-I strongly recommend against being cavalier with dosing, basically anything to solve PFS or PSSD or PAS... and general health. It could turn out bad/ for all I know (logically).

on cycle i was very strict! i took only bcomplex by pure encapsulations just one pill and 50mg nonactivated b6 from solgar. i ate a lot of greek yogurt for the potassium.
there was alkso an instance which i mentioned in my log where i took seriphos to aid sleep at night.

i will admit that on two occasions where i randomly started getting very sniffely and sneezy like out of nowhere i took some histidine like <200mg and it would clear.

post cycle i have continued to ONLY take bcomplex and b6 at the same doses; however, on the day i pointed out on my update that i was feeling potassium deficiencies such as constipation and twitches and heart palpitations i took 1.2g of potassium chloride and have not had a twitch or heart palp since AND im shitting massive logs again with ease... sometimes twice a day.

for seriphos is it best on full or empty stomach? I've typically been doing it empty when i use it

I think there is no big news since he is not updating.. for sure if he would have had been recovered 100% or dramatically, he would have exposed it to the whole world..

@bruschi11 if you actually turn your phone sideways into portrait mode, you can see signatures. Took me forever to figure that out

Why you look at ihatefin, if you should look at talkingant. He has the same body chemistry as you.
