If Gbold is right and PFS/PSSD are states of alkalosis, this would cause tissue mineral retention and keep serum minerals low. This causes symptoms similar to dehydration (cramping, weakness, etc.). Dehydration itself can cause or aggravate alkalosis.
I am curious how people with PFS/PSSD would respond to consistent intake of oral rehydration salts.

Could one obtain the chloride from juicing greens? I don’t do well with the fiber content of raw greens but I have a juicer so I’m thinking of making a tonic with green juice, evoo, and acv.mattyb post_id=3285 time=1509635252 user_id=95 said:If your digestion is shit, try supping HCl with meals or the combination of EVOO/ACV/Greens first thing in the morning (without eating again until lunch) for a few weeks.
The morning salad was the best thing I ever did for my digestion. Helped immensely. ACV provides hydrogen, while the greens provide chloride, and EVOO stimulates gallbladder secretion. Eventually this ups HCl and improves digesiton. I had major digestive issues for well over a year after taking a PPI and this was the main thing that restored my digestion. My stools were the same way - always loose. I was always bloated. Now I can eat whatever and I'm fine.

I would say, try to dress the part further based on this condition while you’re aware of it. Grab a pair of underarmour or hanes “2nd skin” like pants and top to wear first and then your regular clothes. It won’t add too much thickness and might help at least a little.
A suggestion that I don’t recommend but there are certainly more thermogenic fat burners that absolutely raise your temp but then you could risk other issues. Again, I’m only saying that so you know others might suggest it but I wouldn’t recommend it.

- Aspirin (300mg) + copper (2.5mg) + magnesium (150mg) + potassium (99mg
Do you think I need a partinsular type of these minerals or not specific? (Example: chloride potassium or normal potassium)?
Plus, do you think I should use Pramipexole?
I wait your advises before to hurt myself.
Thanks

@wuf I was wondering the same thing. I’m quite sure I easily get all the copper and magnesium nutrients simply from eating cashews and a bunch of greens and veggies every day. I’m not sure if I’m getting all the potassium you noted but not sure if the potassium is even necessary based on what gbolduev said. I have been eating this way for months and have not seen any improvement. So maybe it is the type of mineral that is not working for me. Or maybe my body is not absorbing minerals well. Anyway, let’s see what others say about the type of each mineral. Also, remind me...why aspirin?

or other meds causing hair loss?
That's exactly what happened to me. ADHD meds -- one particular hurt hair a lot (used it 2 days).
Switched to a "hair-safer" and P.N.S. safer drug and used spiro cream. DID pretty well.
But then tried another psyche meds (I think 99% of them are straight poison for me and some others) - Lamictal.
AND then bc of major hair fall once again -- I tried something for hair -- FIn.
Anyone take TRT/ or have a thyroid issue or psyche, epilepsy, etc issue and their meds made them feel the need to take fin?
Just curious. Sorry to sound so negative. I'm actually getting more optimistic on fixing this whole thing.-
-Trying some protocol stuff now and will LOG l8r.
I had major adverse reactions on SNRI-Effexor and thought LIFE was over. AND somehow came out of that.
So this can't kill me either. We're all gonna make it bros/sis's.
