doing scalp hair?

Yeah, I'll have my barber do it next haircut in two weeks and see what comes out of it and compare.

Update:
Today is my first day on my fourth cycle and like my previous cycles I will do absolutely nothing but tei and and the recommended diet. Absolutely nothing else. It gets hard sometimes but it feels pretty good when you can see and feel the progress. Some times I just need to remind myself how far I have come and how everything else I have tried doesn't compare to tei.

I will be the first to say I am not the perfect example of running the program but it's been a fairly clean cycles. And I am trying to make my log as transparent as possible. I have always made sure I didn't do nothing but tei for the 2 or 3 months before testing my hair, and I think the progression in my hair test shows that. They have been pretty consistent.

Side note: in the back of my mind I keep thinking it would be sweet to run herbs again, because the way I feel now I am sure I would feel completely cured on an herb cycle. But I am going to stay true to the path.

Just an example of the tempations the creep up.

Awesome @Goose12. Out of curiosity, what other protocols had you tried prior to this? How have you felt about your progression sexually with TEI? I found that TEI completely healed me of all the mental aspects of PFS. I am left with the lack of sexual desire and abilities, as well as a feeling of not being able to experience emotion. Those are my hold outs and are absolutely hormone related somehow. It leaves me wondering if we don’t need TEI AND something else to address the hormonal angle....(I am aware that theoretically, TEI should address that. Just still skeptical).

I have tried cdnuts protocol (hardcore for 4 months), r Andro (2, 30 day cycles), RU ( I ran 4 cycles), Ella (tried it twice, one screwed me up but tei brought me back), hydrogen (for two weeks straight. I actually felt good on it but stopped for tei), a simple version of electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, sodium, with whey protein).

Sexually tei is slow but I think we are all sicker than we realize. It's just going to take more time. I can't think of anything that has helped me progress this much consistently.

If tei fixed your mental sides that is huge. There are tons of people that have been dealing with mental issues for years with no progression. You just have to have faith in it.

Deep Healing Space
The main guy on this YouTube channel cured his accutane sides with nutritional balancing, arl.

Awesome. The real unknown is can we do it with body hair or not. We are getting mixed signals. Scalp hair cannot be the only way. That’s fine if you’re just doing one cycle, but consistently over a year or more? Nah

Actually after watching that I realised I have seen that before, but it was ages ago on that huge acne.org thread, but at the time I think I just discounted it is BS as soon as he started on about 'ying & yang' etc, but this forum, and especially reading theories Helen has posted, has broadened by horizons a bit, and I think the mineral balancing and supporting detox pathways makes sense.

IMO with the mineral balancing you are lifting things into the right place with the supplements, then once you hit the sweet spot, you can remove the support and the body will continue in that state.

I'm planning another TEI hair test later this month, so i think I'll get a TEI and ARL done at the same time out of curiosity.

On this cycle of tei I have seen some regrowth of hair around my temples and thickening all over.

The first picture is from July 29, 2017 and the bottom two are from this month. I just got a hair cut, and before this cycle I could not have had it cut this short and before I would get it cut in a way I could comb it to one side to cover up how thin the front was. I wish I had a better picture from two years ago. I had one in mind but can't find it.

You can see in the first pic how thin the front is.

The second pic is from this morning and I still need my hair to fill in on the sides but I could never cut it this short two months ago.

On the third pic you can see new, shorter hairs coming in. At the start of this cycle it was more noticeable but didn't take any pics (kicking myself).

Nice. I have regrowth too from where my juvenile hair line was. Weird how it’s starting from the bottom and not filling in slowly. I was also on copper.
