Guys, I am here. Just super busy. I posted some stuff on Ihatefin log. check it out.

Also dont forget Ru and ella are experimental, we dont know how they act exactly. I am planning to test them soon.

Also I read a lot about depo provera again. And it it looks like it also affects MR receptor. So that could be the culpit also.

May be that is why RU with progesterone worked for ihatefin taken together.

I pretty much outlined the 2 cases, receptors upregulated and downregulated.

So we need to see the final results of the RU trials.

Snell you keep asking me about pine pollen over and over again. I never took it . I don't know about it. Snap back should take little time like 2 weeks.

i definitly think that ru hits all necessary and most effected receptors (prog, cort and androgen), but its a matter of making sure the ru changes the receptors back to previous fin states. i think that could be done by taking certain things along with it or maybe taking a few really really short cycles since once that prog is reduced the drug will just agonize the receptors its self. i feel like we are close! and i think our long 7 plus day ru trials with nothing taken with us give us some insight on what steps to take.

i personlly believe next ru trials should either be 3 day cycles with nothing, 3 day cycles with prog or 7 plus day cycles with progesterone. plus taking extra progesterone with ru will cause ru to act against other natural progesterone properties. if progesterone is an antiandrogen and cort agonist and reduces 5AR then maybe ru will also more strongly ct against those effects with the extra prog floating around.

ru is very expensive and im letting my body take a break from actual meds so im doing inositil and randro for now, but will experiment with a prog plus ru run in mid 2018 or maybe even early 2018.

This is interesting. So if i am following correctly it may be possible for us to "control" how the RU effects our receptors by "giving it" prog? would it make sense to run a prog cycle first so that prog can accumulate within the cells before adding in RU?

I like the idea of the three of us who are about to try RU doing it in the three different ways you mentioned. I'm going to start mine tomorrow with a three day/50mg cycle with no prog. just RU only.

I'm leaning towards doing several of these short cycles. I'm still trying to decide exactly what I'm going to do but I do know that my fist cycle will be a three day 50 MG with no prog.

what do you think I should do with the remaining 450 MG if my first 3 day run does not show any obvious benefits?

if my first three day run shows obvious benefits than I will deff just wait two weeks and do another three day run and continue with 3 day cycles with no Prog untill all 600 MG is finished.

I would feel better about this if I had high Prog which clearly I don't but adjusting prog receptors sensitivity still sounds promising enough to me to give this a try so let the RU trials commence!!!!

that is exactly what im saying - trying to control or manipulate the way ru affects progesterone receptors. i dont think a progesterone only cycle before hand would be necessary since progesterone has such a short halflife that it cant be "front-loaded" i think its best to start the two at the same time if one is considering taking both.

im also wondering if the difference between whether prog needs to be upregulated vs down regulated depends on someones progesterone levels which was touched on prior. for someone with low prog maybe the receptors need to be downregulated meaning a longer ru cycle without progesterone would be beneficial since it will soon start agonizing the receptor its self. while if you test for high prog that could likely mean your prog receptors need to be upregulated and thus taking short OR longer cycles with progesterone and 5adhp would be beneficial to ensure progesterone receptors get antogonized long after your own endogenous progesterone gets cleared. so ru could work for both cases.

IHateFin I have a feeling a repeat of your initial 3 day cycle will yield great results but this time avoid that adaptogen and anything else that could potentially interfere. You got this champ!

Orion mate, how do you feel on high dose progesterone? Anixiety, depression, anything? We should feel bad on high dose prog as we are too sensitive.

I did 200mg/day Prog for 3 days on my first 3 day water fast, and I didn't really feel bad on it other then it gave me high cortisol symptoms, ie really crappy light sleep ( felt like this on high dose isocort/cortef).

So maybe it won't be needed, zinc seems to help my skin issues post my first 3 day fast. Post 14 day fasting, I only used food(seafood), but after two weeks of great skin, issues are creeping back. So something in my retinoic, Prog, zinc, etc paths... isn't working right...

You should try short fast on progesterone. and then eat well.
Gbolduev what do you think about trace elements reading of hair tests? It put me as a slow oxidiser based on phosphorus being low, but my sodium potassium is higher than my ca mg which makes me fast according to arl.

My vbg shows high co2

How do i make sense of this?

thanks, bud! i have 50mg of ru left and i have read that even 10mg can do a great job at reducing prog. maybe enough to not need any exogenous progestins so i may add a little at the endo fo my currect cycle.

yesterday 10/14/17 i just added 400mg of r andro and will run that for 4 weeks along with inositil at 18g a day. i may at the end like last 2 or 3 days take 10mg ru and conclude the cycle that i am currently on.

That is good hear my dude! I hope you won’t need anything else and you are a sharp guy and know your body well. I pray your cycle is a huge success and looking forward to hearing more positive updates from you. That inositol is working like a charm and the r andro sounds interesting. Keep making quality gains and keep us updated.

Here is a graph showing ru effects on cortisol.

http://m.ajpendo.physiology.org/content/274/1/E139/F1.expansion.html

And here is forum where a guy claims to use ru with deca and claims great success. This goes along with what IhateFin theorizes taking ru with a progestin would be better.

His name is demirsteel and it's the second post

That makes sense why taking the prog before hand wouldn't be necessary.

Knowing for sure if someone's progesterone levels tell us if their Prog receptors are up regulated or down regulated would simplify things.

I was thinking the same thing about low prog levels possible meaning that the receptors are stuck in a upregulated state because It would make sense that if the receptors where too sensitive  (which is my understanding of what up regulated means) that the body would keep prog levels lower out of just being confused over the extremely sensitivity receptors. The solution to down regulate them in this situation seems logical.

It's clear my prog levels are low according to my labs so you think that a longer ru cycle would be beneficial for someone who's goal is to agonize/down regulate them ?

You bring up good points. Very smart dude. I guess we will know more for certain as we go.

After my fist short 3 day cycle I'll just judge how I feel while applying these thoughts and take it from their with the remaining 450mg. I would still have enough to run it for 7-9 days later on maybe with anti prolactin and possible some prog.

i think for you, yes a longer cycle like 7 days at least; however, i am all for taking a nice short 3 day cycle first to ease into it and see how you respond to a short cycle. so i would do the 3 days, see how you feel and see what snaps back. i also personally wouldnt be against taking the cofactors such as zinc, nad, b6 etc. im not saying this to go against gboldev, but after comparing my 3 day cycle vs my clean 9 day cycle i dont see the harm in adding them in for a few days right after your 3 day cycle has been completed.

on my first cycle i took all cofactors on day 2 while on cycle and for 3 days right after my cycle ended. i noticed much better results from the first cycle, but keep in mind i also used the progestin 5adhp with my ru cycle as well.

so its kind of up to you as to how you want to run your 3 day cycle. we dont have a 3 day clean cycle yet other than the one that was literally just completed by Goose12 so i cant say for sure if taking cofactors while on a 3 day cycle would work. could be beneficial or could do nothing haha

lot of run around here haha so my bottom line point is im all for a short 3 day cycle and see how ya do and evaluate from there. its up to you on if you wanna add cofactors, but from my personal experiance it did no harm on my first cycle and mayhave actually helped me tremendously.

Are any of the people that are about to do an RU trial planning on taking an anti-prolactin during and/or after their cycle?

I was thinking about gbolduev theory. Basically he put all the attention on progesterone, ER, AR and cortisol receptor and it makes sense..
BUT...
what about the Melcangi's study I partecipated in which it was found low DHT in the cerebrospinal fluid extractions for all partecipants?
In blood DHT was present but it was not present in central nervous system in all participants, that suggests that the problem is not only about receptors... I guess we can repair receptors how much we want, for example AR receptor even if fixed how could it work if DHT is not even present in cerebrospinal fluid extractions?

or maybe am I missing something to understand why DHT in all partecipants was low or completelly absent in CNS?

https://imgur.com/a/41jDn

KEEP IN MIND:
YELLOW VALUES ARE THE NORMAL RANGES, WHITE ARE MY PERSONAL VALUES..
AS YOU CAN SEE DHT IN cerebrospinal fluid extractions IS ND= NOT AVAILABLE (NOT EXISTENT)

hereby another participant results:

https://imgur.com/a/KUVct

KEEP IN MIND:
YELLOW VALUES ARE THE NORMAL RANGES, WHITE ARE HIS PERSONAL VALUES..
AS YOU CAN SEE DHT IN cerebrospinal fluid extractions is very low
I guess we can repair receptors how much we want, for example AR receptor even if fixed how could it work if DHT is not even present in cerebrospinal fluid extractions..?
In the mean time we had 2 guys who recovered by using Ella, so what is not matching between theory, practice and Melcangi's study?

If estrogen is not sensitive DHT will be low in CNS. it is not about DHT, it is about why it is downregulated. And it is downregulated since it has nothing to oppose.

Progesterone regulated potassium, potassium regulates aldosterone sensitivity. Estrogen regulates aldosterone. So basically if you screw up your progesterone somehow this will effect your aldosterone sensitivity also. And this will not allow estrogen nor Dht to work.

So you can say that aldosterone sensitivity could be a culpit here which was initiated from the progesterone screw up with progestins.

It is like alkalosis with volume increases , where you get too much sodium and this does not allow estrogen to work

could someone tell me if I start taking zinc on the first day that I decrease the clomid to 50 mg or in the second week taking 50 mg of clomid? one post says to take when you start to decrease the clomid and another says to start 2 weeks after starting the protocol, so I have that doubt now.

Ok I have very low progesterone in blood but in the range, and I have a bit above range Potassium in blood. What I can do to have them back to normal levels?

I thought about decreasing cortisoll that is near above high range.

Why is the theory behind the very low metabolites in CNS, and more or less normal in blood? We have to understand that mechanism.

One of the victims had 3 T in CNS while the average was 0.18!

Transport of hormones across the BBB requires transport proteins like albumin, which are decreased in volume expansion alkalosis.

This is why there needs to be a correction of the alkalosis if you want recovery. This is why HCl is essential in recovery from PFS (but ironically none of the members here are using it??). Even simple things like large amounts of leafy greens (for Cl-) and apple cider vinegar (for H+) taken together can provide this. When I take both on an empty stomach I get a profound heat in my stomach about an hour later, corresponding to an immediate increase in gastric acid.

Mattyb, what type of HCL dosages experimentation would you suggest, start with one and work up til burning with meals?

Pretty much. Honestly though, the greens + ACV + olive oil on an empty stomach works just as well (and you get a bonus of magnesium with it). The olive oil also gives the added bonus of stimulating gallbladder secretions and cleaning out any bacterial overgrowth in the small intestine.

Sound good, simple salad with ACV/Olive dressing. Thoughts on this gbolduev thought:

"ACV increases fermentation I never take that for that reason, it has acetaldehyde"
