Heh, I too have seen some new hairs popping up, but I didn't think much of it seeing I don't progress any further in general. Must've been the copper. Just a few hairs though, like 3 haha.

Here is my 5th hair test. Been running the program for little over a year. I am slowly getting closer to being cured so I am going to stick with the program! Tei so amazing and is fixing more than just pfs. It's not the easiest thing at times, I have had detox symptoms than range from major fatigue, to headaches, to weird aches and pains, ect...

Major improvement last cycle has been labido. This has been my goal all along and I finally have some decent labido with spurts bordering at pre pfs labido at times. It's a great feeling.

I think this is the lowest my iron has been on my hair test and it looks like Mercury is really starting to come out. Will be interesting to keep on moving with the program.

Here they are. I think it's the most supplements so far. I think the healthier we get the more we can handle?

Funny I was watching this podcast:

They say exactly the same. The sicker you are the more intense your reaction will be to the program. Plus the fact that people are so brainfogged they don't even know how bad they are. All things we experience as well.

This is why I’m focusing on the germ quite a bit. Like Lyme, Candida, sibo stuff like this. And why I’m utilizing fasting and liver flushes and coffee enemas.

These things are to help get rid of the the sickness earlier instead of relying solely on nutritional balancing. My ideal is being able to tolerate the NB while living somewhat normal life.

I think liver flushes are imperative if you want to make somewhat quick progress if you’re sick. Coffee enemas really helping me after them to get back on track as the detox is so so strong.

Joovv, as well as a full scale infrared sauna 3x a week, as well as sun exposure and trying to stay active during the day (brief walks at work, etc) have really killed the detox reaction for me. The difference in this versus my first cycle is immense. You could argue that the program is just working faster versus the norm here because I don’t have PFS anymore, but I think the coincidence is too powerful to ignore.

You are spot on man. Activity is so big and it’s hard right now but I’m doing what I can to move.

Wish I could afford joov but I have a near infrared red lamp which helps no doubt.

I’m not pfs healed, but I’m so much better than my first go around. So I’m really caring more about stress response, detox reactions, stools, sleep and making these ideal as you say.

Yea I think there is more than 1 way to Rome.

It is funny how these guys talk about it. Especially Lewis who used accutane and was completely fucked up. Luke the other guy was not as bad as him (never used anything like accutane or finasteride) and he had less of the extreme fatigue and stuff. Lewis story fits mine more and I have very similar side effects on TEI.

Especially the first cycle I slept a lot it was insane. Now I have days still that are pretty extreme. If I did not know what was going on I would of quit very quickly I think. It is a good channel to follow.

Check reddit, r/Biohackers - there’s a post on there where a guy built a Joovv Max type setup for pennies compared what they charge using panels from Alibaba. I didn’t have the time or effort to spare so I went with the Joovv.

Sounds like a fun project. You can get 500 W worth of 660nm leds for under 100 bucks on aliexpress, probably even less if you look around a bit.

Yep. It’s not bad at all. Joovv is making a killing off the FDA certification, marketing, and ability to run both red/NIR at same time with all of the aforementioned things going for them.

Update: I have been on my with cycle since May 16. I plan on going for around 60 days this cycle. Labido has been all over the place which I see as a good thing because being on cycle usually kills any labido I have had.

Yesterday I was having major detox reactions. I woke up with the worst tinnitus I have ever had, and tinnitus hasn't been an issue for the last half of my life. The ringing in my ears was ridiculous, just talking to someone had it going like crazy. I also had really bad brain fog and fatigue. I was yawning all day.

I feel much better to day. Just another example of how powerful tei can be.

Me just rambling what pops in my head:

Lately I have been thinking about all of the things I have tried and what has helped and what hasn't. With what we have been talking about lately I feel like I have a pretty good idea of what has been keeping me in this state.

I think the two big culprits are SHBG and cortisol. My high cortisol gave me the symptoms of anxiety, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, ect.. Randro and ru got my cortisol levels about 90% normal, mostly ru. Tei did the hard part and got it the rest of the way to 100%.

SHBG was and is the hardest one to fix. Out of everything I tried the only thing that helped was high dose magnesium for a week, on a liver flush protocol. This was right after I crashed and at the time I boiled it down to the cleanse itself or the half of a water melon I was eating everyday. I tried to replicate both of those situations and nothing. During that brief recovery in sexual issues I had random erections, rock hard erections, and huge ejaculate. This was a huge jump from being completely impotent. I was taking at least 5 grams of magnesium a day.

Yes high SHBG binds to free testosterone. A high fiber diet also increases SHBG. Also creatine also raises SHBG. Coffee also from what I read.

Low SHBG

Also as you can see low SHBG can also have side effects. I remember reading young people often have higher SHBG.

But yes in PFS people have very high SHBG, sometimes even out of range. My SHBG was/is also high. On the TEI cycle some days I had good libido - maybe also because I was taking magnesium in the supplements.
