we are still trying this out. no one knows how these substances act exactly. We know what we want from them.
Basically RU effects progesterone same as ulipristal, but ru blocks cortisol which increases dopamine to adrenaline conversions, I guess. in some caser this will cause prolactin to rise.
We need to figure out, if Ella will work on its own and cortisol upgregulation wont be needed
I am not sure about that.
All we know that Ihatefin took this for 3 days and then went off, and started to get improvements that lasted further same as this other guy who took Ella.
So I think may be RU blocks cortisol so much that it wont release it for while. And this causes too much adrenaline converions and causes prolactin to rise.
In this case I would assume it will take time and it will snap back.
If this is the case, I would think to have different cycles on a low dose like 25 mg for like 3 days, wait for the snap back and only then run another cycle..could it make sense?
hmm after hearing all the latest news I'm wondering the same thing...im also taken into considering the 3 guys that got cured/got great improvements from lightattheend's thread/protocol from PH in 2013. Lights protocol was two week progesterone cycles. following Gbold logic lightattheend got cured from prog cycles because the Prog cycles down regulated his upregulated prog receptors.
point being light reported feeling shitter than usually on the prog cycles with a snap back after each one.
so maybe we need to do the same thing. several cycles but perhaps giving the half life and strength of RU and because we are doing the exact opposite of what lightattheend did by blocking prog receptors opposed to giving them Prog shorter cycles are required

No. It's one or the other. It's ru or progesterone as the protocols.
The whole idea of ru is to make you sensitive to progesterone. If you take progesterone whilst you are taking ru, you do not get sensitive to it.
We need to keep this simple and stop over complicating it. We also need patience. He said it will be weeks for the snap back. We have trusted gbolduev, so let's give it a few weeks minimum before we judge the effectiveness of ru and especially before we start trying to alter protocols.
