Started TEI supplements Friday. Started off just doing one dose per day for a few days. Today I'll bump it up to two doses a day. Only thing I notice so far is being dizzy/feeling tipsy. Not a bad feeling. First night, I started to feel a headache/weird taste in mouth[detox/chelation?] Took 2T activated charcoal, worked like a charm. I'm following their diet recommendations pretty close. What I'm taking is below, shit ton of copper!

My hair test is similar to yours. I’m also taking the same tei supps but with b6 chromium and magnesium.

Min-Plex B? How are things going for you? How long have you been on TEI?
No pyridox plus. Things have been going okay had initial temperature increases and a little more energy and dreaming a lot. I’ve been taking them for a week and half. It’s funny that you also used minoxidil and have a similar test to me.

Good to hear no side effects for you. Do you have any other tests? I'm interested if we have anymore similarities. Have the supps messed with your sleep?

I find it a little harder to fall asleep but when I’m asleep it’s pretty good, I’ve had tests in the past and prolactin has been high had it tested three times. All other hormones were fine.

Is your estrogen low too?
I ate a lot of spinach leading up to the test so yeah that could be it. I can’t remember what estrogen was but my Endo put me on tamoxifen for prolactin and I had to stop within 2weeks due to low estro symptoms

Still alive. TEI made me feel better than I have in years. I took everything for about two weeks before I started to feel great. It allowed to me go back to doing the things I love. I'm still taking everything and continue to see improvements.

Nice! Any improvements sexually as well?

Its been a while since you were on here man, glad you are doing better than ever!

Do you mind going a bit into details about improvements you have so far?

Absolutely. There have been improvements top to bottom, every aspect. Morning wood/spontaneous wood like I've never experienced. I'm taking advantage of this and doing a full reset, nofap since September. I don't know at what point beneficial becomes detrimental.

Sure thing, I'm working on a more detailed post.

Some pathway has been blocked for six years and just needed the proper combination of vitamins and minerals. In many ways I'm better than I've been in my whole life. This hasn't just fixed my current state[Sept 2018 TEI test], I've never really had a time of perfect health that I'm trying to get back to. Just periods of less bad.

I'm realistic and am completely prepared to crash back to 0 at anytime. This window of relief has allowed me to do things that will make it harder for me to crash again.

I've been hiking +/- 5 miles 4-7 times a week[~2000ft elv gain]. In the beginning, when I would do the same route on consecutive days it would become noticeably easier each time. Compared to pre Sept where I would hike less than a mile and be drained for 10 days [joints like glass, muscle weakness etc] Anyway, I'm sure it doesn't sound like much but this is an improvement I can hardly believe.

My digestion is without a doubt better than it has been in my entire life. My diet is simple and has not changed much since pre Sept. Jasmine rice, fish, beef, egg, green beans, carrots, OJ, macadamias make up the basis. Before TEI I couldn't eat rice with any protein or I would get a cramp that would make it hard to stand and constipation that would ruin the next day. All I could eat was meat and vegetables. Now I can eat rice with anything in large amounts. I'm finally able to get some lost muscle back.

I know this isn't the norm. You are supposed to feel bad while on TEI and see improvements after your stop. I can't explain it.

That's awesome! More proof tei works.

Improvements are all over the board honestly and every cycle can be different. Some cycle can be 100% positive, while other can be completely negative until off, and every way in between. You just have to give it time and have faith in the process.

It is good we get more guys doing good on it. Even non-PFS/PAS guys so we can at least get some faith in the program. It motivates me too to keep going with TEI.
