people on this forum seem to try stuff that does not work. for some reason no one tries what actually works. We have many recoveries already and all of them did the same thing. slow oxidizer Raincost. check his logs, and faster oxidizer scenes and rwac.

Plus ace treatment, plus progesterone cycling, plus testosterone plus progesterone. plus vitex and pine pollen.

by the way i found that carnosine is MAOB inhibitor. Have you tried that before. Once I used 3 grams a day , I had copper coming out so much from my brain that I was getting anemic. MY hands were all in copper.

Just imagine how much of that stuff we can have in our brains.

And now think depression. How that copper just kills serotonin there.

I think raincoast protocol is valid for PSSD people. I think I will try it with talkigand or barbaar soon. I think it will def work.

All other boostin dopaming receptors, etc. I think is temporary solution. You guys were sick before SSRI, so you cant live in that state. you need to get fixed.

TEI and ARL do it slowly. My program that i gave Raincoast does it fast. Especially if we can add extra Bs to it.
Never tried it, i didnt do much supps before pssd. As you said, healthy diet tops everything.
My anorgasmic period seems to be over too after saturday, some serotonic ups-downs going on.

Minox effects the AR and glucocorticoid systems according to studies. Anavar upregulates both of these. May be the next step for me to try

Im going to try it in 15 days, one of our whatsapp group completly recovered when he did cycle it.

So to summarise the treatments you recommend, what would they be exactly for:
1. slow oxidiser in the case of raincoast (reading raincoast log, he said he didn't really have pfs so I'm not sure if his recovery can be listed as a pfs recovery)
2. fast oxider in the case of scenes and rwac

go look at their threads LOL

raincoast had PFS and took fin for many years LOL

Yeah but he then said in his first post he didn't feel like he had any affect from fin.

It would have been nice if scenes was a bit more helpful. He got recovered, disappeared, barely gave any info about what he did and then came on here to criticise helen lol. When he was one of the few to get cured lol!.

But is not anavar the same as oxandrolone? oxandrolone is a derivative of DHT, how would it block DHT? I already took oxandrolone a while back 90 mg per day for 6 weeks, I did not feel anything

you are not PFS. you are accutane. oxandrolone is weaker than DHT. so it blocks DHT.

Look how weak anavar's androgenic ratio is on the scale. Actually it looks like turinabol could better it has an androgenic ratio of 0 which means its WAY weaker than DHT.

I stopped applying minox after reading this article in May. Since then, I have went from having a bald spot to almost completely bald(Diffuse thinning). Does anybody have ANY suggestion for me how to stop further loss or even reverse it?

On a related sidenote, minox is applied topically, so it should act as a reductase mostly only on the scalp keeping in mind a little bit goes systemic. Is it still bad to apply this?

Did you feel that it was impacting you in a negative way?

@M_Mitchell08 I can't say for sure bro. I was already using minox for 2 years before contracting PAS. And I continued to use it 3 years after contracting it. When I read this article I immediately stopped using it. But so much of my hair fell out in a single month that I can't even recognize myself. Before contracting PAS I didn't have any side effects from it. One thing I came to know later that the minox I used for the first 2 years also had saw palmetto, after which I took iso and then got fucked up in 2 weeks.

I have submitted my hair to TEI, it will take about 1 month for the stats to come, and a long time for the balancing to work if it does work. I am 100% sure I will go full bald till then. I really don't want that lol. I will dermaroll 1mm every weekend, hoping some follicles revive. Does anybody know what to apply to the head after rolling. Or any other tips or regimens people have used to regrow hair successfully ( its a long long shot I know).

Yeah I almost lost all the hair all at once after stopping minox in May 2018.
Actually I have been experiencing hair loss since 2013 due to extreme stress. I was able to get over that stress in 2015, but just a few weeks later I contracted PAS, so both the stress and hairfall continued at an accelerated pace.
You could say I have continuous telogen effluvium since 2013, I watched my hair get thin slowly over the years, even though I used minox all through this time. I think the hair lost through telogen effluvium temporarily also got lost to MBP permanently.

So yeah its miniaturizing. Any advice from you would be welcome not only by me, other PAS victims too.

@TubZy thanks bro! I will try to get sea salt asap. As for cold showers, I bathe my body in warm water but for the head I use drinking water, which is at room temp (20 C nowadays). How sure are you about malic acid and birch tar?

I though you said they both acted as progestin
PFS and PAS share identical issue, with more dryness/hair loss with the latter. I have the same level of prog, same hair test and side effects of a lot people here, PSSD or PFS.

Check the hair section there are a bunch of threads. I haven't used malic acid or birch tar but @JDreamer reported good results in terms of hair with oral malic acid

If you are healthy, at this stage I wouldn’t do anything to prevent hair loss as nothing has really been settled on as an effective, safe treatment method.

It’s not worth jeopardising your health for hair.

Hair transplants are pretty good these days. I’d look more into that.
