You don’t believe in vegetables, do you?
How can I increase nitric oxide w/o supps?
I want to be able to eat diet that helps it. Not taking pills by Big Pharma.
I eat:
- Eggs
- Beef
- White rice
- Orange juice
- Raw dairy (yoghurt/kefir - not everyday)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Butter
- Raw shrimp (not everyday)
- Raw herring (not everyday)
- Salmon (not everyday)
- Bacon
- Cheese
- Sometimes: beets, watermelon, banana
And I take creatine preworkout.
That is it.
Beet juice, watermelon rinds, spinach.
@Helen since it seems like all this revolves around glutathione a great deal, I was wondering: I have been taking a liposomal Glutathione this past week. Can I do that in addition to ARL? Or should I just let the glut come back online naturally?
Interesting. Duly noted.I would not. also ARL program has changed, they changed it recently , I would go with tei these days,
this is why without glutathione LH goes down. since the body does not want to release NO. since it cant make it.

aren't you pfs? Has this reversed your pfs symptoms (the NO protocol)?
NO THEY TOOK OTHER DRUGS... 'Butrin.
Wellbutrin didn’t crash me or cause any obvious imbalance. Was only on it for a week or so.

DId you try to go on this regimen for the fast oxidizer
This protocol is actually from Dr Watson, who invented the mineral balancing.
This was before dr Eck
You see dr Watson gave copper to slow oxidizers and zinc to fast.
Fast Oxidizer Diet – Jeremy E. Kaslow, M.D.
@brix i remember u making big strides a couple months ago. What drove you was it TEI or ARL?
Man I feel like once you show potential of improving you know it’s out there. Hopefully one of these last things brings you over top. Saw you mentioned anavar too. You’re not too far away man good luck.
Yes I was doing the fast oxidizer protocol and diet. I was feeling great for a while, but it slowly diminished. I havent retested hair yet. Will soon. Prob after anavar + electrolytes.
