This protocol could be useful. Might trigger my low hormones to start producing again. Or does this work better for those with high hormonal output?

How can I increase nitric oxide w/o supps?

I want to be able to eat diet that helps it. Not taking pills by Big Pharma.

I eat:

- Eggs
- Beef
- White rice
- Orange juice
- Raw dairy (yoghurt/kefir - not everyday)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Butter
- Raw shrimp (not everyday)
- Raw herring (not everyday)
- Salmon (not everyday)
- Bacon
- Cheese
- Sometimes: beets, watermelon, banana

And I take creatine preworkout.

That is it.

You know me haha.

I ate the spinach and eggwhite diet by Helen for a while. Helped me a lot back then. And I eat beets once in a while. But normally I do not eat much vegetables. Sometimes I might eat some spinach. But no brocolli or cauliflower. I do not like those.

Last time I ate beets my stomach bloated up like a balloon.

@Helen since it seems like all this revolves around glutathione a great deal, I was wondering: I have been taking a liposomal Glutathione this past week. Can I do that in addition to ARL? Or should I just let the glut come back online naturally?

aren't you pfs? Has this reversed your pfs symptoms (the NO protocol)?

Yeah I’m PFS. And not sure about reversing. Still need to fix PE a bit, although the NO protocol is helping a bit. It definitely helps libido and EQ. Also better body composition? Not expecting that. Hair shedding seems up a little bit. Going to play around with dosages to find the sweet spot.

Wellbutrin didn’t crash me or cause any obvious imbalance. Was only on it for a week or so.

THANK JESUS my friend. BC I might be just crazy enough to cure PFS and then TRY WB for other issues (DRNI + D2 agonism vis a vis something else), only to get ahead.
BUT IF IT HURTS my hair... maybe it's better to be behind.... NO IT's not ... MONEY can take hair back to 9.2/10. NO MONEY??? WELL got other shyt to worry about than hair then.

WAIT - you were only on it a WEEK? That's useless data man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not like FIN = castration immediately or labotomy immediately (for some, like me, for the labotomy).

@brix i remember u making big strides a couple months ago. What drove you was it TEI or ARL?

Man I feel like once you show potential of improving you know it’s out there. Hopefully one of these last things brings you over top. Saw you mentioned anavar too. You’re not too far away man good luck.

DId you try to go on this regimen for the fast oxidizer

This protocol is actually from Dr Watson, who invented the mineral balancing.

This was before dr Eck

You see dr Watson gave copper to slow oxidizers and zinc to fast.

Fast Oxidizer Diet – Jeremy E. Kaslow, M.D.

Yes I was doing the fast oxidizer protocol and diet. I was feeling great for a while, but it slowly diminished. I havent retested hair yet. Will soon. Prob after anavar + electrolytes.

TEI. I took the test and only took a few of the things they suggested. Copper, vit e, and their sym-pak. Also ate higher fat. I’m definitely close to being fully pre pfs, I feel like I’m just missing 1 key thing to make everything stick. Trying anavar and electrolytes next, after a month of NO protocol.

this is totally dif than what you tried.

LOok again, they give copper to a slow oxidizer, and zinc to fast, like you.

Look at the post I mentioned. this is not ARL or TEI, this is a program of original dr Watson, who was before ARL or TEI
