@Helen After experimenting a bit more with the 12% Titan DHT, I can safely say that the only thing I notice from it is the shrinkage of my dick, when I apply more than a few drops directly on the dick or testes (when applied elsewhere it does not) What does that mean do you think? Other people can also chime in to give their opinions of course. Luckily it went back to being completely normal 1 day afterwards, but I'm quite confused. 2 people on here (why DHT applied directly to genitalia causes negatice effects but wheyn applied on arms good effects?) said it made theirs shrink too for some hours, then went back to normal. But I'm not PFS.

people have different body chemistries. IMHO Some people with low nitric oxide availability , when take dht waste this NO. And it shrinks.

may be you can try a protocol @tallglass13 is doing and see if this increases your expansion. If by increasing NO you will see steroid effect on your body and dick. then you know have to support more potassium side.

AL KINDS of things cause "shrinkage" but it's temp.
LIKE this dht cream for some, amps for some, stimulants : d-agonists, coke, adderall, etc... IT's temporary as fuck.
If anything larger as i got leaner, even after using "hard stimulants".

For some people, I suspect High Androgen conversion into 3-A-diol may be a part of the shrinkage problem. Conversely, those that don't get enough Confidence/AntiAnxiety Benefits from DHT, convert too little DHT --> 3AD.

I feel like my problem is norepinephrine (your description of high norepinephrine fits me quite well too) and an overactive CNS. That's why I took DHT in the first place to try to get into the sedative 'alpha' state instead of being overly alert and paranoid all the time. I already eat bananas and potatoes and get a lot of potassium in general.

Carnitine is something I haven't used yet. I think i'll get smoe and try the DHT gel in combination with it.

you need to convert progesterone into allo. And DHT does the opposite, since it inhibits 5AR. You dont need DHT, you need magnesium.

Magnesium will convert progesterone into allo and also noradrenaline into adrenaline. This will increase your own 5AR and increase DHT on its own.

this is why when you have high sodium to pottasium ratio. increasing it more causes anxiety and shrinkage.

Estrogen actually also increases that ratio. But you dont have to be high on it. you can be either low on magnesium or potassium. or even zinc. ( may be zma) Or high on estrogen. And this will cause the ratio to be high. And thus anything that increases the ratio will backfire.

I currently consume up to 1200 mg of magnesium a day (counting in magnesium water, the Donat Mg, and magnesium oil) and eat a lot of beef and some shellfish, so I should have enough zinc. Maybe I should just scrap everything and do a hairtest after no supplements for a while to see what the fuck is going on.

Estrogen triggers Adrenaline. So do strong ANDROGENS. Just that DHT triggers GABA and balances it Out!

...maybe you have the "Warrior-Gene" like me, and that's why you have too much Adrenaline.
