lol I don't do well when people don't believe symptoms @Hydro @TubZy .

I totally believe hydro is good in instances including myself. But essentially disregarding the fact that people are having withdrawals like @Helen and I and not even attempting to discuss that fact left me a bit steamed.

Sorry if I came off that way as re-reading what I wrote Icome off as a dick. But the disregarding withdrawal thing was the reason that set that steam.

You are good lol

Matty, Im super Vitamin D deficient, it is ok to supplement D3 only?

Absolutely. Just eat like normally, make sure you get at least some calcium (even like 600mg/day is enough) and take the D3 on top of that. Sun exposure is best, but if consistent sun exposure (like 1+ hour in intense sun per day) isn't an option, than take some VitD.

We are past the "is this good for me or bad for people" on this forum, we on "is this good for ME or bad for ME" and the big thing is everyone is different. Health doesn't work with "is it good for people" because everyone is different. There are different subsets of people and body chemistries and a good portion of us on this site who read daily understand this. @Hydro doesn't and its hard explaining it to him.

I apologize for the insinuation on leaving man. The stuff is powerful and I'm sure it was the #1 reason why you healed from disease @Hydro if you say so. And it might end up being the #1 thing that helps me heal from disease at end of day, we shall see I am hopeful.

Vitamin d lowers cortisol and aldosterone through its action on cyp21A2, not good in my opinion for slow oxidisers

Vitamin D can have a stimulatory effect on CYP21A2 depending on the conditions of the cell. It's a regulator, not a strict repressor. It's also incredibly under-studied, so taking the ex vivo research and extrapolating to real life - it just isn't there yet.

Well I might have high cortisol levels and my last test aldosterone was high!

Slightly off-topic, but every time I try vitamin D supplements I get tired, dry skin and some depression. I've read multiple times that it is also anti-estrogenic, which are typical signs of low estrogen, or estrogen insensitive.

Have you had a hair test done? Or had Vitamin D levels tested? Supplementation is only good if your levels are not in the upper range, and sunlight is still preferable.

Not yet, but getting a hair test soon. Still wondering how external factors effect the results of a hair test, like dead sea salt baths.

Any truth to the fact that hydrogen water reduces stomach acid?

Not sure. Reading up on it they mention it might. I'm just in doubt after reading all these posts. Last night my shocks even returned big time. Skin is more dry, too. Maybe this stuff isn't for slow oxidizers as it isn't giving me any energy, either.

Any way we can figure this out @Helen ? My gut is good and bad in it. Sometimes great, sometimes bad. But I get constipation from chelation so that may be reason (ARL).

for constipation 300-500ml glass of warm water with pink himalayan sea salt. I drink every morning 500ml with 1 tsp and it is by far the best for constipation.. If this doesn't help then drink another 500ml glass and at that point your will have "flush".. :) Btw warm water is important. It will relax your intestine. Cold water will restrict your intestine.. Warm water with salt is also best for hydration..

I'm wondering if h2 doesn't in reality stop OH, why it is able to help gastritis ? I read a study where they suspected it helped because it stopped OH in the stomach

I had gastitis and I fixed it with just acids. gastritis is when bile comes out since the valve is not closed.

Plus hydrogen water will react with OH in the stomach and it will help you with your condition. I did not say it does not get rid of OH, I said it will get rid of the OH mostly in the stomach and turn in the protons.

So for your case, hydrogen water I think could be good.

Also i saw a video of an old guy with parkinson that after breathing for 2 hours h2 he stops shacking. So the gas should reach the brain and reduce OH
