My hair is falling out, its itching , i see visible white stuff all over my head (fibrosis, dead skin?) and when i itch it and and try to pull some hair, 1-3 hairs easily come to my fingers everytime, its visible thinning above the forehead...

How long did your cycle last and how many R Andro cycles did you run?On my first cycle I felt fatigued most of the time. Some days I felt really good but I was tired most of the cycle.
On my first cycle the only improvements I noticed was bigger balls, growing pains from bigger balls, more ejaculate, and harder erections. My labido didn't improve at all during the cycle.
The biggest improvement was from the snap back. If I remember right, three days after finishing the cycle the majority of my anxiety vanished and it stuck. Erections quality and testicle size both increased slightly.

I think something which raises progesterone or/and cortisol and/or DHT- niacinamide, iron,vitex castangus,Has anyone found a cure for constantly tight scrotum? This has only gotten worse for me since starting a trt regimen
Gotcha, I think it’s possible memantine would help with this as it’s mechanism of action allows excess calcium to be cleared out. TEI should hopefully work tooI think something which raises progesterone or/and cortisol and/or DHT- niacinamide, iron,vitex castangus,
or Vitamin b7, but i'm not 100 % sure whether it raises prog/cortisol, coca cola (remove calcium from your body), food with unhealthy monosodium glutamate
Are oats safe to eat for someone with gluten sensitivity or gut problems, any dangers to them?
Im trying to bulk up, problem is i need a lot of calories and food to help me gain weight (around 3200 kcal) and i cant relly on rice for the bulk of my carbs.
I think oats are fine. Contain a lot of fiber though which can cause problems if you eat too much of it.
I would eat less fiber if you want to bulk. Eat high fat products if you are a fast oxidizer. For example fatty meat, dairy, use butter, etc. For me it is so easy to hit 3200 kcal. Potatoes also good carbohydrates to bulk on.
Depends on how long you stayed on the thing you were taking. It may take up to months too see anything.One random question. How is possible that i i tried everything as supplement and nothing give me shedding?
