I am stuck and hopeless, don't even have the money to do the ARL.
One day at a time man, chunk it down into smaller bites. Can you save? Is Trace elements cheaper where you are?

OK, so people should follow ARL #1, and if they can't then they should follow "The Electrolyte Protocol" #2?

To solve pfs, is it possible to just keep working out, eating right (that's an individual thing), and cylce Randro and the like, and pct, and ru486? As many cycles as needed? Speaking hypothetically and of course that's costly.

Does anybody know where to do hair analysis in NYC? Some websites says they can’t take hair from people living in nyc. I’d rather to go to a lab and get it done there than send the sample, if somebody knows where.

@Goose 12, if that's pretty much true: "Fasting is the cheaper version of arl, but harder physically. Juicing can also be done but need to go twice as long as water"
I'll probably just do that again in a few months... Like 20-30 days, unless we are talking about 80-90 days (because I'd be skeletal way before that and won't be able to work, etc).
Actually I remember that being discussed before and yes it does serve the same purpose.

Wait, is it being said that fasting is an alternative to ARL hair testing or am I misreading here? I thought both were necessary.

I think that @gbolduev said a long time ago, ideally fast 80-90 days and swim in the ocean to chelate/fix all minerals.
Sorry to misquote you - G.B.

Howdy y’all. Just joined today. Abbreviated version:
Three months ago developed PFS after a two week run on Fin. The most persistent symptoms have been zero libido, and unpredictable erections during sex.

I have been researching the heck out of all the forums out there, over the last month. It was quickly apparent to me that what you all have here is something special.

Over this past weeekend I have devoured most of the threads on here. Problem is, I’m left drinking out of a fire hose. There are so many protocols and theories out there, that it’s impossible to know where to start, how to start, etc.

I’m based in the US. I would love a friendly nudge in the right direction to start this thing off. Thanks so much everyone!!!

They both can balance you. When you fast your body rebalances itself since you are not taking in any food. Longer fasts are better for this purpose.

The same with ARL, you are balancing yourself by taking certain minerals/vitamins to restore balance again.

I see. When you say longer fasts, what is considered the minimum and the optimum (roughly) for rebalancing? I'm entering the fifth day of my water fast. I want to avoid doing, say, seven days, only for it to have minimal benefit compared to a ten or twenty day fast (I think MNK only saw results once he'd done a 20 day fast). Then I'd have to refeed and start the fast all over again at a later date.

Also, is it still worth having the ARL test if I've already opted to fast?

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere already Tubzy.

It looks like it is but theyre wrong lol. You need to test. Fasting will make you worse if youre a fast oxi. And if youre a slow 4. Abd mayve even a slow 2 or 3. Its only really ideal for slow 1, the 'classic slow' . Just do the test to avoid going backwards, its worth it

It was in another thread, don't recall off the top of my head but it was at least 20 days, I think 30 was what gbol said. I think it may be in the gbol quote thread. You can probably just use search function.

ARL will balance you the best though considering it takes all factors into effect. @m_arch makes a good point about being a fast oxidizer, however it seems most PFS people do well in fasting regardless, but it is good to keep that in mind.

It all depends on the person. We are all different.

For some people- likely the less mentally, physically affected that mostly are dealing with just sexual issues, I'd think the body would benefit more so than others from the RUs, progs, andros of the world. These people likely have less imbalances, pathogens, toxins in their systems so they can really just strictly go after the PFS imbalance we have.

Others like myself and likely like you @MNK99 as you were very sick for a bit there, we need to focus on health with fasting, working out, diet while using ARL or TEI mineral balance, gcu/zinc finger protocols to put our overall systems into balance. The better we get ourselves into balance, the better chance we have of responding to the heavy hitters (RU, prog, andro).

That said, I don't think we need drugs. I think we can all get back into balance and fix our PFS naturally with a lot of what we've been doing. But no doubt in my mind RU/prog is extremely powerful for this. Excited to see where I am coming off prog next week concluding this cycle.

@Kiwiii I feel for you man I know how that feels.

I still think you have something serious inside your body causing the depression and anxiety that you had even before PFS. A human being is meant to be happy- if someone is suffering from depression, chemicals aren't working correctly. Chemicals aren't working correctly because something in your body is causing stress.

Yeah I pretty much agree with you man, @bruschi11.
The harder things (drugs) may not be necessary even for those that are really sick, but if it accelerates the process (erring on the side of caution and not acting recklessly),
then it can be great. I think you and the others are onto something with the RU/Prog* cycling - something I'd likely try in the future.
-I'll keep trying the ARL/electros, I guess I can wait 2-3 days for results.
-And yeah I was super sick (beyond words), hopefully never ever again. I may a tattoo to cover up a scar saying "Fuck Pharma" or something in Latin, with a Tiger ascending into the Sky. To remind me. Maybe a tiger slapping pills out of a shadowy demon's hands. I haven't figured out the details yet.
