Personally I felt terrible on choline . Just terrible, sever depression and brain fog and the worst of PFS. May be it is lecithin that is doing this to you.

On our Pois forum some people reacted well to choline and others just did very bad.

If i start eating high carbs i would probably feel like this, i'm feeling like when i first crashed from pfs, like if ii have a fever constantly, it went away once i changed the diet lowering carbs

yeah it seems you turn carbs into lactic acid and this increases your immune system. may be this is why you have gastric problems, too much lactic acid there.

And may be this is why you are too reactive to dust or mold, may be immune system overreacts

I remember someone from this forum tried potassium bicarbonate and this eliminated all his reactions to mold and allergies. I dont remember the nick though.

It is not lecithin, i was already taking 2-3 tablespoons without issues, it is the mass gainer, do you think it is safe if i increase to 6-7 tablespoons a day of.lecithin ? I don't feel any effect from it, i want do this just to get more calories

I feel my immune system overreacts, i basically reacts to all foods, scalp start burning, some part of the body burning too, grains are the worst, meat is the best tollerated, how much potassium bicarbonate ?

yeah if you feel ok on lecithin you should not have any problems increasing it.

I would really try to go on TEI in your case, at least to get a little stable.

I think you tolerate meat may be because of phosphorus.

Did you test your phosphorus levels.

Sometimes if b2 goes way down, you dont get to vitamin D and this lowers phosphorus absorbtion, and then you cant lift up, since you cant phosphorylate your Bs, like B1 or b2, you take them but they still dont work, since you cant phosphorylate them.

Matty suggested going on high dose vitamin D in this cases , with low calcium intake, this will increase phosphorus absorbtion and might lift up metabolism.

Anyone has found any way to manage this ? Maybe i will start using infrared on it, or applying somenthing anti inflammatory llike lipo cbd

Can you eat nuts & dried fruit? 200g bag of mixed nuts & dried fruit is over 1000 calories

And which food inflamed your scalp?

I would be careful with the dried fruit, they have more calories by body weight because the dried fruit is missing its water content, thus a lot more sugar too.

I bought a pea protein powder, zero carbs and no additives, will take 100g of it that will give me 300 calories, then i take 200 calories from the lecithin, so in total 500 calories from powders, adding up the 2000 calories from solid foods i have a total of 2500 calories, i hope in 3 months to be able to gain 3-4kg so i can fast.

I also ordered liposomal curcumin to play with AR and GR receptors

Is there any particular reason you picked pea protein powder over, say, egg white protein powder? I've read that egg protein has a more balanced amino profile than pea protein.

-That is correct @Niles, but @Slayo wants to add calories and has a sensitive stomach too.
-Since it's legume based, maybe it's less harsh on digestion.
-Cleaner, easier on digestion. (vegan protein shakes I take when bad digestion pea based... ) and also I ate peas long before meat or whey protein too for that matter, in refeed.

Simply because it is very clean, haven't found other types so clean, i do this to gain weight, not for aminos

Started the lipo curcumin, today i toom 10ml, i plan to take tomorrow 30ml, then 50, then 70, then 90...yes it is mega dosing, each 5ml is 170mg of curcumin complex, or you would suggest to take lower dosages, let's say 10ml daily for over a long period of, time (25 days) ? I'm using this brand: http://lipolife.co.uk/liposomal-curcumin/ @Helen

I purchased a NIR lamp, i'm using it on stomach, liver and penis where i have fibrosis, it is different than the cheap infrared lamps, would like to see if it stronger than the infrared

@Slayo you realize that quercetin, curcumin work on GR receptors by chelating iron? no iron , no cortisol, so obviously methylation will go up to methylate more GR receptors.

These are not receptors modulators, it is just a feedback thing.

I had high iron

No, i just read a study and immediately bought it.
So how you would suggest to take it ?

I am just saying that they modulate the cortisol reception by lowering cortisol ,So the end action of cortisol stays the same. Less cortisol, but more sensitive.

See if this makes you feel good. Some people do feel good on iron chelators, and some feel pretty anemic.

All I am saying that people read studies, but most studies are out of context, like carnitine increases AR receptors. Yes it does since it lowers 5AR. by killing thyroid.

Same as curcumin increases GR. yes, since it kills cortisol production. by chelating iron.

Iron chelation could lowers all axis, since all 450p enzymes are on iron.

Do you think it makes a difference to mega dose in 5 days (ending the whole bottle) and to wait for a snap back, or it is better to use a standard dosage and use it for 25 days ?

I would just slowly use it and see how you feel on it. all this does is chelates iron. Some people feel really stronger on iron chelation, since they are toxic in iron, but some people start feeling anemic on iron chelation.

These things do nothing to the receptors, receptors are just the feed back. So no difference in mega dosing or taking slower. this would effect just the speed of iron binding.
