Had random rock hard erection today. Did not have them for probably 2-3 months. This is only on third day of TEI. My balls are also big again. This is in very short amount of time. Good signs.

Also strength was real high today in the gym.

Not sure if this is placebo but if it is who cares. I cannot imagine it having this effect so fast but who knows.

Overall I do not feel bad. A bit stimulated in the brain. Sometimes a bit anxiety.

I will take a break from forums for a week so I get a good picture of it and then give update.

Short update on TEI:

I get dry lips and dry skin taking the supplements. Also hands are cold a lot.

I feel tired most days on this. But yesterday I had good day and felt better than normal. So it is up/down.

Overall I feel tired and unmotivated to do things. When I am at work I feel irritated by small things and by people asking me questions.

Strength in gym and sleep is good.

I don't find it hard to live like this so I will keep going. I can work with this. I know it is supposed to suck a bit. Thought it would be worse. So all in all not bad!

I am feeling the same way on this round of tei. Just a real bland feeling.

Feel pretty damn tired on these supplements. Hands are also cold, lips are dry and low motivation. Seems to lower my metabolism a lot!

Also had insomnia last night.

So for me it seems opposite in the sense that most people have hard time first days.

First few days were pretty easy. Now we are getting in rougher territory. Still do-able though for sure. Not too bad.

Maybe I am dumping copper or something. I read this can also cause fatigue and insomnia. In beginning I slept like baby on the supplements. I am taking the supplements 3 times a day. So full dose.

I had some really good moments while on the supplements. But it is not stable like I said. Today is a bit worse than other days it seems.

Just gonna keep it going.

BTW I was delusional I was fixed after Ella. I was just so fucked up that the higher baseline of Ella made me think I was 100% recovered. On TEI I had 1-2 days I have not had in 2 years or so. It was eyeopening. It shows me that there is a lot of ground to win and that I am not out of it yet.

You get used to feeling like dog shit your psyche just adapts. I think I read Goose said same thing. You become so happy that you feel closer to normal you kind of delude yourself. I want to be fixed so bad so I was not realistic.

So for now I will stay calm if I hit new baseline and just keep trucking, moving forward.

yes, exactly. this is how some people get "cured " with drugs, they take some drug, like prami for PSSD people. and boom they feel better, and then they think they are cured, when in reality they are not even close to a normal condition.

Thats a rather specific case you mention, about a person that we both did not speak personally afterwards.
I am not sure if i agree, there are several PSSD cures with different neurotransmitters. Perhaps they could improve further and their pre-PSSD baseline wasnt the right state either, but all of them are certain they are pre-PSSD at least.
I would sign for that option right now.

Didnt you mention that a dopamine +serotonine antagonist could work potentially btw?

Having said that, i agree with @RebelWithACause that windows are often nice, but not the same as feeling 100%.

what windows are you talking about, he just started the program. On the program you feel good OFF the supplements.
Goose is almost 100% in some aspects now off the program, Orion is probably at 95% now. and 95% total health, not some pre PSSD, or pre PFS which is a big time sick state.

Yes, I mentioned that dopamine plus serotonin antagonist might work. BUT

You need to understand that high copper is lowering dopamine , and this causes higher prolactin, which retains calcium, you take dopamine receptor agonist, this lowers prolactin, and artifically lowers calcium. BIG deal, are you fixed? NOT even close. That is not even pre SSRI. That is a totally different body chemistry

Instead of regulating minerals, you are trying to regulate receptors. Receptors will never hold steady.

this is why even these drugs demethylating drugs, you demethylate DNA and it all comes right back in 2 weeks, since copper is still there, it did not go anywhere.

This is why people on propecia help tried demethylating drugs, and what happened. It just all came right back down.

I guess, upregulating dopamine receptor can work for a longer period.

@Jaxx What I have seen in tests of most pSSD people is higher calcium than needed for this body chemistry. Why does this happen?

calcium is retained by 2 things, PTH< and prolactin. In PSSD prolactin is too high for the current body chemistry , it should be zero, but it is higher than zero.

In some cases it is every higher than the range. that slows down the thyroid action, and potassium cant enter the cell, thus many people have high progesterone which is trying to retain this extra potassium

Some people in this bodychemisty take vitamin k2 and feel total relief like MarioVitaly dude did.

this is why dopamine receptor agonist helps this body chemistry, since it lowers prolactin. which decreases this calcium and allows progesterone to convert into cortisol

but the real problem is in the brain, which has increased MAO A which lowers this dopamine. IMO

But is it enough to let copper go down eventualy? I understand how several windows are not a cure, but there are people that are now "pre-srri" for years. They must've reinstalled some balance.
I am not saying this works for everyone, but from what i understand so-far trying Prami (+ serotonine antagonist if needed) could be worth to try.
If you have strong arguments against it, or even better, suggestions what to pair it with, i am all ears.

@RebelWithACause Sorry for a small detour of your topic, wont hijack it <3

NO man, I explained to you the mechanism why it could work. this only works if your receptor ( methylation can handle this dopamine upregulation) if it does not just lose it right way. then you end up with lower calcium in blood since prolactin goes down. And this speeds up your metabolism. Which lowers testosterone to DHT conversion and you will feel better.

YOu can try this route, and I am sure if dopamine receptor upregulation sticks in your case, you will feel better.

Higher metabolism chelates copper.

So if you go on testosterone lets say with thyroid and stay on it for a while, you will also feel better.

One more time for you. you upregulate Dopamine receptor, this lowers prolactin, this lowers calcium absorption. calcium goes down, and it stops interfering with the thyroid hormone entrace into the cell, thyroid hormone goes in. your progesterone converts into cortisol= you feel better, since metabolism is faster and since cortisol is up, HISTAMINE GOES UP.

This is true only if your receptors can handle more of the upregulation, Since as of now I am sure Dopamine receptor is overexpressed at maximum.

Let's see, alternate goal is to get proper baseline blood tests as a starting point too. Would already be great to measure exactly what happens in this case.

I have pretty extensive tests from barbar and takingant. Plus barbar is getting me more tests next week on calcium metabolism.

I am very sure this is what is going here. This is why prami did not work for most people, since their Dopamine receptor is already maxed out.

And looking at levels of b2 in blood. The lower your level of b2 in blood, the less chance you got that Prami will work.

b2 shows you methylation activity, low B2 shows you that body is methylating these receptors like you read about right now to save you.

this is why a lot of people in slow oxidation feel much better when they take methylated Bs. Since it helps to overmethylated the dopamine receptor.

body is smart it will do itself. without you taking Prami even .

@Jaxx At this point body is taking your B vitamins and methylating receptors insanely with them. this is why in talkingant tests, B2 was undetectable in serum , same as in barbar case.

Body is trying to methylate receptors insanely. SO upregulate serotonin and dopamine. but this process is very not stable, it goes up and down, with the bioavailability of b2 and other B vitamins.

So people feel like they live in a rollecoaster, with WINDOWS as you say))

Any tests i can try to get on the list in order to validate?

just try to get the same test as Barbaar did. that woud be awesome

Or get b1 and b2 at least in blood.

PLus calcium serum , prolactin, PTH.
